Abstract

Description

本发明涉及一种用于施以定量液体的剂量装置。该剂量装置包括用于所述液体剂量的圆筒形套管,该液体最好置于单独的药筒内,所述套管的顶端装有注射针连接装置。该剂量装置还包括影响位于药筒内的注射芯输液的注射芯杆,以及沿轴向装配在套管上的调节装置,该调节装置以刻度为基准,调节注射芯杆的行程长度,以确定所需剂量。该剂量装置还包括位于套管和注射芯杆之间的止锁装置,可使所述注射芯杆朝套管顶端位移和防止其朝相反方向位移。
已知用于胰岛素适宜剂量的各种类型的剂量装置,这些剂量装置采用含有不同浓度胰岛素的药筒,通常这种药筒能装1.5ml(有的药筒能装3ml)。若胰岛素浓度为每ml含100胰岛素单位,则该药筒含有150胰岛素单位。当使用该剂量装置时,每次注射预定量输液,最好每次注射40胰岛素单位,所以,每个药筒可注射几次。采用后一方法需要精确调节每次注射的剂量。
现有剂量装置均较复杂,而且不时地改变状态,以致其长度方向的量度随注射剂量的增加而减小。此类装置有一些缺陷,部分因为贮藏困难,部分是其外形逐渐受损坏。此外,随着长度方向的量度减小,此类装置越加难以使用。
已知某些剂量装置的量度保持不变,然而,此类装置要求逐渐注射上述剂量,其结构又较复杂,这就是该剂量装置的制造费用较为昂贵的原因所在。
本发明目的是提供一种在使用中保持长度不变的剂量装置,该装置可预调节给药总量,同时制造费用又较低廉。
本发明剂量装置的特征在于:调节装置是不可移动地装配在套管上的;在注射芯杆上制有外螺纹,以防止相对于套管转动;在注射芯杆和调节装置之间有螺母结构,该螺母通过内螺纹与注射芯杆的螺纹啮合;在螺母的外侧以轴向移动方式插入调节装置,这样,调节装置的转动带动了与注射芯杆相联的螺母的转动;该螺母与从调节装置末端伸出的指示器相连;该指示器包括中断其朝剂量装置顶端轴向移动的止锁装置和刻度,该刻度指示其相对于调节装置的轴向位移量,因此可推知所需给药量。
本发明剂量装置易于预调节所需给药量。随着调节装置的转动,带动了螺母的转动,因而产生与调节装置和注射芯杆相联的指示器的轴向位移,通过指示指示器与调节装置的相对位移的适宜刻度,其读数即为所要求的给药量。预调节后,不仅可推进指示器,使其产生相对于调节装置的轴向移位,而且返回至与之相对的开始位置,进行注射。当螺母与注射芯杆啮合在一起时,该注射芯杆就避免了相对于套管的转动,指示器的位移导致注射芯杆和药筒内的注射芯也随之移动。在调节期间,套管和注射芯杆之间的止锁装置确保注射芯不被抽出药筒外。
根据本发明,当螺母至少有一个径向突出、轴向延伸的凸台时特别有利。所述凸台滑入调节装置内壁的轴向延伸的联结槽内。
根据本发明,螺母和与之连接的指示器,包括中断它们离开剂量装置顶端的轴向移动的结构,由此可防止剂量装置被调节至可能不利的高给药量。
此外,螺母和指示器可整体成形,因此可得到本发明的一个最简单实施例。
根据本发明,螺母和指示器基本上可与在外端的端钮轴向对称形成。所述端钮的外径相当于调节装置的外径,因此,可按简单方法停止指示
图7是图6实施例的轴向剖视图。
附图1-5所示的本发明剂量装置包括内装药筒2的套管1,药筒内装有液体3。该药筒2包括注射芯4,该注射芯将液体3推压出插入顶端的注射针5,用已知的一般方法拧上杯形盖6,将所述注射针固定于套管1。如图2和图3所示,药筒2借助于挡盖7可保持在套管内,挡盖藉咬合作用任意固定于套管上,它可以插入注射针5的突出端(图中未表示),使该突出端可任意延伸到药筒内部。最好在将带有注射针的盖6拧到套管1的挡盖7上的过程中,进行注射针5的插入和延伸。
在注射针5的另一端,该剂量装置设有能推动药筒2内的注射器芯4的注射芯杆8。在注射芯杆8的底部有一个轴向槽9,该轴向槽带有成锯齿形的横向钩10(见轴向剖视图)。这些钩与设在套1上的棘爪11相配合,棘爪带有与注射芯杆8上所述钩10相配合的钩,钩10与棘爪11组成的配合形式只允许注射芯杆8朝药筒的注射芯4移动,而不能朝其相反方向移动。如图5所示,棘爪11和槽9的宽度要保证它们的配合能防止注射芯相对于套管的转动。
注射芯杆8还包括沿其外表面上的螺纹12,螺母13拧在所述螺纹上。参看图4,螺母13的外表面有径向突出的凸台14和15,它们沿螺母13的外表面轴向延伸,并分别插入围绕筒形调节装置18的相应的槽16和17中。在调节装置邻近套管一端,有接受套管1上环形凸台20嵌入的环形槽19。因此,有可能在旋转调节装置18的同时防止其轴向位移。
螺母13与管式指示器21一起整体成形,该指示器与注射芯杆8离开套管1,在注射芯杆8和调节装置18之间同轴延伸。突出在调节装置外部自由端的指示器21,还带有外径与调节装置18基本相同的端钮22。如图2和图3所示,在螺母过渡到管式指示器处,有一个环形连接面23,相应地,调节装置18也有一个内环形连接面24,在螺母相对于注射器芯作轴向移动期间,螺母上的连接表面23靠近上述连接表面24,由此,上器的轴向移动,进而停止注射芯杆和注射芯朝剂量装置的顶端移动。
根据本发明可组成有保护注射针的可拆盖子的剂量装置,该盖子轴向延伸,装配时,它邻近调节装置的顶端,其中,邻近盖子末端的调节装置上有相关刻度,该刻度在调节装置相对于盖子转动期间指示给药量。因此,可用简易方法谨慎调节所需量,即,随着该刻度指示该调节装置转一整圈的部分的给药量,指示器上的刻度同时指示调节装置每转一整圈的给药量。
根据本发明最有利的实施例,在套管和调节装置上设有标记结构,该标记结构可使调节装置进行明确的逐步旋转和任意地有声指示移动,盖子可合适地和不可转动地定位,在其任意位置上对着调节装置的刻度设置相关刻度,因此使调节装置逐步旋转。这样,始终可以设置盖子的刻度对着调节装置上固定的零位,该零位是所需给药量的调节基准。另一优点是本剂量装置的使用者同时能清楚地感觉到调节的改变,因此,正确调节的可靠性特佳。
最后,根据本发明,通过止锁装置,可防止注射芯杆相对于套管的转动,在套管上至少设置1个棘爪,该棘爪与注射芯杆的轴向槽啮合,该槽底设有与棘爪相配合的适宜的锯齿形。
参照下列附图更详细描述本发明。

图6是与联结螺母一起整体成形的指示器实施例的透视图,为清晰起见,除去部分结构。述移动就在所要求位置停止。位于调节装置18内壁的槽16和17的长度,即在套管1的邻界端和调节装置18内连接表面24之间,螺母13可相对于注射器芯和调节装置作轴向自由移动的距离。
该剂量装置还包括一个可拆盖子25。在不使用该剂量装置时,盖25可保护注射针5。这个盖的轴向长度,即当装配后,其自由端边缘26邻近调节装置18。靠近盖25自由端边缘26有轴向槽,这些槽沿盖的内壁以互等角度分布,图2和图3中以27和28表示,它们相应地分别接受突出在套管外表面的凸台29和30。这样,盖25总可固定在套管1外表面的预定旋转位置。该盖25的槽27和28可插入套管1的凸台29和30进行咬合,在此不作详述。
如图5所示,套管1沿圆周有轴向定位槽31、32、33、34和35,这些槽以与盖内壁的槽27和28一样的互等角度分布。套管外表面的槽31-35与调节装置18上向里突出的凸台36相配合,这些槽31-35的凸台36组成的配合,使之易于手工旋转与套管1相连的调节装置18,随着凸台36进入槽内,确保可听到逐步推进调节装置的声音,及将调节装置停留在所需位置。
参看图1,邻近盖25端的调节装置外表面上有一个刻度盘,其上有一块刻有数字0的弧形板37,相应地,盖25在弧形板37对面有一块球形柄38。盖25沿套管圆周合适地定位,调节装置18的相应位置也与套管1的圆周有关,对使用者来说,总是能在开始调节前,将球形柄38对着弧形板37给以定位。
用下述方法操作该剂量装置:根据球形柄38对着调节装置18的弧形板37的位置,通过旋转连有套管1的调节装置18,调整所要求的给药量,盖25装配在套管上。结果使螺母13随着转动,对着套管1末端,邻近所述螺母的凸台14防止了调节装置18以错误方向转动。螺母13的转动牵连到注射芯杆8,意即通过螺纹12迫使杆8离开药筒,由此指示器就轴向移动,离开调节装置18的自由端,于是,粗刻度线39显露在指示器21的外侧。所述刻度可再等分,以便以盖25上球形柄38为基准,调节装置18每旋转一整圈,就能指示该给药量,邻近盖25的调节装置端部上的刻度40指示以球形柄38为基准调节装置18旋转一整圈的部分给药量。
调整所需要求的给药量后,调节装置18就在适当位置上停止旋转,即套管外表面上31-35槽之一接受了内凸台36插入而停止了旋转。接着,使用者拔去盖25,插进注射针5,把剂量装置放在需要的位置上。然后压端钮22,使指示器21往回推进调节装置18,直至螺母13顶着套管1的末端或端钮22顶着调节装置的末端才停止指示器移动。由于棘爪11阻止注射芯杆8转动,因此指示器21的位移给注射芯杆带来相应距离的位移,由此朝液体3的出口端推进药筒的注射芯。结果,一定量的液体被压出药筒,所述量等于根据刻度测定的量。输液后,该调节装置的长度与预调节之前一样,因此,它一直保持一种令人满意的外形。
选择适宜的药筒材料,使药筒呈透明,这样,使用者始终可以看清药筒内是否留有液体。盖25同时保护药筒的药液免受阳光照射。剂量装置的各个零件最好用塑料(如聚丙烯)通过注模法制成,而且较容易制造。就配伍性而言,使剂量装置的材料适应注射液也是可能的。
图6和图7表示指示器21和与之联结螺母13的另一实施例。在这一指示器外表面有一块突出板41,可插入调节装置18内壁上相应的槽内。相对于突出板41的一端,为紧固自由端钮(图中未表示)而设置环形槽42,并且形成如同端钮22的端部。
本发明已介绍了最佳实施例。在不背离本发明的范围的情况下可以作出各种改变。例如根据止锁形状,注射芯杆可以有各种结构,由于注射芯杆通过适宜的开口形式进入套管1,可确保防止注射芯杆转动。另外,该注射芯杆8必需有与螺母13相配合的螺纹12。在邻接套管1的螺母13端和套管1邻接端上都有齿圈。该齿圈加工成配合防止套管1和螺母13共同旋转的齿状,这些齿允许有相反方向的稍微转动。
也可以不用单独药筒作为注射液容器,而用与重新作适宜成形的套管整体形成的容器,所述套管也可用作同时与盖、调节装置和注射芯杆相配合的注射液容器。
如图1所示,盖25在调节装置18的相对端,其横截面是非圆形的,所述盖固定的剂量装置上。这样,在装配过程中,很容易操作所述盖子。此外,设有别扣43,使剂量装置可挂在衣袋上,就如自来水笔一样。
所述剂量装置还可用于胰岛素之外的其它注射剂,如吗啡。

Claims (8)

7.根据权利要求1-6的剂量装置,其特征在于在套管(1)和调节装置(18)上设有标记结构(31、32、33、34、35和36),该标记结构可使调节装置(18)进行明确的逐步旋转和任意地有声指示移动,其中盖子(25)可合适地和不可转动地定位,在其任意位置上对着调节装置的刻度(37)设置相关刻度,因此使调节装置逐步旋转。
8.根据权利要求1-7的剂量装置,其特征在于通过止锁装置(10、11),确保防止注射芯杆(8)相对于套管(1)的移动,由此,在套管(1)上至少设置1个棘爪(11),该棘爪与注射芯杆(8)的轴向槽(9)啮合,该槽底设有与棘爪(11)相配合的适宜的锯齿形。
