Abstract

本发明公开一种耐低温阻燃橡胶电缆护套材料,包括以下步骤:将氯化聚乙烯30%、三元乙丙橡胶10%在密炼机中混炼3min~4min;在密炼机中再加入一氧化铅0.5%、碳酸钙290%、N-异丙苯-N′-苯基对苯二胺0.5%、三氧化二锑3%、氧化镁0.1%、石蜡烃油5%、氯化石蜡5%;在密炼机中最后加入石蜡1%、高耐磨炭黑5%、沉淀法白炭黑3%、滑石粉5%、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷0.1%,该混炼胶料在温度达到90℃~100℃时从所述密炼机中排出;压延后的混炼胶料放入密炼机混炼,混炼温度达到90℃~120℃时加过氧化二异丙苯1.5%、三烯丙基异三聚氰酸酯1.3%。本发明能够通过零下40℃低温脆化实验,具有优良的耐低温性能,氧指数大于32,具有较好的阻燃性能。

耐低温阻燃橡胶电缆护套材料
技术领域
本发明涉及电缆护套材料,具体涉及耐低温阻燃橡胶电缆护套材料。
背景技术
中国有着广博的土地,这使得气候也有很大的差异,巨大的温差,对我们电缆材料提出了较高的要求。北方地区温度时常能达到零下40℃,且一般设备是在无人看管区,电缆在这种条件下工作,应有很好的耐低温性能和一定的阻燃性能,一般的塑料、氯化聚乙烯橡胶料无法在这样的低温下正常工作。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种耐低温阻燃橡胶电缆护套材料,该橡胶电缆护套材料能够通过零下40℃低温脆化实验,具有优良的耐低温性能,氧指数大于32,具有较好的阻燃性能,且制备工艺简单,可操作性强。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种耐低温阻燃橡胶电缆护套材料,所述橡胶电缆护套材料配方为:30%氯化聚乙烯、10%三元乙丙橡胶、5%滑石粉、5%石蜡烃油、5%氯化石蜡、0.1%氧化镁、0.5%一氧化铅、5%高耐磨炭黑、3%沉淀法白炭黑、29%碳酸钙、3%三氧化二锑、1%石蜡、0.5%防老剂N- 异丙基 -N′-苯基对苯二胺、0.1%表面活性剂γ- 氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、1.5%%硫化剂过氧化二异丙苯、1.3%助硫化剂三烯丙基异三聚氰酸酯;所述制备工艺其包括以下步骤:
步骤1. 将所述氯化聚乙烯30%、所述三元乙丙橡胶10%在70℃~80℃密炼机中混炼3min~4min;
步骤2. 在所述密炼机中再加入所述一氧化铅0.5%、所述碳酸钙290%、所述防老剂N-异丙基 -N′-苯基对苯二胺0.5%、所述三氧化二锑3%、所述氧化镁0.1%、所述石蜡烃油5%、所述氯化石蜡5%,混炼2min~3min;
步骤3. 在所述密炼机中最后加入所述石蜡1%、所述高耐磨炭黑5%、所述沉淀法白炭黑3%、所述滑石粉5%、所述表面活性剂γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷0.1%,混炼1min~2min,形成混炼胶料,该混炼胶料在温度达到90℃~100℃时从所述密炼机中排出;
步骤4. 排出的所述混炼胶料在开炼机上薄通1~2 次,并摆胶2~3次,接着在三辊压延机上压延,不开条出片;
步骤5. 压延后的混炼胶料室温存放7h~9h,然后放入密炼机混炼,混炼温度达到90℃~120℃时加所述硫化剂过氧化二异丙苯1.5%、所述助硫化剂三烯丙基异三聚氰酸酯1.3%,接着混炼0.5min~1.5min,然后排出混炼胶料;
步骤6. 该混炼胶料在开炼机上薄通1~2次,并摆胶2~3次,接着在三辊压延机上开条出片,输出的橡页经过冷却辊冷却,过滑石粉箱后,即制得成品。
由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点和效果:
本发明耐低温阻燃橡胶电缆护套材料,在橡胶电缆护套材料中,采用氯化聚乙烯和三元乙丙橡胶共混,从而提高材料的低温性能,同时通过添加阻燃剂三氧化二锑和氯化石蜡协同作用来提高橡胶护套料的阻燃性能,具体来说,三氧化二锑和氯化石蜡进行化学反应,生成三氯化锑(Sb2X3),三氯化锑能作为气相燃烧区的自由基扑捉剂,可以有效的扑捉聚合物燃烧产生的自由基,起到阻燃作用,实现阻燃,经实验证实,本发明的橡胶护套料能够通过零下40℃低温脆化实验,具有优良的耐低温性能,氧指数大于32,具有较好的阻燃性能,且制备工艺简单,可操作性强。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步描述:
实施例:一种耐低温阻燃橡胶电缆护套材料,在橡胶电缆护套材料中,采用氯化聚乙烯和三元乙丙橡胶共混,从而提高材料低温性能,同时通过添加阻燃剂三氧化二锑和氯化石蜡协同作用来提高橡胶护套料的阻燃性能,具体来说,生成三氯化锑(Sb2X3),三氯化锑能作为气相燃烧区的自由基扑捉剂,可以有效的扑捉聚合物燃烧产生的自由基,起到阻燃作用,实现阻燃,护套材料的氧指数大于32%,还有,通过添加补强剂炭黑和沉淀法白炭黑来提高橡胶护套料的物理机械性能,使得护套料的拉伸强度大于10MPa,断裂伸长率大于300%;护套材料的其他材料组分中,防老剂N-异丙基 -N′-苯基对苯二胺能够减缓护套料的热氧老化速度,使得护套料能通过100±2℃的热老化实验,滑石粉作填料用,能够降低成本,碳酸钙也用作填料,进一步降低材料成本,不仅如此,碳酸钙还能吸收氯化氢,避免氯化氢形成的酸液使得护套材料上出现气孔,氯化氢是氯化聚乙烯在混炼时分解产生的,氧化镁也能吸收氯化氢,保证分解出的氯化氢被彻底去除,石蜡烃油、氯化石蜡均作为增塑剂,便于材料成形,加工时石蜡起润滑作用,表面活性剂能够提高材料组分中有机物质与无机物质之间的相容性,使得各材料组分混炼充分均匀,提高材料的物理机械性能,采用沉淀法制备的白炭黑,粒径大,容易分散均匀,保证混炼效果,一氧化铅作为稳定剂,阻止氯化聚乙烯分解,硫化剂使得材料发生硫化交联,使高分子材料从线性转变为立体网状结构,提高材料的机械和物理性能,助硫化剂能增加交联效率及耐热性。
材料各组份配方为:材料各组份配方为:氯化聚乙烯30公斤,三元乙丙橡胶10公斤,滑石粉5公斤,石蜡烃油5公斤,氯化石蜡5公斤,氧化镁0.1公斤,一氧化铅0.5公斤,高耐磨炭黑5公斤,沉淀法白炭黑3公斤,碳酸钙29公斤,三氧化二锑3公斤,石蜡1公斤,防老剂N- 异丙基 -N′-苯基对苯二胺0.5公斤,表面活性剂γ- 氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷0.1公斤,硫化剂过氧化二异丙苯1.5 公斤,助硫化剂三烯丙基异三聚氰酸酯1.3公斤。
所述制备工艺其包括以下步骤:
步骤1. 将所述氯化聚乙烯30%、所述三元乙丙橡胶10%在70℃~80℃密炼机中混炼3min~4min;
步骤2. 在所述密炼机中再加入所述一氧化铅0.5%、所述碳酸钙290%、所述防老剂N-异丙基 -N′-苯基对苯二胺0.5%、所述三氧化二锑3%、所述氧化镁0.1%、所述石蜡烃油5%、所述氯化石蜡5%,混炼2min~3min;

本实例制备的耐低温阻燃橡胶电缆护套材料,性能的检测数据如下:
老化条件: 100±2℃×168小时。

1.一种耐低温阻燃橡胶电缆护套材料,其特征在于:所述橡胶电缆护套材料配方为:30%氯化聚乙烯、10%三元乙丙橡胶、5%滑石粉、5%石蜡烃油、5%氯化石蜡、0.1%氧化镁、0.5%一氧化铅、5%高耐磨炭黑、3%沉淀法白炭黑、29%碳酸钙、3%三氧化二锑、1%石蜡、0.5%防老剂N- 异丙基-N′-苯基对苯二胺、0.1%表面活性剂γ- 氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、1.5%硫化剂过氧化二异丙苯、1.3%助硫化剂三烯丙基异三聚氰酸酯;所述制备工艺其包括以下步骤:
步骤1. 将所述氯化聚乙烯30%、所述三元乙丙橡胶10%在70℃~80℃密炼机中混炼3min~4min;
步骤2. 在所述密炼机中再加入所述一氧化铅0.5%、所述碳酸钙29%、所述防老剂N-异丙基-N′-苯基对苯二胺0.5%、所述三氧化二锑3%、所述氧化镁0.1%、所述石蜡烃油5%、所述氯化石蜡5%,混炼2min~3min;
