Abstract

本发明公开了一种发动机供油系统,包括储存润滑油的油盘,所述油盘内设有吸油管,所述吸油管盘绕在油盘内,吸油管上设有至少两个吸油部,使得发动机在任何位置,都有至少一个吸油部在润滑油液面下方;本发明公开的技术方案能够使发动机在倾斜或者倒置使用时都能保证润滑油能够通过供油系统进入发动机各部位进行润滑。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种发动机供油系统。
背景技术
发动机工作时,需要利用润滑油来润滑发动机的相关零部件,因此四冲程发动机通常具有一个润滑油箱来储存润滑油,润滑油通过供油系统将油箱中的润滑油供给给发动机,油箱中通常设有一种吸油装置,润滑油通过吸油装置输出润滑油。现有的园林工具上通常使用的是小型四冲程发动机,也设有润滑油箱,油箱内需要加入适量的润滑油,由于园林工具的特殊需要,需要在倾斜甚至倒立使用时也能够正常工作的小型四冲程发动机,因此,此种发动机需要在任何位置都能正常工作,同时其润滑系统也能够正常运作。
现有的小型四冲程发动机上的润滑系统有很多种,其润滑油箱结构也很多,典型的如美国专利US6213079公开的一种四冲程发动机,如图1所示,润滑油箱18内设有进油部40,进油部40包括软管42和配重43,配重43上有吸油口,当发动机倾斜或者倒置时,配重43会朝着倾斜或倒置方向滚动,因此配重43会向着润滑油积聚的方向滚动,以此来保持吸油口在润滑油液面下。但是此种结构的缺陷在于,如果润滑邮箱内有其他障碍物,例如凸出部,加强筋等结构时,配重43可能被障碍物阻挡,导致其不能没入润滑油面下,由此导致无法汲取润滑油,可能对发动机造成损害。
发明内容
本发明为了解决上述问题,提供了一种使发动机供油系统,使发动机在倾斜或者倒置使用时都能保证润滑油能够通过供油系统进入发动机各部位进行润滑,其通过如下技术方案实现:
一种发动机供油系统,包括储存润滑油的油盘,所述油盘内设有吸油管,所述吸油管盘绕在油盘内,吸油管上设有至少两个吸油部,使得发动机在任何位置,都有至少一个吸油部在润滑油液面下方。
优选的,所述吸油管只有一根。
优选的,所述的吸油管有两根,分别为第一吸油管和第二吸油管,所述两根吸油管之间通过连接管连通。
优选的,所述供油系统还包括供油通道,供油通道具有供油口,所述连接管与供油口连通。
优选的,所述吸油管盘绕在油盘底面上。
优选的,所述供油系统包括连接管,所述连接管与吸油管连通。
优选的,所述连接管由柔性材料制成。
优选的,所述吸油部为开设在吸油管上的吸油孔。
优选的,所述油盘由气缸座和下盖构成。
优选的,所述吸油管盘绕在油盘内时成弯曲状。
本发明的供油系统,吸油管通过盘绕的方式设置在油盘内,使吸油管能够绕过油盘内的阻挡物,保证在发动机倾斜或倒置时都能将润滑油通过吸油机构供给发动机。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例来对本发明做进一步说明。
如图2和3所示为本发明优选实施方式的四冲程发动机,包括曲轴箱1、油盘2、凸轮室、摇臂室和空滤器。油盘2用于储存润滑油,油盘2上方为曲轴箱1,曲轴10设置在曲轴箱1内并与气缸8中的活塞7接合。所述油盘2与曲轴箱1通过供油通道21连通,所述供油通道21在油盘2内具有供油口211,供油口211从气缸座9向下伸入油盘2内,供油通道21在气缸8的内壁上具有喷油口212,润滑油通过喷油口进入曲轴箱1内。所述油盘2由下盖22和气缸座9拼接构成,油盘大致为一个立方体。油盘2内设有吸油机构,吸油机构和供油通道21连接。所述吸油机构包括一根吸油管20,吸油管20盘绕在油盘2内,吸油管20可以是具有一定硬度的材料,吸油管20在盘绕时,围绕油盘四周弯曲延伸,吸油管20盘绕时可以贴着油盘内壁25,当油盘内有阻挡物时,吸油管可绕过阻挡物盘绕。吸油管20上设有多个吸油部,优选的,吸油部可以是直接在吸油管壁上开的吸油孔215,使发动机在任何姿态下使用时,至少有一个吸油孔没入润滑油面以下,保证发动机润滑系统能够正常运作。吸油管20的一端设有接口端201,所述接口端201和供油通道的供油口211连通。在本实施例中,油盘2大致成立方体,为了保证发动机在倒立或倾斜时,吸油机构都能正常吸油,因此吸油管盘绕时使油盘每个顶角上至少有一个吸油部。油盘2的形状根据发动机结构的不同而不同,因此吸油管盘绕的时候,使发动机在任何位置时,至少有一个吸油部在润滑油液面下方。当活塞7运动时,曲轴箱1内压力产生交替变化,当曲轴箱内的压力小于油盘内的压力时,油盘内的润滑油通过吸油部进入吸油管20,润滑油经过吸油管进入供油通道21,然后润滑油进入曲轴箱内,润滑曲轴箱。润滑油会通过发动机的润滑系统在发动机内流动,充分润滑发动机的各个部位。
如图4是本发明吸油机构的第二实施例,吸油机构包括两根吸油管,分别为第一吸油管200’和第二吸油管202’,所述第一吸油管和第二吸油管上设有吸油部,如图4所示,第一吸油管和第二吸油管上分别设有四个吸油孔215’,使油盘每个顶角都有一个吸油孔215’,第一吸油管和第二吸油管分布在油盘2空间内,使得发动机在任何位置工作时,至少有一个吸油孔215’在油面以下。所述第一吸油管200’和第二吸油管202’之间通过连接管205’连通,第一和第二吸油管分别位于连接管205’的两端相对设置,连接管205’上具有接口端201’与供油通道21连接。本实施例与第一实施例的区别在于,本实施例用了两根吸油管互相连通设置在油盘内。
如图5和6是本发明的第三种实施方式,本实施例中吸油管20”大致成U形,其上设有四个吸油孔215”。所述吸油管可盘绕在油盘内的一个平面上,吸油管上设有连接管205”,连接管205”上的接口端201”与供油通道21连接。连接管205”为柔性材料制成,因此,当发动机在倒立或者倾斜时,吸油管20”的重力作用使连接管205”产生形变,因此吸油管20”依靠自身重力可在油盘内滑动。例如,发动机正立时曲轴箱在油盘上方(如图2所示),油盘分为上底面和下底面,上下底面是相对的两个面,此时润滑油覆盖在下底面上方,吸油管20”盘绕在油盘的下底面上并浸没在油面下。当发动机倒置使用时,即油盘在曲轴箱上方,此时润滑油积聚在上底面上方,因为连接管205”的形变,吸油管20”依靠自身重力从下底面滑动到上底面,因此吸油管仍然能够保持在润滑油面下方。
本发明揭示的供油系统,其吸油管能够绕过油盘内的障碍物,同时吸油管上的吸油部能够在发动机在倾斜或倒置时都能吸取润滑油,从而保证发动机的正常运转。上述实施例只是本发明技术方案的优选实施方式,在不脱离本发明精神下,其他实施方式也在本发明保护范围内。

Claims (7)

1.一种发动机供油系统,包括储存润滑油的油盘,其特征在于:所述油盘内设有吸油管,所述吸油管盘绕在油盘内,吸油管盘绕时贴着油盘内壁,吸油管盘绕使油盘每个顶角上至少有一个吸油部,所述的吸油管有两根,分别为第一吸油管和第二吸油管,所述两根吸油管之间通过连接管连通,第一吸油管和第二吸油管上分别设有四个吸油部,使油盘每个顶角都有一个吸油部,第一吸油管和第二吸油管分布在油盘空间内,吸油管上设有至少两个吸油部,使得发动机在任何位置,都有至少一个吸油部在润滑油液面下方。
2.如权利要求1所述的发动机供油系统,其特征在于:所述供油系统还包括供油通道,供油通道具有供油口,所述连接管与供油口连通。
3.如权利要求1所述的发动机供油系统,其特征在于:所述供油系统包括连接管,所述连接管与吸油管连通。
4.如权利要求3所述的发动机供油系统,其特征在于:所述连接管由柔性材料制成。
5.如权利要求1-4任一权利要求所述的发动机供油系统,其特征在于:所述吸油部为开设在吸油管上的吸油孔。
6.如权利要求5所述的发动机供油系统,其特征在于:所述油盘由气缸座和下盖构成。
7.如权利要求5所述的发动机供油系统,其特征在于:所述吸油管盘绕在油盘内时成弯曲状。
