Abstract

一种高耐候性板材及其加工方法。包括PVC基板,所述PVC基板至少有一面覆盖有ASA共挤层,PVC基板主要原料是聚氯乙烯和晶须,本发明不采用粘合剂,不释放有害物质,聚氯乙烯中加入晶须,提高了基板的耐候性和强度,ASA具有良好的物理性能,共挤覆盖在基板上,增加了板材的高耐候性和强度。

一种高耐候性板材及其加工方法
所属技术领域:
本发明涉及一种高耐候性板材,特别是涉及一种高耐候性板材及其加工方法。
背景技术:
目前,聚氯乙烯/ASA合金,它是由聚氯乙烯树脂、ASA树脂和适量加工助剂制备而成,具体步骤是:1、将聚氯乙烯树脂和加工助剂在60℃~120℃混合均匀,加入ASA树脂粉,混合均匀,温度降至43℃后冷却出料,得混合料;2、将混合料通过螺杆挤出机挤出即得,挤出机机头温度为165℃~185℃,转速为120~160转/分钟。本发明的优点是制备的PVC/ASA合金具有高抗冲击、耐候、阻燃、综合力学性能优异的特点,加工性能好,制备工艺稳定,无三废污染,可根据需要配制成不同的颜色,可用螺杆挤出的连续化生产方法生产,根据产品的生产要求,可挤出成型也可注塑成型。
另一种是高耐候性塑木板及其加工方法,其包括塑木基板,塑木基板表面共挤覆盖的ASA材料,塑木基板主要有木粉和PVC原料为主,具体步骤是:1、将粉碎后的天然纤维加温到90℃~120℃,进行干燥,然后降温到50℃~70℃,加入偶联剂再升温到90℃~120℃,进行表面改性,降温到50℃~70℃时再加入塑料及其余各种助剂,混合均匀;2、将混合好的原料放入挤出机中进行高温塑化改性,温度控制在150℃~170℃;3、挤出的材料,通过模具,制成各种形状的板材。本发明的优点是制成的各种板材具有高抗冲击、耐候、阻燃,加工性能好,制备工艺稳定,无三废污染,可根据需要配制成不同的颜色,可用螺杆挤出的连续化生产方法生产,根据产品的生产要求,可挤出成型也可注塑成型。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种高耐候性板材及其加工方法,其具有结构简单,成本低,耐候性好的特点。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种高耐候性板材,其包括PVC基板,所述PVC基板至少有一面覆盖有ASA共挤层。
所述PVC基板主要原料是聚氯乙烯和晶须。
一种高耐候性板材的加工方法,其包括以下步骤:
a,将聚氯乙烯、晶须和其它各种助剂加入高混机,混合均匀;
b,将混合好的原料放入挤出机中进行高温塑化改性,温度控制在180℃-200℃之间;
c,将挤出的材料通过各种模具与ASA共挤成各种形状的板材;
所述高耐候性板材在加工过程中的挤出温度控制在170℃~180℃之间,模具温度控制在180℃~190℃之间。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明不采用粘合剂,不释放有害物质;
(2)聚氯乙烯中加入晶须,提高了基板的耐候性和强度;
(3)ASA具有良好的物理性能,共挤覆盖在基板上,增加了板材的高耐候性和强度。

具体实施方式
图1中,一种高耐候性板材,其包括板材基板1,所述板材基板1主要由:PVC(聚氯乙烯)、晶须、碳酸钙CaCO3、稳定剂、钛白粉、彭润土组成,其各种成分的重量配比为:PVC:100,晶须:10-20,碳酸钙CaCO3:3-5,稳定剂:8-10,钛白粉:8-10,彭润土1-3,所述板材基板1的表面覆盖有ASA共挤层2,ASA共挤层2应用于板材基板表面暴露于室外。
一种高耐候性板材的加工方法,其包括以下步骤:
a,将聚氯乙烯、晶须和其它各种助剂加入高混机,混合均匀;
b,将混合好的原料放入挤出机中进行高温塑化改性,温度控制在180℃-200℃之间;
c,将挤出的材料通过各种模具与ASA共挤成各种形状的板材;
所述高耐候性板材在加工过程中的挤出温度控制在170℃~180℃之间,模具温度控制在180℃~190℃之间。
上述板材不采用粘合剂,不释放有害物质,聚氯乙烯中加入晶须,提高了基板的耐候性和强度,板材表面的ASA具有良好的物理性能,增加了板材的高耐候性和强度。

1.一种高耐候性板材及其加工方法,其特征在于:所述PVC基板至少有一面覆盖有ASA共挤层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高耐候性板材及其加工方法,其特征在于:所述PVC基板主要原料是聚氯乙烯和晶须。
3.一种高耐候性板材及其加工方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
a,将聚氯乙烯、晶须和其它各种助剂加入高混机,混合均匀;
b,将混合好的原料放入挤出机中进行高温塑化改性,温度控制在180℃-200℃之间;
c,将挤出的材料通过各种模具与ASA共挤成各种形状的板材。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种高耐候性板材及其加工方法,其特征在于:所述高耐候性板材在加工过程中的挤出温度控制在170℃~180℃之间,模具温度控制在180℃~190℃之间。
