一种可爬楼梯的多功能轮椅
技术领域
本发明涉及一种可爬楼梯的多功能轮椅设备,具体地说是应用步进电机带动大小轮的转动,用小轮来辅助轮椅攀爬楼梯,同时,安装有GPS导航及轮椅控制模块、笔记本托盘、按摩靠背从而实现轮椅的多种功能,属于自动化设备领域。
背景技术
我们知道,对老年人和行走方面有残疾的人来说,走路时他们的一大问题。轮椅的产生对这一问题的解决起了重大的作用。但是,生活在轮椅上有新的烦闷,遇到楼梯不敢上以及缺少娱乐等。目前市场上敢爬楼梯的轮椅容易受坡度影响,发生翻椅,缺乏安全,所以,市场上急需出现一种可安全使用的能满足爬楼梯功能的轮椅设备。
发明内容
针对上述不足,本发明提供了一种可爬楼梯的多功能轮椅。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种可爬楼梯的多功能轮椅,由1 椅架、2 笔记本托盘、3 靠背调节手臂、4 靠背、5 可伸缩小轮支架、6 小轮、7 小轮步进电机、8 大轮、9 GPS导航及轮椅控制模块、10 踏板、11 大轮步进电机、12 旋转臂步进电机、13 电池盒、14 旋转手臂组成,其特征为:笔记本托盘和GPS导航及轮椅控制模块安装在椅架两侧,靠背调节手臂两端分别铰接在靠背与椅架上,靠背环套在椅架上并与靠背调节手臂铰接,可伸缩小轮支架通过铰接安装在椅架两侧,小轮与小轮电机安装在可伸缩小轮支架上,大轮和大轮步进电机安装在椅架两侧,踏板安装在椅架下部,旋转臂步进电机和电池盒安装在椅架底部,旋转手臂一端连接在旋转臂步进电机上,另一端套在可伸缩小轮支架上。
该发明的有益之处是实现轮椅的安全爬楼梯,平稳行走,娱乐和导航功能。

具体实施方式
一种可爬楼梯的多功能轮椅,由1 椅架、2 笔记本托盘、3 靠背调节手臂、4 靠背、5 可伸缩小轮支架、6 小轮、7 小轮步进电机、8 大轮、9 GPS导航及轮椅控制模块、10 踏板、11 大轮步进电机、12 旋转臂步进电机、13 电池盒、14旋转手臂组成,其特征为:笔记本托盘和GPS导航及轮椅控制模块安装在椅架两侧,靠背调节手臂两端分别铰接在靠背与椅架上,靠背环套在椅架上并与靠背调节手臂铰接,可伸缩小轮支架通过铰接安装在椅架两侧,小轮与小轮电机安装在可伸缩小轮支架上,大轮和大轮步进电机安装在椅架两侧,踏板安装在椅架下部,旋转臂步进电机和电池盒安装在椅架底部,旋转手臂一端连接在旋转臂步进电机上,另一端套在可伸缩小轮支架上。
当爬楼梯或台阶时,乘坐者通过GPS导航及轮椅控制模块9控制小轮步进电机7和大轮步进电机11的转速,同时,控制旋转臂步进电机12转动使可伸缩小轮支架5伸缩转动让小轮6接触地面,根据爬行路段的陡峭度调节靠背调节手臂3使靠背4旋转,从而降低重心,爬行安全;当轮椅在平地行走时,控制旋转臂步进电机12转动使可伸缩小轮支架5伸缩转动让小轮6抬起,调节靠背调节手臂3使靠背4旋转到合适的角度;笔记本托盘2可以安装上笔记本供乘坐者娱乐,GPS导航及轮椅控制模块9可以对整个轮椅进行准确控制和路线路况导航,靠背上的凹凸结构起到了很好的按摩作用,这样,一种可爬楼梯的多功能轮椅设备就将轮椅的安全爬楼梯,平稳行走,娱乐和导航功能就完成了。

1.一种可爬楼梯的多功能轮椅,其特征是:由椅架、笔记本托盘、靠背调节手臂、靠背、可伸缩小轮支架、小轮、小轮步进电机、大轮、GPS导航及轮椅控制模块、踏板、大轮步进电机、旋转臂步进电机、电池盒、旋转手臂组成,笔记本托盘和GPS导航及轮椅控制模块安装于椅架两侧,靠背调节手臂连接于靠背与椅架,可伸缩小轮支架通过铰接安装于椅架,小轮与小轮电机安装于可伸缩小轮支架,大轮和大轮步进电机安装于椅架,踏板安装于椅架下部,旋转臂步进电机和电池盒安装在椅架底部,旋转手臂连接在旋转臂步进电机和可伸缩小轮支架间。
