Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于从贮油箱向内燃机供应燃料、优选柴油的泵单元。
背景技术
特别地,本发明涉及如下类型的泵单元,其包括:输送泵,例如电动泵,其适于从贮油箱中抽取燃料;高压泵,例如活塞泵,其适于供应燃料到内燃机;以及流体回路,其又包括用于互连该电动泵和该活塞泵的第一支路和用于互连该活塞泵和该内燃机的第二支路。
一般来说,该流体回路另外还包括:安置在第一支路上的计量电磁阀,以用于根据内燃机的多个运行参数的值实现对供应至活塞泵的燃料的瞬时流量的选择性控制;以及第三支路,其互连该第一支路和该贮油箱,且在计量电磁阀的相对于燃料顺着第一支路前进的方向的上游连接至第一支路,而且能使至少部分过量于通过计量电磁阀供应的燃料流排放至贮油箱。
该第三支路设有溢流阀,该溢流阀安装在穿过该活塞泵的泵壳形成的第一安装孔中,并且具有:供燃料流入溢流阀的入口、供燃料流出溢流阀的至少一个出口、以及可在关闭该出口的位置和打开该出口的位置之间移动的滑阀。
第三支路还至少部分地由连接件形成,该连接件安装在第二安装孔中,该第二安装孔相对于前述的第一安装孔横向地穿过该活塞泵的泵壳而形成;该连接件与溢流阀的该出口是流体连通的,并且从泵壳凸出用于连接向贮油箱中供应燃料的管。
已知的上述类型的泵单元有许多缺点,主要是由于两个安装孔的提供需要在前述的泵壳上执行相当复杂、漫长且昂贵的加工操作的事实,两个安装孔也即一个用于溢流阀,一个用于连接件。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于从贮油箱向内燃机供应燃料、优选柴油的泵单元,其没有上述缺陷,并且制造简单而经济。
根据本发明,提供了一种如附带的权利要求中所要求的用于从贮油箱向内燃机供应燃料、优选柴油的泵单元。

具体实施方式
参考图1,数字1指代用于从贮油箱2向内燃机3供应液体燃料、优选柴油的泵单元的整体,在本示例中,柴油发动机包括:燃料分配集管4,通常称作“共轨”;及多个喷射器5,它们连接到集管4并适于将燃料喷射至发动机3的相应的燃烧室(未示出)中。
泵单元1包括:高压泵6,在本示例中为活塞泵,其适于供应燃料至发动机3;及低压泵或输送泵,在本示例中为电动泵,其适于从油箱2向泵6供应燃料。
泵6包括:具有特定的纵向轴线9的泵壳8;及至少一个油缸10,其形成于泵壳8中,并具有基本上垂直于轴线9的纵向轴线11,而且滑动接合有活塞12。
活塞12由安装在泵壳8中的已知类型的致动器13沿油缸10移动,并具有往复直线运动:包括用于将燃料抽到油缸10中的向外的冲程和用于压缩包含于油缸10中的燃料的返回冲程。
泵单元1还包括用于供应燃料的流体回路14,所述流体回路14又包括:第一支路15,其互连泵6和7,并延伸穿过泵壳8以润滑致动器13,而且通过入口阀16连接至油缸10;第二支路17,其在泵6和集管4之间延伸,并通过导出阀18连接至油缸10。
支路15设有计量电磁阀19,其安装在阀16的相对于燃料顺着支路15和17前进的方向20的上游,且可在关闭支路15的位置和打开支路15的位置之间移动,而且适于选择性地根据发动机3的多个运行参数的值控制供应至泵6的燃料的瞬时流量。
回路14还包括:第三支路21,其在电磁阀19的相对于方向20的上游将支路15连接至油箱2,并能使至少部分过量于通过电磁阀19供应的燃料流排放至油箱2中;及第四支路22,其在集管4和支路21之间延伸,并能使过量于喷射器5所需要的燃料流排放至油箱2中。
回路14还具有:第五支路23,用于将任何从支路15供应通过泵壳8的以及通过致动器13的支撑轴承(未示出)泄露的燃料排放到支路21中,并因此排放至油箱2中;及第六支路24,其在电磁阀19的相对于方向20的下游连接至支路15,并在支路15和支路21之间延伸,且允许对电磁阀19关闭时通过电磁阀19泄漏的燃料流进行吸收,而且设有已校准的孔25,该孔被设计用于在电磁阀19打开时将被支路24吸收的燃料的量限制至低于特定阈值的值。
如图1和图2所示,支路21设有安装在安装孔27中的溢流阀26,该安装孔27穿过泵壳8而形成,且具有特定的纵向轴线28,并且包括收缩部27a和加宽部27b,所述收缩部27a和加宽部27b由相对于轴线28基本上横向的环形肩部29互连。
阀26包括基本上圆柱形的阀壳30,其与轴线28同轴地延伸,并借助于介于之间的环形密封件31安装在孔27中,而且具有用于使燃料进入阀壳30的轴向孔32,另外还设有用于使燃料从阀壳30流出的至少两个径向孔。
阀26还包括滑阀34,其与轴线28同轴地安装在阀壳30中,且由置于阀壳30和滑阀34之间的弹簧35移动至、并通常保持在关闭孔33的位置处(图2),而且由燃料逆着弹簧35的作用从关闭该孔33的位置向打开该孔的位置(未示出)移动。
作为滑阀34向其打开位置移动的结果,通过孔33供应的燃料收集在孔27的部分36中,该处也能接受来自支路23的燃料。
支路21还包括与阀壳30一体制造的管状连接件37以便形成单独的套筒38,该套筒借由在部分27b中的过盈配合而与轴线28同轴地被锁定。
连接件37连接到形成支路21的一部分的管(未示出)上,并通过至少两个连接孔39与部分36连通,该连接孔穿过套筒38而形成并相对于轴线28倾斜。
图3和图4所示的变形例与图2所示的区别仅在于:在本变形例中,阀壳30和连接件37是两个互不相同的单独的件,且阀壳30具有至少两个径向切口40,它们绕轴线28均匀分布,并且穿过阀壳30而形成在相应的平面41上,该平面41形成在阀壳30的外表面上。
阀26可滑动地配合于孔27,并通过连接件37而抵靠肩部29被轴向锁定,连接件37则借由在部分27b中的过盈配合而被锁定,阀26通过切口40和相应的平面41与部分36连通。
在未示出的一个变形例中,阀壳30也借由在孔27中的过盈配合而被锁定。
溢流阀26和连接件37在单个安装孔27中的安装使得泵壳8的结构简化,并使得泵壳8的加工成本和时间减少。

Claims (13)

1.一种泵单元,用于从贮油箱(2)向内燃机(3)供应燃料,优选柴油,该泵单元包括:输送泵(7),其适于从贮油箱(2)中抽取燃料;高压泵(6),其具有设有安装孔(27)的泵壳(8);及流体回路(14),其又包括用于互连输送泵(7)和高压泵(6)的第一支路(15)、用于互连高压泵(6)和内燃机(3)的第二支路(17)、以及用于互连第一支路(15)和贮油箱(2)的第三支路;该第三支路(21)包括安装于安装孔(27)中的溢流阀(26)、和连接件(37),该连接件安装于溢流阀(26)的相对于燃料顺着第三支路(21)前进的方向(20)的下游,并连接到形成第三支路(21)的一部分的管上;所述泵单元的特征在于:所述溢流阀(26)和所述连接件(37)彼此同轴地安装在所述安装孔(27)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的泵单元,其中,所述溢流阀(26)包括阀壳(30)和塞子(34),所述塞子可滑动地接合在阀壳(30)中,以便在所述溢流阀(26)的关闭位置和打开位置之间移动。

7.根据权利要求6所述的泵单元,其中,安装孔(27)包括由该止端肩部(29)互连的收缩部(27a)和加宽部(27b)。
8.根据权利要求5至7任一项所述的泵单元,其中,阀壳(30)借由在安装孔(27)中的过盈配合而被锁定。
9.根据权利要求6或7所述的泵单元,其中,阀壳(30)可滑动地接合到安装孔(27),并通过连接件(37)抵靠着止端肩部(29)被轴向锁定。
10.根据权利要求5至9任一项所述的泵单元,其中,连接件(37)借由在安装孔(27)中的过盈配合而被锁定。
11.根据权利要求2至10任一项所述的泵单元,其中,溢流阀(26)包括供燃料流入阀壳(30)的入口(32)和供燃料流出阀壳(30)的至少一个出口(33);安装孔(27)包括收集部(36),该收集部与该出口(33)是流体连通的,并且还通过穿过阀壳(30)和/或连接件(37)自身形成的至少一个通道(39;40,41)与该连接件(37)流体连通。
