Description

用于电机的止推垫片
技术领域
本发明涉及一种按权利要求1的前序部分所述的、用于电机的止推垫片。这种用于电机的止推垫片能够在轴上布置在轴承与转子、尤其转子的由电刷加载的、转动的电接触元件和/或摩擦片组之间。所述止推垫片具有带有两个端侧的、用于密封的区域并且在每个端侧上具有至少一个用于轴承或转子的支承部段。
背景技术
电动机,如其通常用于加热马达和空调马达时,必须满足噪声方面的高要求。所谓的电枢纵向振动对此产生很大影响,所述电枢纵向振动通过位于电动机中的、通常为十分之几毫米的纵向间隙在运行时激发。在电动机中存在所谓的止推垫片(Anlaufscheibe),该止推垫片布置在静止的滑动轴承与旋转的电枢或转子之间并且通过其材料特性如耐磨性、表面、使用寿命等来减少摩擦。由于对使用寿命、也就是耐磨性具有同样高的要求,所述材料、通常为弹性塑料(例如聚酯弹性体)具有小的固有弹性。还已知装入波纹垫片或波纹环。但是所述波纹垫片或波纹环只有在静止的部件和旋转的部件之间产生接触时才发挥作用。
通过适当地选择止推垫片的弹性和阻尼能够改变对轴向振动的激发,从而使得所述轴向振动在运行时得以缓冲并因此不会激起噪声。由DE 10 2004 044 340 A1例如公开了一种用于电机的上述类型的止推垫片,其中两个端侧的支承部段通过构造在止推垫片上的、弹簧弹性的部段相互连接。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于,提供一种用于电机的止推垫片,其与现有的止推垫片相比进一步改善了对电枢纵向振动的缓冲连同成本的降低并且还进一步减少了噪声激发。
具有权利要求1所述特征的按本发明的用于电机的止推垫片具有以下优点,即无需应用附加部件(例如波纹环)就能够改善对电枢纵向振动的缓冲并且减少噪声激发。此外,还能得到更高的耐磨性以及简单的机器构造。为此目的,止推垫片以按本发明的方式由至少一个硬质组件和软质组件构成,其中径向的贴靠部段的贴靠在电机的转子和/或轴承上的部件由软质组件形成。以这种方式能够在运行时通过硬质组件拦截大的轴向力,而软质组件抵抗电枢纵向振动并且阻止相应的激发。
