Abstract

Description

本发明涉及一种形成夹层状结构的方法和装置,该夹层状结构包括一层或多层非波纹状的板件(衬层),两块本身结合在一起的槽沟状(波纹状)板件(中间物)与之结合。
澳大利亚62323/86号专利申请公开了一种改进了的波纹纸板结构,其中两层波纹状中间物(槽沟状)在波纹的峰部或邻近峰部的地方结合在一起,并夹在两外衬层的中间,这里引入62323/86号申请的公开以作参考。
62323/86号专利申请也公开了一种形成大块纸板的方法,其中两层分开的中间物被形成波纹状,然后在同步的波纹轮上使其峰顶和峰顶接触。
形成波纹板的一般机构包括有一个制作单面波纹板的装置,也就是一个衬层与单个的波纹层粘合,将裸露的波纹板与另一衬层结合起来,如果需要的话,将该裸露的波纹板与另一单面波纹板结合起来,可形成更复杂一些的板状结构。
虽然62323/86号专利申请的说明书中建议在波纹状中间物与衬层结合之前,先将两个对齐了的波纹状中间物成型,但并没有指出制造这种新结构的最有效的方法。
特别是现在已认识到,在波纹状中间物初始成形阶段之后至粘合已完成之前,为了使波纹峰部保持对准,被结合的中间物最好避免小曲率的传送途径,它使波纹峰部间的结合扭曲。
本发明的目的是想提供一种制造波纹状制品的方法和装置,以便有效地生产该种产品。
一种波纹状纸制品成形的方法,其中两块波纹状中间物在其对准了的波纹峰部结合在一起,该方法包括如下步骤:
a.一起取来两块波纹状中间物,使其波纹峰部对齐,并在其波纹峰部处使两中间物结合,
b.从波纹峰部的初始接触点以基本是直线的方向取出结合的中间物,直至结合已完成或所述波纹状中间物的其中之一已与一衬层板相结合。
本发明也提供了形成波纹状纸制品的装置,其中两块波纹状中间物在其对齐的波纹峰部结合在一起,该装置包括:
a.两个同步的波纹板加工装置,设置成使两个波纹状中间物在其波纹峰部处对齐接触,
b.一个粘合剂涂敷装置,在所述波纹状中间物的波纹峰部接触之前,在至少一个所述波纹状中间物上涂敷粘合剂,
c.邻近于波纹板加工装置处设置的传送装置,取出结合的波纹板,以及
d.邻近所述传送装置的一个衬层敷贴装置,将一块平衬层板与所述波纹状中间物之一结合起来。
传送装置的作用是支承并约束结合的中间物,以保持其方位和对齐。在基本为直线方向上取出结合的中间物避免了对齐的波纹扭曲,否则会使波纹峰部与与之结合的波纹峰部的方位和准直性错位。
相应于板材的波纹,波纹板加工装置之一最好包括有一条或多条其齿向外的齿形带。这种齿形带对结合的波纹状板也起到支承的作用,并从波纹板加工装置的结合部到一个支承轮处以基本为直线的方向延伸。粘合剂处理装置,例如热源,可设置在波纹板加工装置下游邻近齿形带的地方。由于结合的波纹板最好被约束以防其伸长,也可在对着齿形带的地方设置衬层进给装置,使得一层衬层可与所述两波纹板之一的波纹峰部相结合。
衬层材料可在一般的纸板衬层中选择,或也可包括其它结构上适合的材料,例如胶合板,薄金属片或合成塑料板。
在对齐的波纹板之间插入加强材料,以改善组合件的强度特性也是可行的。
现在将结合附图描述本发明的最佳形式,其中图1表明了具有波纹峰部对波纹峰部特点的产品的最佳形式,图2是本发明的最佳形式的装置的示意图。
图1表明了一种由纸板形成的板的结构形式,它包括波纹状中间物10和11,在它们的内波纹峰部14结合在一起,衬层材料12和13分别粘到中间物10和11的外波纹峰部15上。
图2说明的实施例包括有予热器式导向轮20和21,用来引导中间物10和11分别进入波纹板加工轮22和25以及23和28。
轮25和28被同步驱动,并将其设置成用来驱动波纹板加工机构的其它部件。轮25和22使中间物10成波纹状。轮22由轮25驱动旋转,轮25上的吸引区26使波纹状中间物10保持在轮25上,并随之使它进入与中间物11的接触区。
轮28驱动一条或多条齿形带30,该齿形带是环形带,并且有适宜与轮23的齿啮合至波纹状中间物11上的齿形表面。该齿形带30安装在轮28和31上。28包括有一吸引区29,当波纹状中间物11送至轮28上时,该吸引区29起到通过齿形带30将波纹中间物11保持在带30上的作用。
粘合剂涂敷器32将粘合剂涂敷在中间物10上。由同步轮25和带30将波纹状中间物10和11带入,在其波纹峰部准确对齐接触。组合的中间物支承在带30上,此外,中间物10可由轮25内部安装的送风箱27从轮25上释放开。两中间物10和11初始结合后,它们由带30传送经过一加热了的吸引箱33,该箱的作用是处理粘合剂接合处并保持组合的中间物在齿形带上的位置,以确保两中间物的波纹形状。上衬层12绕过轮34和35输入,轮34和35也可起予热器的作用。在两中间物保持被带30支承着的同时,通过粘合剂涂敷装置36将粘合剂涂敷在中间物10的最上边的波纹峰部。加热器37用来处理衬层12和组合的中间物之间的粘合处。另外的能适宜处理粘合处的能量输入形式,例如高强度红外加热器,可替换加热了的箱33或加热器37。
一当达到了固定结合,由于粘合的衬层12足以支承,就不再需要带30的支承了。
第二衬层13绕过轮38和39送入,该轮38和39也可起予热装置的作用。通过粘合剂涂敷装置40将粘合剂涂敷在中间物11的最下边的波纹峰部,衬层13敷贴到中间物11上,使它们结合在一起,形成图1所示的结构。
从轮38的下游可实施进一步的处理或随后的生产步骤。
从上面的描述可以看出,本发明提供了一种形成结构坚固的波纹板的有效方法,其中间物的波纹是准确对齐的。

Claims (5)

1、一种形成波纹纸制品的方法,其中两块波纹状中间物在其对齐的波纹峰部结合在一起,该方法包括下列步骤:
a.一起取来两块波纹状中间物,使其波纹峰部对齐,并在其波纹峰部处使两中间物结合,
b.从波纹峰部的初始接触点以直线方向取出结合的中间物,直至结合已完成或一衬层板已与所述波纹状中间物之一相结合。
2、如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征是两中间物的每一个都在一对波纹板加工轮上形成波纹状,该波纹板加工轮被对齐并同步,并使每一中间物的波纹峰部相接触,结合的中间物在波纹状传送器上取出,该传送器是从两中间物的波纹峰部之间的接触点处延伸的。
3、如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征是在结合的中间物支承在所述传送器上的同时,一衬层板与波纹状中间物之一相结合。
4、形成波纹状纸制品的装置,其中两块波纹状中间物是在其对齐的波纹峰部结合在一起的,该装置包括:
a.两个同步的波纹板加工装置,设置成使两波纹状中间物在其波纹峰部处对齐接触,
b.一个粘合剂涂敷装置,在所述波纹状中间物的波纹峰部接触之前,至少在一个所述波纹状中间物上涂敷粘合剂,
c.邻近波纹板加工装置处设置的传送装置,取出结合的波纹板,以及
d.邻近所述传送装置的一个衬层敷贴装置,将一块平衬层板与所述波纹状中间物之一结合起来。
5、如权利要求4所述的装置,其特征是传送装置包括有一齿形带。
