一种用于加气砖制备的碳酸钙-萤石矿渣粉体,其特征在于:其是由下述重量份的原料制得:萤石矿渣粉20-40,重质碳酸钙50-70,氢氧化铝1-2,氮化铝0.8-1.2,抗氧剂T5010.2-0.5,钛酸酯偶联剂TMC-2010.1-0.3,醇醚糖苷0.7-0.9,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.1-0.2。
所述的一种用于加气砖制备的碳酸钙-萤石矿渣粉体,其特征在于:制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将萤石矿渣粉于400-500℃煅烧2-4小时后,取出,于浓度为10-20%的氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡1-2小时,取出,去离子水洗净,烘干后,磨粉,备用;
(2)将所有原料按重量份混匀后,加入适量去离子水,于20-30℃搅拌10-15min后,烘干,研磨成纳米粉末即得。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明制得的复合粉体适用于强度高的加气砖的制备,采用萤石作为加气砖的原料,变废为宝,保护了环境。
具体实施方式
一种用于加气砖制备的碳酸钙-萤石矿渣粉体,其是由下述重量份(kg)的原料制得:萤石矿渣粉40,重质碳酸钙70,氢氧化铝2,氮化铝1.2,抗氧剂T5010.3,钛酸酯偶联剂TMC-2010.3,醇醚糖苷0.9,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.2。
所述的一种用于加气砖制备的碳酸钙-萤石矿渣粉体,制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将萤石矿渣粉于480℃煅烧4小时后,取出,于浓度为20%的氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡1小时,取出,去离子水洗净,烘干后,磨粉,备用;
(2)将所有原料按重量份混匀后,加入适量去离子水,于30℃搅拌15min后,烘干,研磨成纳米粉末即得。
将本实施例所得粉体填充到加气砖原料中去,所得加气砖的容重为550-660kg/m3,保温性能好,抗压强度为6.1-7.8MPa。

1.一种用于加气砖制备的碳酸钙-萤石矿渣粉体,其特征在于:其是由下述重量份的原料制得:萤石矿渣粉20-40,重质碳酸钙50-70,氢氧化铝1-2,氮化铝0.8-1.2,抗氧剂T5010.2-0.5,钛酸酯偶联剂TMC-2010.1-0.3,醇醚糖苷0.7-0.9,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.1-0.2;
所述的用于加气砖制备的碳酸钙-萤石矿渣粉体制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将萤石矿渣粉于400-500℃煅烧2-4小时后,取出,于浓度为10-20%的氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡1-2小时,取出,去离子水洗净,烘干后,磨粉,备用;
