Abstract

本发明公开了一种三轴同步进给装置。其铣削床身上、位于铣削装置两侧分别设有左侧压料机头和右侧压料机头,左侧压料机头上设置的左伺服电机驱动其可沿铣削床身上的左侧直线导轨移动;右侧压料机头上设置的右伺服电机驱动其可沿铣削床身上的右侧直线导轨移动;铣削床身左侧设有送料床身,送料床身上设有送料直线导轨,送料机头上设置的送料伺服电机驱动其可沿送料直线导轨移动;送料机头上安装有带钳口的送料机械手;左伺服电机、右伺服电机、送料伺服电机与同步控制系统相连接。与现有技术相比,本发明具有无需等待装卸型材后即可进行下一个加工循环,可实现多根型材连续加工,效率高,劳动强度低,可方便地加工型材的X向长形孔等诸多优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及铝门窗幕墙型材加工设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种铝门窗幕墙型材铣削加工设备。
背景技术
目前,铝门窗幕墙型材孔、槽的铣削加工一般采用铝门窗加工中心,加工中心包括床身、机头、电控箱、操作台、工作台、刀库、润滑装置和冷却装置,床身上设有导轨,机头设置于机头滑板上,机头滑板可以在床身上横向移动,刀库设置在机头上方,工作台上设置有工件夹紧装置,现有加工中心加工完型材后需等待装卸型材后才可进行下一个加工循环,即只能单根型材进行加工,无法实现多根型材连续加工,加工方式存在效率低,劳动强度高等缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能连续自动送料进行铣削加工、安全高效的、尤其适合加工铝门窗幕墙型材的三轴同步进给装置。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:
一种三轴同步进给装置,包括铣削床身、内置电气控制系统的控制箱,铣削床身上设有铣削装置,其特征在于:所述的铣削床身上、位于铣削装置两侧、分别设有左侧压料机头和右侧压料机头,左侧压料机头和右侧压料机头上分别设有左侧压料装置和右侧压料装置;
铣削床身上分别设有左侧直线导轨和右侧直线导轨,左侧压料机头上设置的左伺服电机驱动左侧压料机头可沿左侧直线导轨移动;右侧压料机头上设置的右伺服电机驱动右侧压料机头可沿右侧直线导轨移动;
所述的铣削床身左侧设有送料床身,送料床身上设有送料直线导轨,送料机头上设置的送料伺服电机驱动送料机头可沿送料直线导轨移动;送料机头上安装有带钳口的送料机械手;所述控制箱内置的电气控制系统中设有同步控制系统,左伺服电机、右伺服电机、送料伺服电机与同步控制系统相连接。
本发明中,所述的铣削床身上分别设有左侧齿条和右侧齿条;
所述的左侧压料机头包括L形左侧连接板和左侧压料装置,所述的左伺服电机安装于L形左侧连接板的平板上,连接于左伺服电机轴端的齿轮与左侧齿条相啮合;左侧压料装置包括杆端分别连接有压头的左侧水平压紧气缸和左侧垂直压紧气缸,左侧水平压紧气缸固定于L形左侧连接板的平板上,左侧垂直压紧气缸固定于L形左侧连接板的立板上;L形左侧连接板的平板底面与左侧直线导轨的滑块相连接;
所述的右侧压料机头包括L形右侧连接板和右侧压料装置,所述的右伺服电机安装于L形右侧连接板的平板上,连接于右伺服电机轴端的齿轮与右侧齿条相啮合;右侧压料装置包括杆端分别连接有压头的右侧水平压紧气缸和右侧垂直压紧气缸,右侧水平压紧气缸固定于L形右侧连接板的平板上,右侧垂直压紧气缸固定于L形右侧连接板的立板上;L形右侧连接板的平板底面与右侧直线导轨的滑块相连接。
本发明中,所述的送料床身上设有送料齿条,所述的送料伺服电机安装于送料机头架的上平面上,连接于送料伺服电机轴端的齿轮与送料齿条相啮合;送料机头架还与所述的送料直线导轨的滑块相连接。
本发明的工作过程如下:
当储料架上的输送装置的送料同步带将待加工型材传送至送料床身的水平托料滚轮上时,触动光电开关,启动侧定位装置对型材进行侧定位,然后送料机械手夹持型材向铣削床身上的铣削装置送料,型材到达需加工位置后,左侧压料机头和右侧压料机头将型材压紧,铣削装置的主轴电机工进对型材进行圆孔的铣削加工,加工完毕后主轴电机退回,左侧压料机头和右侧压料机头将型材松开,送料机械手夹持型材向铣削床身上的铣削装置按设定孔距继续送料,左侧压料机头和右侧压料机头再次将型材压紧,铣削装置即可对型材进行下一圆孔的铣削加工;如需加工型材的X向长形孔,则主轴电机工进后,左侧压料机头、右侧压料机头及送料机头一起夹紧型材沿X向同步送料,即可加工出型材的X向长形孔。本发明的三轴同步进给装置,其驱动左侧压料机头、右侧压料机头及送料机头的左伺服电机、右伺服电机、送料伺服电机均与同步控制系统相连接,使上述同步送料得以实现。
与现有技术的铝门窗加工中心工件静止、铣削机头移动的加工方式相比,本发明的三轴同步进给装置具有无需等待装卸型材后即可进行下一个加工循环,可以实现多根型材连续加工,加工效率高,劳动强度低,可方便地加工型材的X向长形孔等诸多优点。

下面通过非限定性的实施例并结合附图对本发明做进一步的说明。
参见图1至图4,图中所示的三轴同步进给装置,包括铣削床身4、内置电气控制系统的控制箱,铣削床身4上设有铣削装置20,所述的铣削床身4上、位于铣削装置20两侧、分别设有左侧压料机头和右侧压料机头,左侧压料机头和右侧压料机头上分别设有左侧压料装置和右侧压料装置;
铣削床身4上分别设有左侧直线导轨5和右侧直线导轨12,左侧压料机头上设置的左伺服电机6驱动左侧压料机头可沿左侧直线导轨5移动;右侧压料机头上设置的右伺服电机10驱动右侧压料机头可沿右侧直线导轨12移动;
所述的铣削床身4左侧设有送料床身3,送料床身3上设有送料直线导轨16,送料机头上设置的送料伺服电机1驱动送料机头可沿送料直线导轨16移动;送料机头上安装有带钳口的送料机械手2;所述控制箱内置的电气控制系统中设有同步控制系统,左伺服电机6、右伺服电机10、送料伺服电机1与同步控制系统相连接。
所述的铣削床身4上分别设有左侧齿条14和右侧齿条15;
所述的左侧压料机头包括L形左侧连接板18和左侧压料装置,所述的左伺服电机6安装于L形左侧连接板18的平板上,连接于左伺服电机6轴端的齿轮与左侧齿条14相啮合;左侧压料装置包括杆端分别连接有压头的左侧水平压紧气缸8和左侧垂直压紧气缸7,左侧水平压紧气缸8固定于L形左侧连接板18的平板上,左侧垂直压紧气缸7固定于L形左侧连接板18的立板上;L形左侧连接板18的平板底面与左侧直线导轨5的滑块相连接;
所述的右侧压料机头包括L形右侧连接板19和右侧压料装置,所述的右伺服电机10安装于L形右侧连接板19的平板上,连接于右伺服电机10轴端的齿轮与右侧齿条15相啮合;右侧压料装置包括杆端分别连接有压头的右侧水平压紧气缸11和右侧垂直压紧气缸9,右侧水平压紧气缸11固定于L形右侧连接板19的平板上,右侧垂直压紧气缸9固定于L形右侧连接板19的立板上;L形右侧连接板19的平板底面与右侧直线导轨12的滑块相连接。
所述的送料床身3上设有送料齿条13,所述的送料伺服电机1安装于送料机头架17的上平面上,连接于送料伺服电机1轴端的齿轮与送料齿条13相啮合;送料机头架17还与所述的送料直线导轨16的滑块相连接。

1.一种三轴同步进给装置,包括铣削床身、内置电气控制系统的控制箱,铣削床身上设有铣削装置,其特征在于:所述的铣削床身上、位于铣削装置两侧、分别设有左侧压料机头和右侧压料机头,左侧压料机头和右侧压料机头上分别设有左侧压料装置和右侧压料装置;
铣削床身上分别设有左侧直线导轨和右侧直线导轨,左侧压料机头上设置的左伺服电机驱动左侧压料机头可沿左侧直线导轨移动;右侧压料机头上设置的右伺服电机驱动右侧压料机头可沿右侧直线导轨移动;
所述的铣削床身左侧设有送料床身,送料床身上设有送料直线导轨,送料机头上设置的送料伺服电机驱动送料机头可沿送料直线导轨移动;送料机头上安装有带钳口的送料机械手;所述控制箱内置的电气控制系统中设有同步控制系统,左伺服电机、右伺服电机、送料伺服电机与同步控制系统相连接;
所述的铣削床身上分别设有左侧齿条和右侧齿条;

所述的右侧压料机头包括L形右侧连接板和右侧压料装置,所述的右伺服电机安装于L形右侧连接板的平板上,连接于右伺服电机轴端的齿轮与右侧齿条相啮合;右侧压料装置包括杆端分别连接有压头的右侧水平压紧气缸和右侧垂直压紧气缸,右侧水平压紧气缸固定于L形右侧连接板的平板上,右侧垂直压紧气缸固定于L形右侧连接板的立板上;L形右侧连接板的平板底面与右侧直线导轨的滑块相连接;
所述的送料床身上设有送料齿条,所述的送料伺服电机安装于送料机头架的上平面上,连接于送料伺服电机轴端的齿轮与送料齿条相啮合;送料机头架还与所述的送料直线导轨的滑块相连接。
