本发明涉及一种夏日保健凉爽粥的制备及其在夏日减暑保健中作用。属于保健食品领域。
 
背景技术
 荷叶中主要活性成分有黄酮和生物碱,荷叶具有降血脂、减肥、抗菌、清除自由基的药理作用,荷叶在我国分布广泛,既可作为食品也可作为药品。荷叶含有莲碱(Roemerine)、原荷叶碱(Pronuciferine)和荷叶碱(Nuciferine)等多种生物碱及维生素C、多糖。有清热解毒、凉血、止血的作用。有清暑利湿、升发清阳、凉血止血等功效。
淡竹叶中含有大量的黄酮类化合物和生物活性多糖及其他有效成分。中国医药学、食品科学等方面的研究发现,尽管竹的种类不同,但其叶片成分都具有很好的营养和保健功能。竹叶所含的功能性因子主要是:黄酮、酚酸类化合物、氨基酸、锰、锌等微量元素。另外,竹叶中还含有丰富的叶绿素。叶绿素具有较强的抗氧化功能,这对预防心血管病和防衰老有积极作用。竹叶在保健品、功能性饮料等方面的开发也将大有作为。本草纲目记载淡竹叶去烦热,利小便,除烦止渴,小儿痘毒,外症恶毒。《现代实用中药》:清凉解热,利尿。治热病口渴,小便涩痛,烦热不寐,牙龈肿痛,口腔炎。
芹菜含有丰富的蛋白质和大量的纤维素,具有健胃、利尿、降血压、镇静、止血、治疗便秘的作用,可用于高血压引起的头晕头痛、心烦易怒等。芹菜既是佳蔬,又是良药,芹菜的药用价值在于它有平肝、清热、祛风、利尿、健脾、降压、健脑和醒神之功效。 
发明内容
本发明提供了一种夏日保健凉爽粥,其中主要含有荷叶、芹菜汁、淡竹叶水、粳米。适用于夏日暑热口渴,是一种健康的保健粥。其中分为加糖和不加糖,分别提供给儿童等口味需要不同的人。该发明对于解暑解渴凉爽适合炎热夏日保健舒适身心用,并有助于夏日降暑。
制备方法: 
荷叶、淡竹叶分别5-20g放入纱布中,在100-500ml沸水中煮3-5分钟,去渣留汤,生芹菜5-20g用粉碎机或榨汁机粉碎后榨汁。
粳米50-200g加入3-5倍量的水,大火烧开后,中火熬制40分钟-1小时,加入用荷叶淡竹叶汤以及生芹菜汁和冰糖,继续熬制5-10分钟,出锅放凉服用,为夏日解暑之佳品,夏日保健凉爽粥,夏日服用可解暑。
本发明提供的夏日保健凉爽粥其特征在于具有解暑散热的作用,冷热服用均可,为夏日祛暑佳品。
本发明的积极效果在于,生芹菜汁具有解热作用,增加粥品的清爽味道,荷叶淡竹叶煮汁具有清香解暑作用。

实施例1夏日凉爽保健粥的制备
取粳米100g荷叶淡竹叶分别10g生芹菜20g,加水1L冰糖2g。用荷叶淡竹叶汤加入粳米,加入三倍量体积的水,大火烧开后,中火熬制40分钟-1小时,加入生芹菜汁和冰糖,继续熬制10分钟,出锅放凉服用,为夏日解暑之佳品,夏日保健凉爽粥,夏日服用可解暑。
实施例2夏日保健凉爽粥的制备
荷叶、淡竹叶分别5g煮水去渣,生芹菜10g榨汁,粳米100g加水400g大火熬制到煮沸后换中火熬制40分钟,加入可食用防腐剂,灭菌,装罐,即得夏日保健凉爽粥灌装产品。
实施例3夏日保健凉爽粥的应用
按照实施例1中所制备的夏日保健凉爽粥,可用于工业化生产加入防腐剂以后,可保存数日,用于炎热夏日口渴暑热的不适,能够解暑降温舒适心情。
实施例4
实施例2中的夏日保健凉爽粥,可用于缓解炎热夏日口渴暑热引起的不适,能够解暑降温,舒适心情的作用,其中冰糖可以随个人口味添加。

Claims (4)

1.一种夏日保健凉爽粥的制备方法:具体制备方法如下:荷叶、淡竹叶分别5-20g,纱布包后,加100-500ml水煮沸3-5分钟后,去渣备用,生芹菜5-20g榨汁,粳米50-200g加入水0.5L-2L大火烧开后,中火煮沸30-50分钟,加入荷叶淡竹叶水以及生芹菜汁,煮5-10分钟,出锅,得到夏日保健凉爽粥。
2.根据权利要求1,所制备的夏日保健凉爽主要是由荷叶、淡竹叶、芹菜汁、冰糖、粳米、水组成。
3. 根据权利要求1,所制备的夏日保健凉爽粥具有解暑、清凉解渴的作用,为炎热夏日保健的佳品。
4.根据权利要求1,制备夏日保健凉爽粥的方法可用于粥铺等餐饮机构应用,同时也可应用于大批量生产。
