根据本发明,提供一种用于从贴标签机中的标签条切割标签的固定刀片组件,包括:支撑件;以及由支撑件支撑的固定刀片;特别地,固定刀片包括适于切割标签的至少两个切割刃,固定刀片包括:锋锐地连接以形成一个相关的切割刃的至少一对第一表面;彼此相对的一对第二表面;以及彼此相对且横向于第二表面的一对第三表面;第一表面介于相关的第二表面与相关的第三表面之间。

由于滚筒2的围绕轴线B的旋转,在特定时间,刀片8面向组件3的刀片10的切割刃11c并且与这样的刀片8一起关闭通道15。
在图1中示出的这样的位置中,通过刀片8和刀片10的切割刃11c、39的动作从标签条6的其余部分切割一个标签5。
由于切割刃11c、39相对于彼此是倾斜的事实,因而切割动作是渐进的(progressive)。
切割好的标签5然后通过真空抽吸滚筒4的抽吸作用而朝向传送带传送,所述标签在该传送带处通过贴标组而施加到相关物品上。
在刃11c已经切割给定数量的标签5之后,刃11c变得磨损或钝化。在该阶段,连接元件13从支撑件9释放,刀片10旋转以使用刃11a来切割标签5。
参照图2,刀片10围绕轴线X转动180度,以便将刃11b布置在切割区域中的滚筒2的前方。
在该阶段,通过使用连接元件13,刀片10再次连接至支撑件9。
一旦刃11b也变得磨损或钝化,则刀片10通过支撑件9脱离连接,围绕轴线Y转动180度,以便将刃11d布置在切割区域中的滚筒2的前方。
在该阶段,通过使用连接元件13,刀片10再次连接至支撑件9。
最后,一旦刃11d也变得磨损或钝化,则刀片10围绕轴线X转动180度,以便将刃11a布置在切割区域中的滚筒2的前方。
图3中的标号3’表示根据本发明的刀片组件的第二实施例;刀片组3、3’彼此相似,以下的描述仅限于它们之间的差别,并且如果可能的话,对相同或对应的部件使用相同的标记。
刀片组件3’与刀片组件3的不同之处在于,支撑件9’包括多个圆角端臂40’。
臂40’在其靠近真空抽吸滚筒4和滚筒2的端部处具有接合刀片8的底座41’。
底座41’包括一对平坦壁42’,所述平坦壁面向彼此且位于与轴线C平行的平面上,并且靠近位于与轴线C正交的平面上的壁43’。
壁43’与刀片10’的表面16配合,并且壁42’分别与刀片10’的表面17配合。
连接元件13’部分地容纳在刀片10的孔14’内并且部分地容纳在由端臂40’限定的相关孔46’中。
与轴线C正交的壁43’的长度大于与轴线C平行的壁42’的长度。
刀片组件3’的操作与刀片组件3的操作类似并且不详细描述。
通过对根据本发明的固定刀片组件3、3’的特征的分析,本发明得以达成的优点是显而易见的。
特别地,刀片组件3、3’包括具有一个以上切割刃11a、11b、11c、11d的刀片10、10’。
通过简单地使刀片10、10’围绕轴线X或轴线Y转动180度,可容易地更换有效地切割标签5的切割刃。
因此,与在本说明书的前序部分中描述的解决方案相比,延长了刀片10、10’的寿命。
此外,降低了与刀片10的更换相关的时间损失和成本,从而提高了贴标签机的生产能力。
另外,由于刃11c、39相对于彼此是倾斜的事实,因而切割动作是渐进的。
最后,明显的是,可对固定刀片组件3、3’做出不背离权利要求的保护范围的修改和变型。
Claims (10)
1.一种用于从贴标签机中的标签条(6)切割标签(5)的固定刀片组件(3、3’),包括:
-支撑件;以及
-由所述支撑件支撑的固定刀片;
其特征在于,所述固定刀片包括适于切割所述标签(5)的至少两个切割刃(11a、11b、11c、11d),
所述固定刀片包括:
-锋锐地连接以形成一个相关的切割刃(11a、11b、11c、11d)的至少一对第一表面(50、51);
-彼此相对的一对第二表面(16);以及
-彼此相对且横向于所述第二表面(16)的一对第三表面(17);
所述第一表面(50、51)介于相关的第二表面(16)与相关的第三表面(17)之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的刀片组件,其特征在于,所述第一表面(50、51)中的至少一对彼此正交。
3.根据权利要求1所述的刀片组件,其特征在于,对于每个所述切割刃(11a、11b、11c、11d)而言,所述固定刀片包括:
-起始于所述第三表面(17)的第四表面(61);以及
-起始于所述第二表面(16)的第五表面(60);
所述第一表面(50、51)介于所述第四表面和第五表面(61、60)之间并与之正交。
4.根据权利要求3所述的刀片组件,其特征在于,所述第一表面、第四表面和第五表面(61、60、50、51)通过使用砂轮来磨光。
5.根据权利要求1所述的刀片组件,其特征在于,所述切割刃(11a、11b、11c、11d)相对于第一轴线(X)是倾斜的,所述第一轴线与所述第二表面和第三表面(16,17)两者平行。
6.根据权利要求1所述的刀片组件,其特征在于,包括至少一个能释放的连接元件(13、13’),用于能释放地连接所述支撑件与所述固定刀片;
所述连接元件(13、13’)穿过所述第二表面(16)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的刀片组件,其特征在于,包括能释放的调节装置(30、31),用于在所述固定刀片与待切割的所述标签接触之后稳定所述固定刀片的最终位置;
所述调节装置(30、31)包括:
-第一元件(30),与所述固定刀片的至少一个所述第二表面(17)配合;以及
-第二元件(31),与至少一个所述第一元件(30)能释放地耦接。
8.根据权利要求1所述的刀片组件,其特征在于,所述支撑件限定用于所述固定刀片的底座(41’);
所述底座(41’)包括彼此相对的一对第一壁(42’),介于所述第一壁(42’)之间的第二壁(43’);
所述第一壁(42’)与所述固定刀片的相关的所述第三表面(17)配合,并且所述第二壁(43’)与所述固定刀片的所述第二表面(16)配合。
9.一种用于从标签条(6)切割标签(5)的切割单元(1),包括在使用中围绕第二轴线(B)旋转的旋转滚筒(2)以及根据权利要求1所述的固定刀片组件(3、3’);
所述旋转滚筒(2)包括旋转刀片(8);
在使用中,所述固定刀片与所述旋转刀片(8)在所述标签条(6)的相对的侧上接触,以便从所述标签条(6)分离标签。
10.根据权利要求9所述的切割单元,其特征在于,所述旋转刀片(8)包括旋转切割刃(39);所述切割刃(11a、11b、11c、11d)与所述旋转切割刃(39)配合且相对于所述旋转切割刃是倾斜的。
