Abstract

本发明涉及一种纯电动车传动器输入轴、中间轴前后支撑结构。本发明采用的技术方案是:它主要包括中间轴、输入轴及自密封球轴承组成,中间轴与输入轴前后均由自密封球轴承支撑。本发明具有安装方便,使输入轴、中间轴获得高转速,承受大的径向载荷,有效地改善ECT整体的NVH,以配合纯电动车的静音特征等特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种纯电动车传动器输入轴、中间轴前后支撑结构。 
背景技术
众所周知,随着世界能源危机和环保问题日益突出,汽车工业面临着严峻的挑战:一方面,石油资源短缺,汽车是油耗大户,节节攀升的汽车保有量加剧了这一矛盾;另一方面汽车的大量使用加剧了环境污染,随着资源与环境双重压力下持续增大,发展新能源汽车以成为汽车工业发展的方向,其中发展电动汽车是最主要的,但目前纯电动汽车传动器噪音较大、转速低、寿命短。 
发明内容
为了解决电动汽车传动器的问题,本发明提供了一种纯电动车传动器输入轴、中间轴前后支撑结构。本发明采用的技术方案是:它主要包括中间轴、输入轴及自密封球轴承,中间轴与输入轴前后均由自密封球轴承支撑。 
本发明具有安装方便,使输入轴、中间轴获得高转速,承受大的径向载荷,有效地改善ECT整体的NVH,以配合纯电动车的静音特征等特点。

如附图所示,本发明包括中间轴3、输入轴1、自密封球轴承4、自密封球轴承2组成,中间轴3由自密封球轴承2支撑,输入轴1前后由自密封球轴承4支撑。
