Description
技术领域
本发明属于农业机械技术领域，具体涉及一种结构紧凑、生产效率高、果仁完整、种皮清除率高、生产过程清洁卫生的坚果果仁种皮脱皮自动连续加工设备。
背景技术
坚果属于闭果的一个分类，又称壳果，果皮坚硬，包括杏仁、腰果、榛子、核桃、松子、板栗、白果（银杏）、开心果、夏威夷果、巴旦果等，多为植物种子的子叶或胚乳，是植物的精华部分，一般都营养丰富，含蛋白质、油脂、矿物质、维生素较高，对人体生长发育、增强体质、预防疾病有极好的功效。美国《时代》杂志曾评选坚果为现代人的10大营养食品之一。其中，核桃与杏仁、腰果、榛子在国际上并列为“世界四大坚果”，产量最大，且具有极高的营养价值和保健作用。核桃、板栗、榛子、巴旦果等坚果果仁表面有一层紧密的褐色薄种皮，含单宁高。研究表明，种皮中含有的单宁是产生苦涩味及导致饮料褐变的主要原因。单宁起着防止果仁氧化酸败的作用，且在一定程度上会赋予其特有的感官品质，但单宁的存在会影响果仁的口感和色泽，大多数人不喜欢这层涩涩的味道，不仅完全改变了坚果果仁的美味，也影响果仁蛋白的食用及蛋白质的稳定性，不利于果仁的精深加工。而去除果仁的种皮，即可达到去除单宁的目的。坚果果仁如核桃、松子、板栗等的种皮，不仅薄而且和果肉紧密结合，使坚果果仁脱皮一向成为人们比较头疼的事情。传统的核桃、板栗等果仁种皮脱皮技术采用高温冷冻、烘烤等物理处理方法，然后再手工脱皮或机械摩擦脱皮，手工脱皮人工费用高、劳动强度大、效果差，而机械摩擦脱皮果仁易碎裂、脱除率底。也有采用常温浸泡、热烫和碱液浸渍等脱除种皮，常温浸泡和热烫浸泡时间长、脱除率低，很少工业化使用；碱液浸渍法不仅果仁完整，且生产效率高、脱皮干净、果仁颜色美观，在食品工业上得到广泛应用。目前，国内碱液浸渍法脱除果仁种皮一般采用手工或机械搬运，多水池轮流手工作坊式碱液浸渍脱除果仁种皮作业，不仅污染大、劳动环境差、效率低，还存在生产占地面积大，难以适应环保、健康、高效的生产要求；也有少量采用水池与部分单功能通用设备结合来脱除种皮，虽然生产效率有所提高，但开放式的碱液浸烫和冲洗，也还存在污染大、劳动环境差、现场卫生条件恶劣的不足，仍然难以满足现代化食品加工的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构紧凑、生产效率高、果仁完整、种皮清除率高、生产过程清洁卫生的坚果果仁种皮脱皮自动连续加工设备。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：包括原料筛选机组、热水烫洗机组、碱水烫洗机组、高压清洗机组和冷水漂洗机组依次组成，所述各机组内设置鼠笼式筛筒，所述鼠笼式筛筒底部通过设置于机架的托轮托举并由动力装置驱动旋转，所述鼠笼式筛筒两端分别设置有进料口和出料口，所述相邻机组的鼠笼式筛筒进料口与出料口依次连接，所述鼠笼式筛筒内壁间隔固定设置有多条导向筋板，所述热水烫洗机组、碱水烫洗机组、高压清洗机组和/或冷水漂洗机组鼠笼式筛筒有喷淋装置。
本发明使坚果果仁从原料筛选机组进料口进入，筛选去除果仁杂质和碎果仁；然后采用热水烫洗机组对果仁进行翻转热水喷淋烫洗使种皮软化；再进入碱水烫洗机组进行翻转冷或热碱水喷淋烫洗，使果仁与种皮间的果胶等中胶层溶解而使种皮分离；然后用高压清洗机组的高压喷淋使果仁与种皮脱离并初步清洗；最后采用冷水漂洗机组对果仁表面残留的碱水进行漂洗，完成果仁种皮的脱皮清洗。本发明连续式种皮软化-碱液烫洗-高压脱皮-清洗机组采用鼠笼式筛筒连接结构，特别是采用导向筋板、可拆卸筛网、中心喷淋和封闭外罩结构，对果仁进行喷淋软化、溅烫、冲洗和清洗连续作业，既能一次完成果仁脱皮，且连续式生产提高了生产效率；又使果仁在翻转过程中得以溶液润滑，减少果仁的破损；同时导向筋板增强了摩擦效果，提高了种皮的清除率；而且也使得整套设备结构紧凑、无外泄溶液、操作过程无碱液接触、生产过程清洁卫生。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明，但不以任何方式对本发明加以限制，基于本发明教导所作的任何变换或替换，均属于本发明的保护范围。
如图1~4所示，本发明包括原料筛选机组1、热水烫洗机组2、碱水烫洗机组3、高压清洗机组4和冷水漂洗机组5依次组成，所述各机组内设置鼠笼式筛筒6，所述鼠笼式筛筒6底部通过设置于机架7的托轮71托举并由动力装置11驱动旋转，所述鼠笼式筛筒6两端分别设置有进料口和出料口，所述相邻机组的鼠笼式筛筒6进料口与出料口依次连接，所述鼠笼式筛筒6内壁间隔固定设置有多条导向筋板63，所述热水烫洗机组2、碱水烫洗机组3、高压清洗机组4和/或冷水漂洗机组5鼠笼式筛筒6有喷淋装置8。
所述鼠笼式筛筒6由栅条状内筒或圆周开孔内筒及其外部覆盖的可拆卸筛网构成。
所述鼠笼式筛筒6两端圆锥结构，所述进料口与出料口分别设置于鼠笼式筛筒6之两端圆锥顶部，相邻机组的出料口与对应进料口相互间隙嵌套或固定连接。
所述间隙嵌套的出料口或进料口内固定设置有X型两端部分相互重叠的扇形出料板67。
所述鼠笼式筛筒6外圆周至少一端设置有齿圈68并与动力装置11齿轮传动配合。
所述各机组鼠笼式筛筒6与动力装置11分别连接或一体连接，以实现分别旋转或共同旋转。
所述鼠笼式筛筒6外周设置封闭外罩9，所述封闭外罩9顶部设置抽风机91，所述抽风机91经风道92与外界连通。
所述封闭外罩9设置有一个或多个清洗舱盖93。
所述清洗舱盖93设置有透明的观察窗。
所述热水烫洗机组2和/或碱水烫洗机组3和/或高压清洗机组4的封闭外罩9内部或外部设置有加热装置，所述加热装置通过加热组件直接或加热导热油间接加热烫洗水或碱水。
所述加热装置设置于各机组对应的鼠笼式筛筒6底部。
所述的导热油优选为300号机械油。
作为优选，还包括控制装置，所述控制装置与各机组动力装置11、喷淋装置8和抽风机91电性连接。
所述喷淋装置8包括喷淋管道81及喷头82，所述喷淋管道81及喷头82相应设置于各机组鼠笼式筛筒6外部或中心。
设置于各机组鼠笼式筛筒6中心的不同喷淋管道81共同设置于一根外管道83内，所述外管道83自原料筛选机组1进料口或冷水漂洗机组5出料口进入鼠笼式筛筒6内部并沿机组轴线延伸。
所述各机组鼠笼式筛筒6相应设置有至少一个喷头82。
所述热水烫洗机组2、碱水烫洗机组3、高压清洗机组4和/或冷水漂洗机组5的鼠笼式筛筒6内出料口端，和/或热水烫洗机组2进料口端的喷淋管道81外径向设置有挡水板。
下面以核桃仁为例说明本发明的工作原理及工作过程：
将破壳后的核桃仁倒入储料仓12，启动动力装置11使之通过齿轮传动经齿圈68驱动各机组的鼠笼式筛筒6在托轮71上旋转，并且启动碱水加热装置31和热水加热装置21，通过加热导热油池中的导热油间接加热烫洗热水和碱水，启动抽风机91；储料仓12中的核桃仁经通道从原料筛选机组1进料口进入其鼠笼式筛筒6，在原料筛选机组1导向筋板63的带动下翻滚并向出料口移动，最终进入热水烫洗机组2进料口，同时核桃仁中的土石、枝叶以及破碎的核桃仁、种皮从鼠笼式筛筒6的栅条状内筒经可拆卸筛网孔隙中掉落进入筛筒下的收集框中，而完整的核桃仁由于尺寸大于孔隙而得以保留，达到筛选杂物的目的；经筛选的核桃仁进入热水烫洗机组2的鼠笼式筛筒6并随之翻滚，处于鼠笼式筛筒6内部或外部的喷淋管道81通过喷头82对核桃仁进行热水喷淋烫洗，使核桃仁种皮复水软化，并随导向筋板63向出料口移动进入碱水烫洗机组3进料口；进入碱水烫洗机组3的核桃仁与在热水烫洗机组2中一样，翻滚中经热碱水喷淋，使之果仁与种皮间的果胶等中胶层溶解而使种皮分离，部分种皮脱落，热碱水喷淋后的果仁由导向筋板63驱动随之进入扇形出料板一端671，与鼠笼式筛筒6旋转从扇形出料板另一端进入高压清洗机组4进料口；经碱水烫洗后的核桃仁在高压清洗机组4中翻滚的同时，被高压冷水或温水喷淋，在高压冷水喷淋冲击力和翻滚时相互碰撞、摩擦下，种皮与果肉分离并初步得到清洗，在导向筋板63带动下经X型扇形出料板67进入冷水漂洗机组5进料口；脱皮后的果仁在冷水漂洗机组5之鼠笼式筛筒6中翻滚的同时经冷水喷淋漂洗，使果仁残留的碱水和少部分种皮得以清除，保证核桃仁的清洁和美观，最后在导向筋板63带动下从出料口经物料出口13出料，完成核桃仁脱除种皮和清洗的过程。
核桃仁可以在各机组中各自单独或一起正向旋转并连续生产出料，也可以针对不同品种的需要单独反向旋转以延长在不同机组中的时间，达到较佳的脱皮效果。
Claims (8)
1. 一种坚果果仁种皮脱皮自动连续加工设备，其特征是：由原料筛选机组（1）、热水烫洗机组（2）、碱水烫洗机组（3）、高压清洗机组（4）和冷水漂洗机组（5）依次组成，各机组内设置鼠笼式筛筒（6），所述鼠笼式筛筒（6）底部通过设置于机架（7）的托轮（71）托举并由动力装置（11）驱动旋转，所述鼠笼式筛筒（6）两端分别设置有进料口和出料口，相邻机组的鼠笼式筛筒（6）进料口与出料口依次连接，所述鼠笼式筛筒（6）内壁间隔固定设置有多条导向筋板（63），所述鼠笼式筛筒（6）两端为圆锥结构，所述进料口与出料口分别设置于鼠笼式筛筒（6）之两端圆锥顶部，相邻机组的出料口与对应进料口相互间隙嵌套，所述间隙嵌套的出料口或进料口内固定设置有X型两端部分相互重叠的扇形出料板（67），所述热水烫洗机组（2）、碱水烫洗机组（3）、高压清洗机组（4）和/或冷水漂洗机组（5）的鼠笼式筛筒（6）有喷淋装置（8）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的加工设备，其特征是：所述鼠笼式筛筒（6）由栅条状内筒或圆周开孔内筒及其外部覆盖的可拆卸筛网构成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的加工设备，其特征是：所述鼠笼式筛筒（6）外圆周至少一端设置有齿圈（68），所述的齿圈（68）与动力装置（11）齿轮传动配合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的加工设备，其特征是：所述鼠笼式筛筒（6）外周设置封闭外罩（9），所述封闭外罩（9）顶部设置抽风机（91），所述抽风机（91）经风道（92）与外界连通。
5.根据权利要求4所述的加工设备，其特征是：所述热水烫洗机组（2）和/或碱水烫洗机组（3）和/或高压清洗机组（4）的封闭外罩（9）内部或外部设置有加热装置，所述加热装置通过加热组件直接或加热导热油间接加热烫洗水或碱水。
6.根据权利要求5所述的加工设备，其特征是：还包括控制装置，所述控制装置与各机组动力装置（11）、喷淋装置（8）和抽风机（91）电性连接。
7.根据权利要求1至6任意一项所述的加工设备，其特征是：所述喷淋装置（8）包括喷淋管道（81）及喷头（82），所述喷淋管道（81）及喷头（82）相应设置于各机组鼠笼式筛筒（6）中心；设置于各机组鼠笼式筛筒（6）中心的不同喷淋管道（81）共同设置于一根外管道（83）内，所述外管道（83）自原料筛选机组（1）进料口或冷水漂洗机组（5）出料口进入鼠笼式筛筒（6）内部并沿机组轴线延伸；所述各机组鼠笼式筛筒（6）相应设置有至少一个喷头（82）。
8.根据权利要求7所述的加工设备，其特征是：所述热水烫洗机组（2）、碱水烫洗机组（3）、高压清洗机组（4）和/或冷水漂洗机组（5）的鼠笼式筛筒（6）内出料口端，和/或热水烫洗机组（2）进料口端的喷淋管道（81）外径向设置有挡水板。
