Abstract

本发明公开一种注塑机油路控制系统,其包括并联设置的定量泵与变量泵,单向控制阀,合流控制阀,合流流量控制模块以及合流压力控制模块;当注塑机注塑时,若注塑流量小于定量泵额定值时,仅变量泵工作,若注塑流量大于定量泵额定值时,定量泵全流量输出,同时变量泵补足不足的流量;当注塑机注塑且定量泵与变量泵同时工作时,变量泵油量经过合流控制阀且定量泵油量经过单向控制阀后合流,合流后的油量由合流流量控制模块与合流压力控制模块控制并通过第一出油口驱动油缸工作。本发明采用变量泵与定量泵可合流的独立双系统油路控制系统,可实现高速注塑同时还解决了开环变量泵大排量输出时流量跟随性差的缺点。

一种注塑机油路控制系统以及注塑机
技术领域
本发明涉及注塑技术领域,尤其涉及一种注塑机油路系统及注塑机。
背景技术
注塑机具有能一次成型外型复杂、尺寸精确或带有金属嵌件的质地密致的塑料制品,因此注塑机广泛应用于国防、机电、汽车、交通运输、建材、包装、农业以及人们日常生活各个领域。
现有的注塑机一般工作过程为:调模-合模-中子进-溶胶-射移-注射-冷却-开模-中子退-顶出。上述工作过程通常是线性的工作过程,在此工作过程中,通过一条油路控制所有的执行元件。然而此种控制方式效率较低、控制效果不高且溢流损失较严重。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述不足,提出一种注塑机油路控制系统。
本发明解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是,提出一种注塑机油路控制系统,其包括:并联设置的定量泵与变量泵,单向控制阀,合流控制阀,合流流量控制模块以及合流压力控制模块;当注塑机注塑时,若注塑流量小于定量泵额定值时,仅变量泵工作,若注塑流量大于定量泵额定值时,定量泵全流量输出,同时变量泵补足不足的流量;当注塑机注塑且定量泵与变量泵同时工作时,变量泵油量经过合流控制阀且定量泵油量经过单向控制阀后合流,合流后的油量由合流流量控制模块与合流压力控制模块控制并通过第一出油口驱动油缸工作。
进一步地,所述定量泵与变量泵还与第二出油口相连,所述第一出油口用于注塑、射移、溶胶流量,所述第二出油口用于开合模、顶出、调模和中子流量;注塑结束后,定量泵与变量泵通过第一出油口和/或第二出油口分别同时驱动溶胶、开模、合模和/或顶出。
进一步地,所述变量泵还连接有变量泵流量与压力控制模块,所述定量泵还连接有溢流控制阀。
进一步地,所述变量泵流量与压力控制模块包括比例电磁阀、第一溢流阀以及多个不可调节流阀;所述比例电磁阀P端接入定量泵,B端分别接入第二出油口、合流控制阀并通过不可调节流阀接入第一溢流阀。
进一步地,所述合流控制阀为二位四通电磁阀,所述二位四通电磁阀P端接入第二出油口与变量泵,所述二位四通电磁阀T端接入单向控制阀反向端,单向控制阀正向端接入定量泵。
进一步地,所述合流流量控制模块以及合流压力控制模块包括调速阀,与调速阀并联的第二溢流阀、第三溢流阀以及直动式比例溢流阀;所述第二溢流阀、第三溢流阀以及直动式比例溢流阀均并联设置。
进一步地,所述定量泵与变量泵均通过电动机带动。
进一步地,所述定量泵与变量泵上均连接有压力显示装置。
本发明还提供一种注塑机,其包括上述任一项所述的油路控制系统。
本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
1、采用变量泵与定量泵可合流的独立双系统油路控制系统,可实现高速注塑同时还解决了开环变量泵大排量输出时流量跟随性差的缺点,可以经济的实现高速注塑多腔成型以及射胶终点的精密控制。
2、采用变量泵和定量泵特殊的启动方式实现了流量的高应答性,在高速注塑的情况下,能耗相比普通定量泵高速注塑机降低50%以上。
3、变量泵工作时,变量泵经过变量泵流量与压力控制模块与合流流量与压力控制模块二级控制,响应精度更高。
4、采用两个出油口,当注塑完成后,定量泵与变量泵可分别通过两个出油口控制其他油缸动作。特别地,当注塑完成后,可由其中一个泵驱动开模、锁模和顶出动作,另一个泵驱动溶胶动作,这样既可在整个工作周期中节省溶胶时间,提高生产效率。

具体实施方式
以下是本发明的具体实施例并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
请参照图1,图1为本发明注塑机油路控制系统的结构框图示意图。图1中,本发明注塑机油路控制系统包括并联设置的定量泵1与变量泵2,单向控制阀3,合流控制阀4,合流流量控制模块5以及合流压力控制模块6;当注塑机注塑时,若注塑流量小于定量泵额定值时,仅变量泵工作,若注塑流量大于定量泵额定值时,定量泵全流量输出,同时变量泵补足不足的流量;当注塑机注塑且定量泵与变量泵同时工作时,变量泵油量经过合流控制阀4且定量泵油量经过单向控制阀3后合流,合流后的油量由合流流量控制模块5与合流压力控制模块6控制并通过第一出油口驱动油缸工作。
当注塑机注塑,仅变量泵工作时,无溢流损失;定量泵全流量输出,变量泵补足时,依然不会产生高压溢流损失。因此在注塑机注塑的整个工作状态下,都不会产生高压溢流损失,整个工作状态相当于一个大排量变量泵工作,能耗仅相当于定量泵注塑机的35%-50%。
进一步地,所述定量泵1与变量泵2还与第二出油口相连,所述第一出油口用于注塑、射移、溶胶流量,所述第二出油口用于开合模、顶出、调模和中子流量;注塑结束后,定量泵与变量泵通过第一出油口和/或第二出油口分别同时驱动溶胶、开模、合模和/或顶出。
采用复合油路的设计,使得注塑机具备平行动作控制的功能。当注塑结束后,定量泵与变量泵分别各自同时驱动开模、合模、溶胶和顶出,使得下次注塑时无需再次等待溶胶时间,整个成型周期即可省去了溶胶时间,有效提高生产效率。当某些注塑工序无需溶胶工序时,则可选择由定量泵通过第二油路驱动顶出,变量泵也通过第二油路驱动开模和合模从而使得顶出和合模可以同时进行。可以想象地,定量泵与变量泵结合第一油路和第二油路有多种同时驱动油缸工作的方式,可以根据需要进行调节,例如变量泵通过第一油路驱动射移同时定量泵通过第二油路驱动顶出等。
另外,第二油路仅在注塑结束后启动,因此定量泵在第二油路不做负载动力输出时,其流量为低压冷却回油箱,相当于旁路冷却油路,可以有效提高注塑机的液压油冷却性能。
进一步地,所述变量泵还连接有变量泵流量与压力控制模块7,所述定量泵还连接有溢流控制阀8。
当变量泵通过第一油路驱动注塑时,变量泵流量经过变量泵流量与压力控制模块7以及合流流量控制模块5与合流压力控制模块6双级控制,解决了开环变量泵大排量输出时流量跟随性差的缺点,提高注塑的精密性,有效抑制注塑飞边的产生并减少产品的残余应力,极大提高注塑的响应灵敏度。
请参照图2,图2为本发明注塑机油路控制系统的具体结构示意图。图2中,所述变量泵流量与压力控制模块7包括比例电磁阀70、第一溢流阀71以及多个不可调节流阀72;所述比例电磁阀P端接入定量泵1,B端分别接入第二出油口、合流控制阀4并通过不可调节流阀72接入第一溢流阀71。
合流控制阀4为二位四通电磁阀,所述二位四通电磁阀P端接入第二出油口与变量泵,所述二位四通电磁阀T端接入单向控制阀3反向端,单向控制阀3正向端接入定量泵1。
合流流量控制模块5以及合流压力控制模块6包括调速阀50,与调速阀50并联的第二溢流阀60、第三溢流阀61以及直动式比例溢流阀62;所述第二溢流阀60、第三溢流阀61以及直动式比例溢流阀62均并联设置。第二溢流阀60与直动式比例溢流阀62通过同一回油油路回油至油缸,第三溢流阀61通过另一回油油路回油至油缸。
优选地,所述定量泵与变量泵均通过电动机EM带动,且所述定量泵与变量泵上均连接有压力显示装置9。

1.一种注塑机油路控制系统,其特征在于:包括并联设置的定量泵与变量泵,单向控制阀,合流控制阀,合流流量控制模块以及合流压力控制模块;当注塑机注塑时,若注塑流量小于定量泵额定值时,仅变量泵工作,若注塑流量大于定量泵额定值时,定量泵全流量输出,同时变量泵补足不足的流量;当注塑机注塑且定量泵与变量泵同时工作时,变量泵油量经过合流控制阀且定量泵油量经过单向控制阀后合流,合流后的油量由合流流量控制模块与合流压力控制模块控制并通过第一出油口驱动油缸工作;
所述定量泵与变量泵还与第二出油口相连,所述第一出油口用于注塑、射移、溶胶流量,所述第二出油口用于开合模、顶出、调模和中子流量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的注塑机油路控制系统,其特征在于:所述变量泵还连接有变量泵流量与压力控制模块,所述定量泵还连接有溢流控制阀。
3.根据权利要求2所述的注塑机油路控制系统,其特征在于:所述变量泵流量与压力控制模块包括比例电磁阀、第一溢流阀以及多个不可调节流阀;所述比例电磁阀P端接入定量泵,B端分别接入第二出油口、合流控制阀并通过不可调节流阀接入第一溢流阀。
4.根据权利要求3所述的注塑机油路控制系统,其特征在于:所述合流控制阀为二位四通电磁阀,所述二位四通电磁阀P端接入第二出油口与变量泵,所述二位四通电磁阀T端接入单向控制阀反向端,单向控制阀正向端接入定量泵。
5.根据权利要求4所述的注塑机油路控制系统,其特征在于:所述合流流量控制模块以及合流压力控制模块包括调速阀,与调速阀并联的第二溢流阀、第三溢流阀以及直动式比例溢流阀;所述第二溢流阀、第三溢流阀以及直动式比例溢流阀均并联设置。
6.根据权利要求1所述的注塑机油路控制系统,其特征在于:所述定量泵与变量泵均通过电动机带动。
7.根据权利要求1所述的注塑机油路控制系统,其特征在于:所述定量泵与变量泵上均连接有压力显示装置。
