Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于船舶推进器的旋转轴的、作为船尾轴管(Stevenrohr)密封装置的密封装置,该密封装置具有一轴套,该轴套通过一法兰与一推进器连接,并且该轴套在一侧上与液态的、相对冷的介质如海水处于连通中,并且在另一侧上与相对热的介质如润滑油处于连通中,并且多个由地点固定的承载系统保持的密封圈被作为唇形密封装置和/或滑动环密封装置配属给该轴套。
背景技术
这类组件已知具有不同的构造。但是已证实,由弹性塑料领域的合成材料制成的密封圈通过周围的介质由于高的温度被不利地影响。因此造成在密封装置的间隙中几何尺寸的干扰和密封装置的泄漏。
密封装置在一侧上与大多凉的海水处于接触中,并且在另一侧上与船尾轴管中较热的润滑物质处于接触中,该船尾轴管通过滚动轴承和滑动轴承的摩擦热加热。附加的、显著的热引入通过密封圈在轴套上的摩擦在密封间隙中局部地产生,该热引入可以因此相应于弹性塑料的低的热传导性导致在密封唇尖上的强烈的温度升高。所产生的温度由将热释到海水中的轴套的热传导性决定性地确定。
轴套确保多个功能,即,轴的相对于海水的腐蚀保护,用于具有被证明的摩擦学行为的密封圈的确定对应运行面以及向凉的海水方向的热传导。这些要求都是矛盾的。
为了延长密封圈的使用寿命和与之相关的维修间隔,因此力求降低密封圈的温度。为此,根据DE 41 35 709 C已经提出一种组件。这种在使用热管的情况下的构造的缺点在于,用于设计和制造技术要求高的冷却元件的耗费高,这些冷却元件在热沉的方向上具有小的横截面积,阻止冷却剂介质的不均匀分布。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于,实现一种成本有利的、该种类的密封装置,该密封装置以简单的方式确保散热,并且满足作为用于密封圈的对应运行面的需求。
该任务的解决方案根据本发明由此实现,即,该轴套由至少两个由不同材料制成的、同心布置的套筒构成,并且所述轴套的外部件由防磨损的材料构成,以及所述轴套的内部件由具有高的传导性的材料构成,其中,所述外部件的壁厚度相对于内部件的壁厚度在比例上安排为在1∶10和1∶3之间。
该构造的优点在于,在低的设计耗费的同时通过轴套的高的热传导性强烈降低密封圈的温度。热传导在轴保护套的整个长度上从船尾轴管到水侧进行。在这里,通过利用热传导的物理特性实现免维修和放弃挥发的冷却剂。
一种有利的组件由此实现,即,外部件由不锈钢或者双相钢构成,并且内部件由青铜或者黄铜构成。
为了构成良好的运行面设置,该外部件具有一附加的涂层。在这里,该涂层构成为硬金属涂层或者陶瓷涂层。

具体实施方式
所示组件在一侧上具有旋转的船用推进轴1的相对于大多凉的海水W的密封装置,并且在另一侧上在船尾轴管中具有较热的润滑物质S,该润滑物质通过滑动支承装置的摩擦热加热。
在轴1上装配有一两件式的轴套2a、2b,该轴套在中间插入一扁平叠片组12(Flachpackung)的情况下通过轴套2a、2a的所构成的法兰与一推进器轮毂9连接。
真正的密封装置通过密封圈7a至7c实现,这些密封圈夹紧在固定的壳体3、4、5、6中,并且与船尾接头8(Stenvennuss)连接。在此,密封圈7a至7c在轴套2a、2c上滑动。
通过这种构造,在密封间隙中的区域11中,通过密封圈7a至7c在对应的轴套2a、2b上摩擦产生显著的热引入。在此,产生的热在区域10中释放到海水W中。
轴套2a、2b确保船用推进轴1相对于海水的防腐蚀保护、确保用于具有摩擦学行为的密封圈7a至7c的确定对应运行面以及确保向凉的海水方向的热传导。这些要求是矛盾的,并且在这种情况下通过使轴套2a、2b由不同的材料两件式地构成来考虑,其中,外部件2a由耐磨损的材料构成,以及内部件2b由具有高的传导性的材料构成。在此设置,外部件2a的壁厚度与内部件的壁厚度在比例上安排为在1∶10和1∶3之间。
为了考虑这些需求,设置,外部件2a由不锈钢或者双相钢构成,并且内部件2b由青铜或者黄铜构成。
此外设置,外部件2a具有一附加的涂层,并且将该涂层构成为硬金属涂层或者陶瓷的涂层。
Claims (4)
1.一种用于船舶推进器的旋转轴的、作为船尾轴管密封装置的密封装置,该密封装置具有一轴套,该轴套通过一法兰与一推进器连接,并且该轴套在一侧上与液态的、相对冷的介质如海水处于连通中,并且在另一侧上与相对热的介质如润滑油处于连通中,并且多个由地点固定的承载系统保持的密封圈被作为唇形密封装置和/或滑动环密封装置配属给该轴套,其特征在于,所述轴套(2a、2b)由至少两个由不同材料制成的、同心布置的套筒构成,并且,所述轴套的外部件(2a)由耐磨损的材料构成,以及所述轴套的内部件(2b)由具有高的传导性的材料构成,其中,所述外部件(2a)的壁厚度相对于所述内部件(2b)的壁厚度在比例上安排为在1∶10到1∶3之间。
2.根据权利要求1的密封装置,其特征在于,所述外部件(2a)由不锈钢或者双相钢构成,并且所述内部件(2b)由青铜或者黄铜构成。
3.根据权利要求1或2的密封装置,其特征在于,所述外部件(2a)具有一附加的涂层。
4.根据权利要求3的密封装置,其特征在于,所述涂层构成为硬金属涂层或者陶瓷涂层。
