本发明提供了一种采用非牛顿流体层的轮胎,包括非牛顿流体层、弹性橡胶条和胎面层,非牛顿流体层紧贴胎面层,弹性橡胶条嵌入非牛顿流体层。本发明的有益效果在于:本发明提供了一种采用非牛顿流体层的轮胎,在车辆低速行驶或者静止的时候,胎面和地面的接触面积增大,有利于抓地力的获得;当车辆高速运行的时候,轮胎和地面的接触面积减少,降低了车辆行车轮胎阻力。

一种采用非牛顿流体层的轮胎
技术领域
本发明涉及轮胎技术领域,尤其是指一种采用非牛顿流体层的轮胎。
背景技术
目前轮胎和地面的接触面积主要通过轮胎内部的气压进行调节,胎内气压高,轮胎和地面的接触面积小,胎内气压降低,轮胎和地面的接触面积增大。在车辆行驶过程中,轮胎和地面接触面积大,有利于抓地和制动,但是不利于降低轮胎的阻力;反之,如果轮胎和地面接触面积小,虽然有利于降低轮胎的阻力,但是不利于抓地和制动。由此可见,现有轮胎不能够动态改变轮胎和地面的接触面积。
因此需要一种新型轮胎,可以根据轮胎的转速改变轮胎和地面的接触面积。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,现有轮胎不能够动态改变轮胎和地面的接触面积。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方法:
一种采用非牛顿流体层的轮胎,包括非牛顿流体层、弹性橡胶条和胎面层,非牛顿流体层紧贴胎面层,弹性橡胶条嵌入非牛顿流体层,非牛顿流体层的材质是非牛顿流体,弹性橡胶条位于靠近轮胎侧面的位置,弹性橡胶条的材质的弹性模量小于胎面层材质的弹性模量,非牛顿流体层的横截面呈扁平形,非牛顿流体层的非牛顿流体的配方为,液态聚乙烯醇30~65重量份,纤维絮状物1~5重量份,纳米碳酸钙15~25重量份,重质碳酸钙10~15重量份,玻璃钎维5~25重量份,非牛顿流体层的横截面宽度的尺寸范围为1毫米到5毫米。
本发明的实现原理是,非牛顿流体具有在高速剪切运动作用下保持原来形状的特性,同时,在低速剪切运动作用下可以变形,将非牛顿流体层紧贴胎面层,起到支撑胎面层的作用,这样,在轮胎低速转动的时候,非牛顿流体层中的非牛顿流体可以流动,致使胎面层下陷,导致胎面层和路面的接触面积增大;当轮胎快速旋转的时候,非牛顿流体层中的非牛顿流体不可以流动,致使胎面层不能下陷,并且使得非牛顿流体层可以直接支撑胎面层,这样胎面层和地面的接触面积减少。弹性橡胶条材质的弹性模量小于胎面层材质的弹性模量,起到吸收形变的作用,在轮胎低速转动的时候,非牛顿流体层的形变压力施加在弹性橡胶条上,使得弹性橡胶条压缩,随着轮胎高速转动,非牛顿流体层的刚性增加,压强刚性直接传递给轮胎内部,此时,弹性橡胶条释放形变,使得轮胎的真圆度增加,也就是说让轮胎在一种更加接近圆形的状态下告诉旋转,降低车辆行驶的阻力。纤维絮状物的形状类似天然棉花团,材质是高分子材料,在轮胎长时间静置的时候,纤维絮状物起到防止其他物质发生沉降的作用。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明提供了一种采用非牛顿流体层的轮胎,在车辆低速行驶或者静止的时候,胎面和地面的接触面积增大,有利于抓地力的获得;当车辆高速运行的时候,轮胎和地面的接触面积减少,降低了车辆行车轮胎阻力。

参照图1所示,一种采用非牛顿流体层的轮胎,包括非牛顿流体层2、弹性橡胶条3和胎面层1,非牛顿流体层2紧贴胎面层1,弹性橡胶条3嵌入非牛顿流体层2。

本发明实施方式涉及的非牛顿流体层的非牛顿流体的配方为,液态聚乙烯醇30重量份,纤维絮状物5重量份,纳米碳酸钙25重量份,重质碳酸钙15重量份,玻璃钎维25重量份,非牛顿流体层的厚度为5毫米。
实施例2
本发明实施方式涉及的非牛顿流体层的非牛顿流体的配方为,液态聚乙烯醇65重量份,纤维絮状物5重量份,纳米碳酸钙15重量份,重质碳酸钙5重量份,玻璃钎维10重量份,非牛顿流体层的厚度为1毫米。
实施例3
本发明实施方式涉及的非牛顿流体层的非牛顿流体的配方为,液态聚乙烯醇45重量份,纤维絮状物5重量份,纳米碳酸钙20重量份,重质碳酸钙10重量份,玻璃钎维20重量份,非牛顿流体层的厚度为3毫米。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方法,除此之外,本发明还可以其它方式实现,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下任何显而易见的替换均在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种采用非牛顿流体层的轮胎,其特征在于,采用非牛顿流体层的轮胎包括非牛顿流体层、弹性橡胶条和胎面层,所述非牛顿流体层紧贴胎面层,所述弹性橡胶条嵌入非牛顿流体层,所述非牛顿流体层的材质是非牛顿流体,所述弹性橡胶条位于靠近轮胎侧面的位置,所述弹性橡胶条的材质的弹性模量小于胎面层材质的弹性模量,所述非牛顿流体层的横截面呈扁平形,所述非牛顿流体层的非牛顿流体的配方为,液态聚乙烯醇30~65重量份,纤维絮状物1~5重量份,纳米碳酸钙15~25重量份,重质碳酸钙10~15重量份,玻璃钎维5~25重量份,所述非牛顿流体层的横截面宽度的尺寸范围为1毫米到5毫米。
