本发明涉及起重机电缆,尤其涉及行车电缆用橡胶组合物。一种行车电缆绝缘用橡胶组合物,它包括下列重量份数的:EPDM 100份;醋酸乙烯脂橡胶,VA含量60%,10~20份,纳米氧化锌6~12份;工业硬脂酸1~4份;抗水解剂P-501~2.5份;硅烷偶联剂A-172,1~1.75份;硅烷改性煅烧陶土100~160份;过氧化物硫化剂3.5~4.0份;石蜡油22805.0~6.0份;将上EPDM和醋酸乙烯酯橡胶混合开练后,投入密炼机并加入其它组分经密炼后经开炼、滤胶后轧片切片即得到所述行车电缆绝缘用橡胶组合物。

一种行车电缆绝缘用橡胶组合物
技术领域
本发明涉及起重机电缆,尤其涉及行车电缆用橡胶组合物。
背景技术
传统配方生产的橡胶,耐油性差、耐臭氧性差、耐候性差,使橡胶在户外、臭氧环境中极易老化,尤其是在低温、高温环境中,橡胶的老化会加速,致使电缆的使用寿命缩短。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决上述缺陷,提供一种行车电缆绝缘用橡胶组合物。本发明节省了成本,简化了工艺,提高了生产效率,满足了客户的使用要求。
为解决上述问题,本发明一种行车电缆绝缘用橡胶组合物,它包括下列重量份数的:
EPDM                                        100份
醋酸乙烯脂橡胶,VA含量60%,               10~20份, 
纳米氧化锌                                 6~12份
工业硬脂酸                                 1~4 份
抗水解剂P-50                               1~2.5份
硅烷偶联剂A-172                            1~1.75份
硅烷改性煅烧陶土                           100~160份
过氧化物硫化剂DCP                          3.5~4.0份
石蜡油2280                                 5.0~6.0份;
将上EPDM和醋酸乙烯酯橡胶混合开练后,投入密炼机并加入其它组分经密炼后经开炼、滤胶后轧片切片即得到所述行车电缆绝缘用橡胶组合物。
    所述的行车电缆绝缘用橡胶组合物,所述EPDM包括重量比1:1的EPR4770和EPR4640。
本发明以EPDM和活化ACM为基胶,在基胶的基础上加入纳米级氧化锌、工业硬脂酸、抗水解剂P-50、硅烷偶联剂A-172、硅烷改性煅烧陶土、过氧化物硫化剂,以上物质进行混炼,混炼完毕后,进行开炼,然后滤胶、压片、切片从而完全解决了上述传统橡胶缺陷。利用两种牌号的乙丙橡胶进行共混和乙烯醋酸乙酯共混,醋酸乙烯酯类橡胶具有非常优异的耐臭氧性、耐候性、电性能、从而使混合胶具有乙丙橡胶的柔软性,又兼具醋酸乙烯酯橡胶的耐臭氧性、耐候性、耐高温性、耐油性、耐水性。

本发明一种行车电缆绝缘用橡胶组合物,它包括下列重量份数的:
EPDM                                        100份
醋酸乙烯脂橡胶,VA含量60%,                10~20份, 
纳米氧化锌                                 6~12份
工业硬脂酸                                 1~4 份
抗水解剂P-50                               1~2.5份
硅烷偶联剂A-172                            1~1.75份
硅烷改性煅烧陶土                           100~160份
过氧化物硫化剂DCP                          3.5~4.0份
石蜡油2280                                 5.0~6.0份;
将上EPDM和醋酸乙烯酯橡胶混合开练后,投入密炼机并加入其它组分经密炼后经开炼、滤胶后轧片切片即得到所述行车电缆绝缘用橡胶组合物。
所述的行车电缆绝缘用橡胶组合物,所述EPDM包括重量比1:1的EPR4770和EPR4640。

1.一种行车电缆绝缘用橡胶组合物,其特征在于,它包括下列重量份数的:
EPDM                                        100份
醋酸乙烯脂橡胶,VA含量60%,                10~20份, 
纳米氧化锌                                 6~12份
工业硬脂酸                                 1~4 份
抗水解剂P-50                               1~2.5份
硅烷偶联剂A-172                            1~1.75份
硅烷改性煅烧陶土                           100~160份
过氧化物硫化剂                             3.5~4.0份
石蜡油2280                                 5.0~6.0份;
将上EPDM和醋酸乙烯酯橡胶混合开练后,投入密炼机并加入其它组分经密炼后经开炼、滤胶后轧片切片即得到所述行车电缆绝缘用橡胶组合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的行车电缆绝缘用橡胶组合物,其特征在于,所述EPDM包括重量比1:1的EPR4770和EPR4640。
