Abstract

本实用新型所述自密封轴承外带挡边的轴箱，以克服退卸轴承时对轴承内孔及车轴轴颈表面造成的损伤，降低废品率和维修成本。其主要结构是，具有轴箱体、压盖、防尘板、后盖和轴箱盖，以及所采用的自密封整体轴承。所述的自密封整体轴承安装在车轴的轴颈上，轴箱体安装在自密封整体轴承的外部；压盖通过轴端的螺栓与车轴固定连接，并压紧自密封整体轴承的内圈。为改善自密封整体轴承的轴向限位，所述的轴箱体具有一环形的外侧轴承挡边，该外侧轴承挡边压紧自密封整体轴承的外圈。

技术领域
本实用新型所述自密封轴承外带挡边的轴箱，应用于轨道车辆的转向架轮对轴箱装置的改进，属于机械制造领域。
背景技术
目前应用于地铁、铁路列车、城市轻轨等轨道车辆的转向架，其所采用的轴箱具有密封轴承。当进行例行检修或故障维修时，需要对轴箱内部的轴承进行退卸操作。
由于现有采用的密封轴承多为分体轴承加轴箱体后挡边的结构模式，因此在退卸轴承时会损伤到轴承内孔、以及车轴轴颈的表面，从而造成不必要的废品，提高了维修成本，降低了轴箱轴承的使用寿命。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种自密封轴承外带挡边的轴箱，以解决上述问题和缺陷。采用一种自密封整体轴承，以及轴箱体外带轴承挡边的结构形式，以克服退卸轴承时对轴承内孔及车轴轴颈表面造成的损伤，降低废品率和维修成本。
为实现上述设计目的，所述自密封轴承外带挡边的轴箱主要结构是：
具有轴箱体、压盖、防尘板、后盖和轴箱盖，以及所采用的自密封整体轴承。
所述的自密封整体轴承安装在车轴的轴颈，轴箱体安装在自密封整体轴承的外部；压盖通过轴端的螺栓与车轴固定连接，并压紧自密封整体轴承的内圈。
为改善自密封整体轴承的轴向限位，进一步的细化方案是，所述的轴箱体具有一环形的外侧轴承挡边，该外侧轴承挡边压紧自密封整体轴承的外圈。
为保证轴箱体的密封性能，所述的后盖、轴箱盖分别通过螺栓与轴箱体进行固定连接。
另外，所述的防尘板通过加热方式安装在车轴的防尘座、自密封整体轴承的内侧，防尘板与车轴之间留有环形的间隙。
如上内容，所述自密封轴承外带挡边的轴箱具有的优点是，利用自密封整体轴承以及作用在其上的内、外圈轴向限位结构，从而在退卸轴承时避免对轴承内孔及车轴轴颈表面造成损伤，最大限度地降低废品率，从而保证降低维修成本。

具体实施方式
实施例1，如图1所示，所述自密封轴承外带挡边的轴箱，具有自密封整体轴承1、轴箱体2、压盖3、防尘板4、后盖5和轴箱盖6。其中，
自密封整体轴承1通过加热或整体压装到车轴7的轴颈。
轴箱体2安装在自密封整体轴承1的外部，轴箱体2具有一环形的外侧轴承挡边21，该外侧轴承挡边21压紧自密封整体轴承1的外圈。
压盖3通过轴端的螺栓与车轴7固定连接，并压紧自密封整体轴承1的内圈。
后盖5预先放置在防尘座上，后盖5、轴箱盖6分别通过螺栓与轴箱体2进行固定连接，从而保证轴箱体密封。
防尘板4通过加热方式安装在车轴7的防尘座、自密封整体轴承1的内侧，防尘板4与车轴7之间留有环形的间隙。

1、一种自密封轴承外带挡边的轴箱，具有轴箱体(2)、压盖(3)、防尘板(4)、后盖(5)和轴箱盖(6)，其特征在于：还包括有自密封整体轴承(1)，其中，所述的自密封整体轴承(1)安装在车轴(7)的轴颈，轴箱体(2)安装在自密封整体轴承(1)的外部；
压盖(3)通过轴端的螺栓与车轴(7)固定连接，并压紧自密封整体轴承(1)的内圈。
2、根据权利要求1所述的自密封轴承外带挡边的轴箱，其特征在于：所述的轴箱体(2)具有一环形的外侧轴承挡边(21)，外侧轴承挡边(21)压紧自密封整体轴承(1)的外圈。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的自密封轴承外带挡边的轴箱，其特征在于：所述的后盖(5)、轴箱盖(6)分别通过螺栓与轴箱体(2)进行固定连接。
4、根据权利要求3所述的自密封轴承外带挡边的轴箱，其特征在于：所述的防尘板(4)，通过加热方式安装在车轴(7)的防尘座、自密封整体轴承(1)的内侧，防尘板(4)与车轴(7)之间留有环形的间隙。
