Description

用于辊轴密封薄片的装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于辊轴密封薄片的装置,特别是将一包括装填有医药制品的小凹陷的成形底部薄片,借由在所谓热成形机器中的热密封来密封至盖板薄片。在馈送辊轴和密封辊轴之间传输有成形底部薄片以及盖板薄片,所述密封辊轴以抵抗着馈送辊轴的密封力来挤压薄片并且因此将薄片密封形成密封的合成薄片结构。
背景技术
为了能够在采用馈送辊轴和可加热密封辊轴的连续辊轴密封操作期间在高带速下处理所有种类的盖板薄片,需要在实际密封操作的上游安装预加热单元。采用预加热步骤的结果是增加了将盖板薄片加热至密封温度所用的时间。盖板薄片通常包括涂敷有热密封涂漆的铝箔。此外,其中铝箔的外表面层压至一纸张层的盖板薄片越来越广泛用于儿童防护的泡罩封装。然而,因为纸是热的不良导体,因此达到高处理输出就要求更长的预加热时间以在盖板薄片进入密封台之前将密封涂漆加热至熔点。
然而,没有任何一个与铝箔结合使用的预加热单元适用于处理纸张层,因为它们中没有任何一个可以在短时间期间内提供足够的热量输出。当纸张一侧被已知的预加热单元之一加热时,需要在极高温度下运行以达到高处理输出。这可以导致不希望的纸张层的棕化变色,特别是当热成形机器正在开启和停止时。
当接触加热用于提高温度时,温度必须保持在密封涂漆的熔点以下,否则可能损坏涂漆。也存在危险的是,颗粒将落至预加热单元的接触表面上并且这些颗粒随后将在生产期间变得松散并且出现在封装内部。
此外,诸如接触加热器的已知的预加热单元由于其相当大的质量而具有大量的热惯性,因此当使用这些预加热器时不可能快速改变生产速度。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的在于提供一种用于辊轴密封薄片的装置,其中用于预加热盖板薄片的加热单元避免了对于盖板薄片结构的损伤,该装置可以快速并准确地调整以考虑不同的生产速度,可以灵活调节用于不同宽度的薄片,并且其设计紧凑简洁。
根据本发明的一方面,用于辊轴密封薄片的装置包括:
馈送辊轴和密封辊轴,所述密封辊轴通过抵抗着馈送辊轴的密封力进行挤压,其中在密封辊轴和馈送辊轴之间传输有成形底部薄片和盖板薄片并且将其密封在一起以形成密封的合成薄片结构;以及
用于在密封操作之前预加热盖板薄片的加热单元,其中加热单元设计作为无接触感应加热装置,包括:
-多个线圈,沿盖板薄片行进方向相继设置;
-多个磁场影响元件,与盖板薄片的行进方向垂直设置并且与至少一个线圈相对,其中用于盖板薄片的运输通道形成在该至少一个线圈和磁场影响元件之间,其中每个磁场影响元件和该至少一个线圈之间的距离可以由驱动装置来调整;
-多个温度感测器,与盖板薄片的行进方向垂直设置并且设置在磁场影响元件的下游以探测盖板薄片的温度曲线;以及
-控制单元,能够基于温度感测器提供的测量值来通过改变单独的磁场影响元件和该至少一个线圈之间的距离而调整盖板薄片的温度曲线。
作为交变磁场以及金属层中产生的涡流电流的结果,无接触感应加热单元直接加热盖板薄片的主金属层并且不与其接触。密封涂漆层、纸张层、以及可以位于主层上的诸如保护涂漆层的任何其他层也可以因此被加热。位于线圈对面的磁场影响元件磁束了交变磁场并且因此改变了盖板薄片中的加热动作。磁场影响元件和线圈(或多个线圈)之间的单独可调整距离使其能够改变或者增大磁通量并且因此特别地在盖板薄片的整个宽度范围内产生均匀的温度分布并且对于不同宽度的盖板薄片来特别地调整温度分布。设置在磁场影响元件下游的温度感测器提供了由控制单元操作的自动温度控制电路的控制变量并且尽可能靠近盖板薄片与密封辊轴接触处而来测量温度曲线。可以借由沿行进方向连相继设置的多个线圈而以步进方式来增大盖板薄片内的温度。感应加热单元的待加热的元件的热质量非常小,因此装置可以很快并且容易地调整盖板薄片内的温度分布。具有多个线圈、与线圈相对的可调整磁场影响元件以及温度感测器的这种设计是相对简单的。
在优选实施例中,控制单元适用于通过改变流经一个或多个线圈的电流和/或改变线圈和磁场影响元件之间的距离来自动控制盖板薄片的温度曲线。当多个线圈沿盖板薄片行进方向相继设置时,温度可以逐步或者步进地提高。这例如可以通过沿行进方向从一个线圈至下一个线圈,每个线圈增加一定量的感应热输出来实现。备选地,可以根据材料特性和加热需求来通过改变线圈与磁场影响元件或者盖板薄片之间的距离而自动控制盖板薄片内的温度增加。
每个线圈优选地围绕诸如E型铁氧体芯的磁性芯而缠绕。使用铁氧体作为线圈的芯增强了感应。因此,当电流流经线圈时,通过盖板薄片的磁通量密度也增加。结果,感应加热单元的线圈的热输出增加了。磁性芯的其他备选形式也可能是诸如C型芯、K型芯等等。除了铁氧体之外,也可能使用其他合适的磁性材料。
对于一个或多个线圈的绕组而言特别有利的是至少延伸超过盖板薄片的宽度。因此确保了磁场将流经盖板薄片的整个宽度,因此将加热盖板薄片。也可以设想线圈并不延伸超过整个宽度而是与行进方向垂直地互为补充或者彼此重叠。合适的线圈设置因此也可以影响盖板薄片的温度曲线。
对于磁场影响元件而言特别优选的是将其成行相继设置。这特别地导致了紧凑简单的结构,这提供了足够的灵活性并且可以以可接受成本来制造。也可能的是沿着行进方向设置多行磁场影响元件,其中特定行的每个磁场影响元件例如相对前面或者后面行的磁场影响元件而偏移设置。因此可能甚至更精确地对于不同宽度的薄片来调整温度曲线。
也优选的是成行相继地设置温度感测器。对于温度感测器的设置和选择,重要的是尽可能在盖板薄片的整个宽度上探测温度曲线。例如如果磁场影响元件的数目与温度感测器的数目相同,并且如果测量场合适地适于磁场影响元件的尺寸,则自动控制温度是相对容易的。然而,也可以想到的是对应于较小测量场可以使用更大数量温度感测器从而提高测量的精度。
也有利的是,线圈的功率密度不同并且流经每个线圈的电流是单独可控的。如前所述,如此可能沿盖板薄片的行进方向逐步地或者以步进方式调整温度的增加。
用于磁场影响元件的致动装置优选地是伺服电机、步进电机、形状记忆合金致动器、或者水压或气压驱动的致动器。这种类型的驱动可以以非常精细的增量来调整并且相对于它们的定位非常精确,结果可能的是有效地补偿温度曲线中的不规则。
也有利的是控制单元适于根据薄片行进的速度来自动控制盖板薄片的温度。因为密封台的处理速度依材料、尺寸和产品特性而有所不同,对于总体生产处理而言关键的是自动温度控制系统可以很快适应盖板薄片的行进速度。
磁场影响元件优选地设计为铁氧体元件。备选地,可以使用具有类似特性的任何合适的磁性材料。
特别有利的是温度感测器设计为红外感测器。这种类型的温度感测器的测量非常迅速并且精准,且其不会造成任何对于盖板薄片的损伤,因为不接触而测量温度。

图1示出了根据本发明的用于辊轴密封薄片的装置的优选实施例。此处在由驱动2沿顺时针方向驱动的馈送辊轴1与密封辊轴3之间传输有成形底部薄片4和盖板薄片5并且由此将其密封在一起以形成密封的复合薄片结构6。成形底部薄片4包括多个凹陷,其已填充具有诸如药片的产品并且由密封操作来密封。
在盖板薄片5到达密封辊轴3之前,在此所示的实施例中密封辊轴3沿逆时针方向旋转,感应加热单元7将盖板薄片5预加热至预定的温度。将参照所附的图来对感应加热单元7进行更详细的描述。图1以原理图的方式示出了外壳8,外壳8包含线圈(未示出),位于盖板薄片5的朝向密封辊轴3的一侧上。附图也以原理图的方式示出了位于盖板薄片5的另一侧上的致动驱动21。该电机用于调整磁场影响元件10和盖板薄片5之间的距离。也可以看到温度感测器26。馈送辊轴的驱动2、外壳8中的线圈、致动驱动21、以及温度感测器26经由接线12而连接至控制单元13。
图2示出了用于辊轴密封薄片的装置的优选实施例的感应加热单元7的部分示意性截面图。在图2中的盖板薄片5的右侧上,绘出了两个线圈14,该线圈的绕组垂直于附图的平面。通常,线圈14的绕组设置在基本平行于盖板薄片5行进方向的平面中。线圈14围绕E型铁氧体芯15并且设置在外壳16中。非金属保护薄片17安装至外壳16朝向盖板薄片5的一侧上以保护线圈14免受尘土和损伤。
在此所示的实施例中,盖板薄片5自身包括铝箔18,在图2中以阴影示出,在其一侧上施加了密封涂漆19,而纸张层20通过保护涂漆接合至另一侧。盖板薄片5以一定处理速度沿行进方向移动,由图2中向下指的箭头所示。
在图2中左侧的盖板薄片5的一侧上,绘出了致动驱动21,其安装在横梁22上。借由耦合23,致动驱动21垂直于盖板薄片5的行进方向而移动磁场影响元件24。磁场影响元件24具有邻接于盖板薄片5而设置的铁氧体元件。
当一定频率的交流电流流经线圈14时,由每个线圈14在盖板薄片5的区域中产生了交变磁场,这些磁场的磁通量线25示意性地示出在图2中。磁场影响元件24设计为铁氧体元件,作用于交变磁场,以下将对此进行详细说明。交变磁场诱发了铝线圈18中涡流电流;这些电流反过来通过欧姆电阻而加热铝材料。铝箔18的加热也起到了加热与铝箔18接触的密封涂漆19以及保护性地涂有漆的纸张层20的效果。
图3是图2的实施例中用于辊轴密封薄片的装置的感应加热单元7的截面图,其中截面平面垂直于盖板薄片5的行进方向。在盖板薄片5下方,线圈14设置在外壳16中,其中外壳16可以保持沿着行进方向成行相继设置的多于一个的线圈14。在此所述的优选实施例中,三个线圈14位于外壳16中。线圈14延伸越过盖板薄片5的宽度b。在图3中的盖板薄片5上方,八个致动驱动21安装在横梁22上。这些致动驱动21的每个借由耦合23作用而能够调整八个磁场影响元件24中一个的高度,也即调整磁场影响元件24与盖板薄片5之间的距离。可以看到两个磁场影响元件24稍微靠近盖板薄片5,每一个位于盖板薄片5的两个边缘区域的一个中。如已参照图2所述,在此优选设计为铁氧体元件的磁场影响元件24以如此方式作用以使得线圈14所产生的交变磁场的强度在磁场影响元件24的区域中增加。因此也增加了盖板薄片5也即其铝层中交变磁场的加热作用。也正确的是,磁场影响元件24和盖板薄片5之间的距离越近,最靠近磁场影响元件24的盖板薄片5的区域中的加热作用越强。当移动磁场影响元件24时,磁场因此经受整形作用。如此,通过合适地调整每个单独磁场影响元件24和盖板薄片5之间的距离,可以在其整个宽度b上调整或者自动调节盖板薄片5的温度曲线,如下所示。在上下文中“温度曲线”也包含均匀(常数)温度曲线,可能处于不同温度。调整温度曲线因此可以包含调整盖板薄片5仅一个区域中或者盖板薄片5整个宽度上的温度。
在此所示的实施例中已选择了八个致动驱动21和八个磁场影响元件24,但是这些数目可以例如取决于所使用的致动驱动21的种类而不同。
从垂直于盖板薄片5的行进方向的角度看,图4是穿过一行温度感测器26的截面图,这行温度感测器相邻设置在一行中并且安装在外壳28中。在优选实施例中,感测器设计为红外感测器,其不接触而进行温度测量。与磁场影响元件24的行类似,温度感测器26设置在垂直于盖板薄片的行进方向的行中并且等距分开设置。每个温度感测器26包括探测锥体27,其覆盖了盖板薄片5的预定测量采集区域,此处为圆形区域,在此进行温度测量。温度感测器26的行设置在盖板薄片5上方,直接与磁场影响元件24相邻并且位于其下游,因此感测器可以尽可能靠近交变磁场以及该场所产生的效应来测量盖板薄片5的温度曲线。温度感测器26并非必须垂直于盖板薄片5。也可能的是温度感测器26设置为与盖板薄片5呈一角度。这使得可能将它们更靠近盖板薄片5的材料被加热的区域而定位。温度感测器26并非必须相互邻接设置在一行中。
图5是图4的温度感测器26的布置的顶视图,其中箭头指示了盖板薄片5朝向页面顶部进行。从图5中可看出相邻温度感测器26的行探测了几乎整个盖板薄片5宽度b上的温度。
以下基于图6至图8详细描述了用于辊轴密封薄片的装置的功能。
图6以示意性的方式示出了由三个线圈14的交变磁场所产生的位于盖板薄片5上的温度分布,其中盖板薄片5是静止的。在此需要注意的是该静止状态并非表示用于辊轴密封薄片的装置的正常工作状态;其仅用于方便解释本发明。
可能在盖板薄片5上看见温度场29。以温度曲线的方式来绘制这些场,也即闭合线指示了具有基本恒定温度的区域。明显的是温度分布垂直于行进方向,也即沿盖板薄片5的宽度b的方向,温度分布不是均匀或者恒定的。相反,在盖板薄片5的边缘处具有区域,其中温度降低并且随后进一步再次增加。在这些边缘区域,因此具有温度差dt。在图6中,该区域由平行线所示。
图7以图表形式示出了这种关系,其中盖板薄片5的宽度b绘制在横坐标上而温度T绘制在纵坐标上。可以容易看见盖板薄片5的两个边缘处与中心处的数值的偏差,其中温度差具有绝对值dt。在盖板薄片5的可靠预加热方面,这种不均匀的温度分布也即温度曲线是不可接受的,并且因此用于辊轴密封薄片的装置包括可以补偿这些温度差的机制并且因此在盖板薄片5的整个宽度之上提供均匀的温度曲线。
借由实施在控制单元13中的自动控制电路,根据本发明的装置可以通过响应于测得的盖板薄片5的温度分布而调整各种参数从而对于温度偏差作出反应。主要参数是每个单独的磁场影响元件24和盖板薄片5之间的距离,特别是在盖板薄片5的边缘区域(参见图3)。另一可调整参数是线圈14距盖板薄片5的距离,其中例如可能的是就每个单独线圈14来改变这个距离以使得沿行进方向的第一个线圈14最远离,而沿行进方向的之后的线圈14逐渐靠近。也可能的是以例如如此方式改变线圈14所产生的交变磁场的强度以使得由第一线圈14的交变磁场产生的盖板薄片5的温度的提高小于由沿行进方向位于更下游的线圈14所产生的温度提高。也可能的是即时控制交变磁场以作为盖板薄片5行进速度的函数。
图8示出了在根据本发明的装置的自动控制操作期间在盖板薄片5的整个宽度b之上的温度曲线或者温度分布,特别是对应于图3所示磁场影响元件24的设置。可以看到在盖板薄片5的边缘区域中的温度差dt现在很小,这意味着在垂直于行进方向已建立了基本均匀的温度分布。
本发明提供了一种用于辊轴密封薄片的装置,其中用于预加热盖板薄片5的加热单元避免了对于盖板薄片结构的损伤,该装置可以快速并且准确地自动控制,可以灵活的适用于不同宽度的薄片,并且设计紧凑简洁。

Claims (14)

1.一种用于辊轴密封薄片的装置,包括:
馈送辊轴(1)和密封辊轴(3),在密封操作中所述密封辊轴(3)通过抵抗着所述馈送辊轴(1)的密封力进行挤压,从而将传输于所述馈送辊轴(1)和所述密封辊轴(3)之间的成形底部薄片(4)和盖板薄片(5)密封在一起,从而形成密封的合成薄片结构(6);以及
用于在所述密封操作之前预加热沿行进方向移动的所述盖板薄片(5)的加热单元(7),所述加热单元(7)为无接触感应加热装置并且包括:
多个线圈(14),沿所述盖板薄片(5)的行进方向相继设置;
多个磁场影响元件(24),垂直于所述盖板薄片(5)的行进方向设置并且与至少一个所述线圈(14)相对,其中在所述至少一个线圈(14)和磁场影响元件(24)之间形成用于所述盖板薄片(5)的传输通道,并且其中通过致动驱动(21)可调整每个所述磁场影响元件(24)与所述至少一个线圈(14)之间的距离;
多个温度感测器(26),垂直于所述盖板薄片(5)的行进方向设置并且位于所述磁场影响元件(24)的下游以探测所述盖板薄片(5)的温度曲线;以及
控制单元(13),基于由所述温度感测器(26)提供的测量值来通过改变单独磁场影响元件(24)与所述至少一个线圈(14)之间的距离而调整所述盖板薄片(5)的温度曲线。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述控制单元(13)适用于通过改变所述线圈(14)距磁场影响元件的距离来自动调整所述盖板薄片(5)的温度曲线。
3.根据权利要求2所述的装置,其中,所述控制单元(13)适用于通过改变流经一个或者多个所述线圈(14)的电流来自动调整所述盖板薄片(5)的温度曲线。
4.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,每个所述线圈(14)围围绕磁性芯(15)而缠绕。
5.根据权利要求4所述的装置,其中,所述磁性芯(15)是E型铁氧体芯。
6.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,每个所述线圈(14)具有至少延伸所述盖板薄片(5)宽度的绕组。
7.根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述每个线圈(14)的绕组基本平行于所述盖板薄片(5)的行进方向而延伸。
8.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述磁场影响元件(24)相互邻接设置在行中。
9.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述温度感测器(26)相互邻接设置在行中。
10.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述线圈(14)的功率密度不同并且所述控制单元(13)适用于单独地调整流经每个所述线圈(14)的电流。
11.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述磁场影响元件(24)的致动驱动(21)是伺服电机、步进电机、形状记忆合金致动器、或者水压或气压驱动致动器。
12.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述控制单元(13)适用于将所述盖板薄片(5)的温度曲线自动调整作为所述薄片的速度的函数。
13.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述磁场影响元件(24)是铁氧体元件。
14.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述温度感测器(26)是红外感测器。
