一种含有非牛顿流体的轮胎
技术领域
本发明涉及轮胎技术领域,尤其是指一种含有非牛顿流体的轮胎。
背景技术
目前轮胎和地面的接触面积主要通过轮胎内部的气压进行调节,胎内气压高,轮胎和地面的接触面积小,胎内气压降低,轮胎和地面的接触面积增大。在车辆行驶过程中,轮胎和地面接触面积大,有利于抓地和制动,但是不利于降低轮胎的阻力;反之,如果轮胎和地面接触面积小,虽然有利于降低轮胎的阻力,但是不利于抓地和制动。由此可见,现有轮胎不能够动态改变轮胎和地面的接触面积。
因此需要一种新型轮胎,可以根据轮胎的转速改变轮胎和地面的接触面积。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,现有轮胎不能够动态改变轮胎和地面的接触面积。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方法:
一种含有非牛顿流体的轮胎,包括非牛顿流体管、支撑管体和胎面层,胎面层的中间部位突起,非牛顿流体管嵌入胎面层,非牛顿流体管位于胎面层中间突起的部位,支撑管体嵌入非牛顿流体管,非牛顿流体管的材质是非牛顿流体,非牛顿流体管的非牛顿流体的配方为,液态聚乙烯醇30~65重量份,纤维絮状物1~5重量份,纳米碳酸钙15~25重量份,重质碳酸钙10~15重量份,玻璃钎维5~25重量份。
更好地,非牛顿流体管的横截面呈圆形。
更好地,支撑管体的材质的弹性模量大于胎面层材质的弹性模量。
更好地,非牛顿流体管的横截面尺寸范围为5毫米到15毫米。
本发明的实现原理是,非牛顿流体具有在高速剪切运动作用下保持原来形状的特性,同时,在低速剪切运动作用下可以变形,将非牛顿流体管紧贴胎面层,起到支撑胎面层的作用,这样,在轮胎低速转动的时候,非牛顿流体管中的非牛顿流体可以流动,致使胎面层下陷,导致胎面层和路面的接触面积增大;当轮胎快速旋转的时候,非牛顿流体管中的非牛顿流体不可以流动,致使胎面层不能下陷,并且使得非牛顿流体管可以直接支撑胎面层,这样胎面层和地面的接触面积减少。更好的在于,非牛顿流体管嵌入胎面层形成中间的突起,在轮胎高速旋转的时候,主要是轮胎突起的部位接触地面,这样胎面层和地面的接触面积进一步减少,进一步减少胎面阻力。支撑管体起到在低速运行状态下的支撑作用。纤维絮状物的形状类似天然棉花团,材质是高分子材料,在轮胎长时间静置的时候,纤维絮状物起到防止其他物质发生沉降的作用。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明提供了一种含有非牛顿流体的轮胎,在车辆低速行驶或者静止的时候,胎面和地面的接触面积增大,有利于抓地力的获得;当车辆高速运行的时候,轮胎和地面的接触面积减少,降低了车辆行车轮胎阻力。

参照图1所示,一种含有非牛顿流体的轮胎,包括非牛顿流体管2、支撑管体3和胎面层1,胎面层1的中间部位突起,非牛顿流体管2嵌入胎面层1,非牛顿流体管2位于胎面层1中间突起的部位,支撑管体3嵌入非牛顿流体管2。非牛顿流体管2的材质是非牛顿流体,非牛顿流体管2的横截面呈圆形,支撑管体3的材质的弹性模量大于胎面层1材质的弹性模量。
实施例1
本发明实施方式涉及的非牛顿流体管的非牛顿流体的配方为,液态聚乙烯醇30重量份,纤维絮状物5重量份,纳米碳酸钙25重量份,重质碳酸钙15重量份,玻璃钎维25重量份,非牛顿流体管的厚度为15毫米。
实施例2
本发明实施方式涉及的非牛顿流体管的非牛顿流体的配方为,液态聚乙烯醇65重量份,纤维絮状物5重量份,纳米碳酸钙15重量份,重质碳酸钙5重量份,玻璃钎维10重量份,非牛顿流体管的厚度为5毫米。

本发明实施方式涉及的非牛顿流体管的非牛顿流体的配方为,液态聚乙烯醇45重量份,纤维絮状物5重量份,纳米碳酸钙20重量份,重质碳酸钙10重量份,玻璃钎维20重量份,非牛顿流体管的厚度为10毫米。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方法,除此之外,本发明还可以其它方式实现,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下任何显而易见的替换均在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种含有非牛顿流体的轮胎,其特征在于,含有非牛顿流体的轮胎包括非牛顿流体管、支撑管体和胎面层,所述胎面层的中间部位突起,所述非牛顿流体管嵌入胎面层,所述非牛顿流体管位于胎面层中间突起的部位,所述支撑管体嵌入非牛顿流体管,所述非牛顿流体管的材质是非牛顿流体,所述非牛顿流体管的非牛顿流体的配方为,液态聚乙烯醇30~65重量份,纤维絮状物1~5重量份,纳米碳酸钙15~25重量份,重质碳酸钙10~15重量份,玻璃钎维5~25重量份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种含有非牛顿流体的轮胎,其特征在于,所述非牛顿流体管的横截面呈圆形。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种含有非牛顿流体的轮胎,其特征在于,所述支撑管体的材质的弹性模量大于胎面层材质的弹性模量。
