Abstract
本发明涉及一种快搭钢跳板及其制备方法,包括承载面板和位于承载面板两侧的与承载面板固定连接的纵梁,所述纵梁大致形成为“]”型的形状,其具有两个水平端面和一垂直端面;所述承载面板由若干块形成为箱形结构的条状金属构成,其上端面上均匀分散的形成有若干个中空的凸孔;所述承载面板固定在所述“]”型形状的纵梁中的凹入部之中。

技术领域
[0001] 本发明属于建筑领域,具体涉及一种脚手架用钢跳板的制备方法。
背景技术
[0002] 钢跳板,是一种建筑房屋用的脚手架上的一个组分,一般由多块钢跳板组装成一条完整的人行道,方便施工人员在脚手架上行走。
[0003] 现有的钢跳板,例如中国发明专利CN201020297539.5公开了一种钢跳板,涉及建筑施工、船舶修造器材领域。该发明所述的钢跳板截面呈倒凹形,两侧支脚均呈箱形结构,支脚底部设置有凹槽;钢跳板两端设置有端板;钢跳板下底间隔焊有横筋板;表面设置有冷挤压冲制孔。钢跳板支脚、纵向筋与本体一次压制成型,钢跳板支脚采用箱形结构,增加结构强度,支脚底部镶嵌橡胶垫块,增加钢跳板与支架之间摩擦力,并降低冲击载荷;贯穿钢跳板的纵向筋,提高钢跳板板面和整体的刚度和强度。
[0004] 中国发明专利CN201020680319.0公开了一种边肋加强钢跳板,具有板体、安装在板体两端的堵头、若干个横梁,板体具有上板面、位于上板面两侧的两个边肋、位于每个边肋下部的底脚。其特点是上述每个边肋上皆压有用以提高钢跳板抗弯强度的多个加强筋,所述的每个加强筋相对于该边肋的板面向外凸出或者向内凹进。该发明在没有增加钢跳板部件的情况下,通过在钢跳板边肋上压制加强筋来提高其抗弯强度。
[0005] 然而,本发明人发现,包括上述两个专利在内的现有产品仍然存在着一些缺点,搭架不方便;牢固性和稳定性也不够;结构强度和承载力也有所不足。
发明内容
[0006] 本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种搭架方便,牢固性和稳定性高,结构强度和承载力较高的快搭钢跳板。
[0007] 为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:
[0008] 一种快搭钢跳板,包括承载面板和位于承载面板两侧的与承载面板固定连接的纵梁,所述纵梁大致形成为“]”型的形状,其具有两个水平端面和一垂直端面;所述承载面板由若干块形成为箱形结构的条状金属构成,其上端面上均匀分散的形成有若干个中空的凸孔,其作用为防滑并减少钢跳板自重载荷,凸孔的数量可以根据应用的需要而确定,这里并不局限于一定的数值范围内,也不影响本领域技术人员对技术方案的理解与实施;所述承载面板固定在所述“]”型形状的纵梁中的凹入部之中。
[0009] 纵梁的两个端部各形成有一个半圆形的凹槽。
[0010] 在承载面板的底部设置有两根加强梁。
[0011] 所述钢跳板材质为镀锌钢板,按质量百分比计算,所述镀锌钢板的组分为,C: 0.06%-0.12%,Si ( 0.3%,Μη:0.25%-0.50%,P 彡 0.045%,S 彡 0.05%,脱氧方法:F、B、Z (F代表沸腾钢,B代表半镇静钢,Z代表镇静钢)和不可避免的杂质。
[0012] 一种所述快搭钢跳板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
[0013] 步骤一将来料成卷钢材,经送料机送至平板机平整后送至冲床,冲压冷挤压冲制凸孔;
[0014] 步骤二经冲压冷挤压冲制凸孔后的半成品料由送料机送至冷弯机,按照所设计所需要的支脚、纵向筋形状,进行压弯,将压弯后的板材根据需要的长度进行切割;
[0015] 步骤三将板材原料经定尺切割后,再经冲床冲压出半圆弧,最后再经折弯机折出所需纵梁;
[0016] 步骤四将定尺板材原料经冲床一次冲压成加强梁。
[0017] 步骤五将支脚两端和钢跳板板面之间、纵梁与钢跳板板面、加强梁与钢跳板板面之间用二氧化碳气体保护焊进行满焊或断焊;
[0018] 步骤六将成型后的钢跳板进行喷锌粉、贴标签、包装,完成加工。有益效果
[0019] 本发明与原有的竹跳板比:在安全性能上更加具有安全保障;且其承载能力远远超过国家规范施工均布活荷载标准值,最大集中载荷2.69KN,最大面载荷17.92KN/M2,最大集中载荷时挠度为2.78mm ;使用快搭踏板能大量节省钢管的使用数量,减少成本,并且在搭设使用的过程中地缩短了时间,提高工作效率50%以上,且不会因周转而产生大量的附加费用;跳板主体板面采用镀锌带钢(镀锌层为80um)为原材料,使用寿命为10年,可回收再利用,不仅减少了采购成本,还增加了回收价值。

[0024] 请参照图1,本发明快搭钢跳板的一种优选实施例,包括承载面板2和位于承载面板2两侧的与承载面板固定连接的纵梁1。纵梁1大致形成为“]”型的形状,其具有两个水平端面和一垂直端面,其形成有一个凹入部。承载面板2由若干块形成为箱形结构的条状金属构成,其上端面上均匀分散的形成有若干个中空的凸孔21,可以防滑,容易清洁;;承载面板固定在所述“]”型形状的纵梁1中的凹入部之中。
[0025] 纵梁1可以采用扁钢制成,可以充当搭架钢管的作用,增加搭架的牢固性和稳定性。纵梁1的两端各有一个半圆形凹槽11,可以充当挂钩的作用,方便搭建的拆散。板面2上设置有两条凹凿加强筋22,可以防滑,也可以增加了强度和承载力;板面2的底部中间设置有两根中部加强梁3,增加了强度和承载力。

1.一种快搭钢跳板的制备方法,所述快搭跳板,包括承载面板和位于承载面板两侧的与承载面板固定连接的纵梁,其特征在于:所述纵梁大致形成为“]”型的形状,具有两个水平端面和一垂直端面;所述承载面板由两块C型钢形成为箱形结构的条状金属构成,承载面板上端面上均匀分散的形成有若干个中空的凸孔,凸孔的作用为防滑并减少钢跳板自重载荷;所述承载面板固定在所述“]”型形状的纵梁中的凹入部之中;纵梁的两个端部各形成有一个半圆形的凹槽;在承载面板的底部设置有两根加强梁;所述钢跳板材质为镀锌钢板,按质量百分比计算,所述镀锌钢板的组分为,C 0.12%,Si 0.3%,Μη 0.25%,Ρ 0.045%,S.0.05%,脱氧方法:F、B、Z和不可避免的杂质,其中,F代表沸腾钢,B代表半镇静钢,Z代表镇静钢,所述快搭钢跳板的制备方法,包括以下步骤: 步骤一将来料成卷钢材,经送料机送至平板机平整后送至冲床,冲压冷挤压冲制凸孔; 步骤二经冲压冷挤压冲制凸孔后的半成品料由送料机送至冷弯机,按照所设计所需要的支脚、纵向筋形状,进行压弯,将压弯后的板材根据需要的长度进行切割; 步骤三将板材原料经定尺切割后,再经冲床冲压出半圆弧,最后再经折弯机折出所需纵梁; 步骤四将定尺板材原料经冲床一次冲压成加强梁; 步骤五将支脚两端和钢跳板板面之间、纵梁与钢跳板板面、加强梁与钢跳板板面之间用二氧化碳气体保护焊进行满焊或断焊; 步骤六将成型后的钢跳板进行喷锌粉、贴标签、包装,完成加工。
