[0004] 但现有的带式干燥机一般以电加热器或气体燃烧加热器为热源,通过这些电加热器或气体燃烧加热器的热源加热外部空气使之成为高温空气后,与待干燥的物料接触,带走物料表面水分而使其干燥。然后,向外部排出带有水分的气体。该被排出的气体是还具有一定的热量的高温气体,直接排放到空气中,不仅造成设置干燥机的室内的温度和湿度上升,室内环境恶化,还造成了能源的浪费。
发明内容
[0005] 为克服现有技术的不足和缺陷,本发明提出了一种能够减少环境污染并降低能耗的干燥机设备。
[0006] 本发明提供了一种干燥机,包括:箱体,其上设置有进料口、出料口、进风口以及出风口 ;物料传送带,设置在所述箱体内,用于接收待干燥物料并将干燥后的物料送至箱体的出料口 ;加热装置,位于所述物料传送带下方;风机单元,与所述箱体连通,用于产生气流以穿过物料并进行干燥处理;以及除湿加热装置,位于所述箱体外,连通所述箱体的进风口与出风口。
[0007] 可选地,根据本发明的干燥机,所述物料传送带至少为一个。
[0008] 可选地,根据本发明的干燥机,所述物料传送带为两个,分上下两层设置,所述两层物料传送带的运行方向相反。

[0016] 本发明所述的干燥机能够快速、高效地使干燥机内物料中的水分蒸发,而且在所述干燥机的箱体外侧设置有连通所述箱体进风口与出风口的除湿加热装置,干燥的热风与潮湿物料接触后,带有水汽的潮湿热风由出风口经管道流回除湿加热装置内,经过除湿加热后再次进入箱体,循环利用,使得流出箱体的潮湿热风的热量得以充分利用,降低了干燥机的能耗。

[0020] 图1示出本发明所述干燥机的结构示意图。如图1所示,根据本发明的干燥机可用于干燥粮食、颗粒状食品等材料。具体地,本发明的干燥机包括:箱体100,物料传送带200,风机单元400以及除湿加热装置500,所述箱体100上设置有用于物料进出的进料口 101、出料口 102,以及进风口 103和出风口 104 ;物料传送带200设置在所述箱体100内,用于接收待干燥物料并将干燥后的物料送至箱体的出料口,在所述物料传送带下方设置有加热装置300,用于对风机单元产生的气流进行加热;所述风机单元400与所述箱体100连通,用于产生气流,该气流被加热装置加热变成干燥的热风穿过物料,对物料进行干燥处理,优选地,风机单元400位于箱体100的上部的两侧,且对称分布,以保证箱体内气流分布的均匀;所述除湿加热装置500位于所述箱体外,连通所述箱体的进风口 103与出风口 104。
[0021] 现有的干燥机中,干燥的热气流与所述湿物料接触后,带走物料的水分将物料干燥,而吸收水分的潮湿气流经出风口排出箱体。其实,所述潮湿的气流仍带有一部分的热量,直接将其排放到空气中,热量白白损失,造成了资源浪费。本发明中,所述除湿加热装置的两端分别为干燥机箱体的出风口和进风口相连,吸收水分的潮湿气流经出风口排出箱体后,进入所述除湿加热装置中经过除湿加热,形成热风再次进入箱体,实现了循环利用,使得流出箱体的潮湿热风的热量得以充分利用,降低了干燥机的能耗,同时还降低了潮湿热空气排放带来的环境污染。[0022] 除了如图1中所示的进风口外,本发明所述干燥机在箱体的侧面还设置有其他多个进风口,以进一步提闻干燥效率。
[0023] 本发明所述干燥机中,所述物料传送带至少为一个,在传送带上设置有密布的孔隙,颗粒度小于物料的颗粒度,但可允许气体穿过。本发明的一个实施例中,所述物料传送带为两个,分上下两层设置,如图1中所示。所述传送带连接有用以使其运行的驱动装置,其中,上下两层传送带的运行方向相反,上层物料传送带由干燥机的头部向尾部行进,而下层传送带由尾部向头部进行。本发明中,上层物料传送带的起始端与箱体的进料口相连,下层物料传送带的起始端与箱体的出料口相连。待干燥的物料经箱体进料口落到上层物料传送带起始端上,由干燥机的头部向尾部行进,到达上层物料传送带尾部的物料落到下层物料传送带的末端,物料再由干燥机的尾部向头部行进,直至到达箱体出料口。物料在传送的过程中被干燥,最后经箱体出料口导出干燥机。优选地,在所述干燥机的尾部,所述下层物料传动带比上层传送带伸出一段长度,以使得上层物料传送带的物料能够全部坠落到下层物料传送带上。
[0024] 本发明所述干燥机中,所述箱体包括至少一个独立的箱体单元105。如图1中所示,所述箱体内设置有多个相互串接的独立箱体单元105,各箱体单元上也分别设置有进料口、出料口以及上下两层分布的物料传送带,多个箱体单元串接起来即可实现物料的连续运行。
[0025] 本发明所述干燥机的一个实施例中,位于所述物料传送带下方的加热装置为蒸汽加热器。蒸汽加热器是采用高温水蒸气来加热低温气体的一种换热器。本发明中,所述蒸汽加热器是与蒸汽锅炉相连的散热片,蒸汽锅炉通过供气管道向各个散热片提供高温蒸汽,在蒸汽管道进入散热片之前,可以设置有一定的除水结构例如疏水阀,以使得由蒸汽冷却而凝结的水,被去除以避免影响散热器装置的效果。
[0026] 本发明所述干燥机的另一个实施例中,位于所述物料传送带下方的加热装置为电加热板。电热板是用电热合金丝作发热材料,用云母软板作绝缘材料,外包以薄金属板(铝板、不锈钢板等)进行加热的设备。常见的电加热板有不锈钢电加热板(云母电加热板)、陶瓷电加热板、铸铝电加热板以及铸铜电加热板,可根据使用需要进行选择。
[0027] 本发明的干燥机,所述箱体内设置有均风板(未示出),用于将风机单元产生的气流进行均匀分配。所述均风板分别设置于所述下层物料传送带的底部和上部,用于将气流进行均匀分配,提高干燥效率。所述均风板为不锈钢孔板,其厚度不大于2mm,优选
0.5-2mm ;开孔率根据循环风量设计,风速控制在6-9m/s。
[0028] 本发明所述干燥机中,所述箱体内还设置有热风循环装置600,用于使得热风在箱体内形成循环,以提高物料的干燥效率。
[0029] 本发明所述干燥机还包括布料装置700,用于将待干燥物料均匀载入所述箱体内的物料传送装置上。所述布料系统包括一个喂料绞龙以及可摆动的布料嘴,其直接将湿的物料倒入上层的传送带上。其中,所述布料嘴与一个偏轴的轮轴相连接,使得所述布料嘴可以无停顿的在设定的行程范围上来回摆动。摆动的速度由布料系统的电机来控制,电机与配电系统连接,由配电系统控制。
[0030] 根据本发明,所述各个风机单元的电机与配电系统相连接,可由配电箱调控风机单元的电机的功率和转速,借以调整箱体内的气流速度以及气流温度等。另外,布料装置和物料传送带驱动系统的电机也与配电系统连接,可以调整电机的功率和速度。所述物料传送带驱动系统的电机位于干燥机箱体的前部和后部,可包括两个电机,且均为可调的电机。

Claims (10)
1.一种干燥机,包括: 箱体(100),其上设置有进料口(101)、出料口(102)、进风口(103)以及出风口(104);物料传送带(200),设置在所述箱体(100)内,用于接收待干燥物料并将干燥后的物料送至箱体的出料口; 加热装置(300),位于所述物料传送带下方; 风机单元(400),与所述箱体(100)连通,用于产生气流以穿过物料并进行干燥处理;以及 除湿加热装置(500 ),位于所述箱(100 )体外,连通所述箱体的进风口( 103 )与出风口(104)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的干燥机,其特征在于:所述物料传送带(200)至少为一个。
3.根据权利要求2所述的干燥机,其特征在于:所述物料传送带(200)为两个,分上下两层设置,所述两层物料传送带的运行方向相反。
4.根据权利要求3所述的干燥机,其特征在于:在所述干燥机的尾部,所述下层物料传动带比上层传送带伸出一段长度,以使得上层物料传送带的物料能够全部坠落到下层物料传送带上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的干燥机,特征在于:所述箱体包括至少一个独立的箱体单元(105)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的干燥机,其特征在于:所述加热装置(300)为蒸汽加热器或电加热板。
7.根据权利要求1所述的干燥机,其特征在于:所述箱体内设置有均风板,用于将风机单元产生的气流进行均匀分配。
8.根据权利要求1所述的干燥机,其特征在于:所述箱体内还设置有热风循环装置(600)。
9.根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的干燥机,其特征在于:所述干燥机还包括布料装置(700),用于将待干燥物料均匀载入所述箱体内的物料传送带上。
10.根据权利要求9所述的干燥机,其特征在于:所述布料装置包括摇摆布料嘴,其由轮轴带动。
