Abstract

本发明涉及一种双螺杆变单螺杆的螺旋挤出成型装置,属于塑化挤出成型领域。本发明的挤出成型装置,包括:驱动系统、长螺杆、短螺杆、挤出筒体;长螺杆和短螺杆分别为传统单螺杆的螺杆结构,其中,短螺杆的长度为长螺杆长度的3/4~4/5,长螺杆和短螺杆分别与驱动系统的两个输出轴连接,长螺杆和短螺杆的螺纹段通过挤出机筒封装。本发明结合了单螺杆和双螺杆挤出成型装置二者的优点。具有对成型物料适用范围宽、挤出速度均匀、挤出制品质量好等特点,本发明的装置可广泛用于热敏性材料的混合、塑化和挤出成型领域。

一种双螺杆变单螺杆的螺旋挤出成型装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种双螺杆变单螺杆的螺旋挤出成型装置,属于塑化挤出成型领域。
背景技术
通常,热敏性材料的挤出成型工艺采用单螺杆挤出成型或锥形双螺杆挤出成型工艺。单螺杆挤出成型过程会发生加料倒料现象,使成型物料的范围受到一定限制,而锥形双螺杆挤出成型工艺解决了单螺杆挤出成型中的加料倒料问题中,但在成型机头部分有向外侧挤压的分力,摩损挤出机筒的两侧,从而影响成型过程安全。同时,挤出段物料流动性不稳定,造成挤出速度不均匀现象,进而影响成型制品的质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决单螺杆挤出成型中出现的倒料现象、对成型物料适用范围窄和双螺杆挤出成型中出现的挤出速度不均匀和制品质量不良及成型过程安全的技术问题,提供了一种双螺杆变单螺杆的螺旋挤出成型装置。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明的一种双螺杆变单螺杆的螺旋挤出成型装置,包括:驱动系统、长螺杆、短螺杆、挤出筒体;
长螺杆和短螺杆分别为传统单螺杆的螺杆结构,其中,短螺杆的长度为长螺杆长度的3/4~4/5,
挤出机筒分为双螺杆挤出段和单螺杆挤出段;其中双螺杆挤出段的长度与短螺杆的长度相匹配,双螺杆挤出段的内形为传统平行双螺杆挤出机机筒的内形;单螺杆挤出段的长度与长、短螺杆的长度差相匹配,单螺杆挤出段主体内形为传统单螺杆挤出机机筒的内形;挤出机筒中双螺杆挤出段与单螺杆挤出段的连接处通过30°~35°锥面过渡;
长螺杆和短螺杆分别与驱动系统的两个输出轴连接,长螺杆和短螺杆的螺纹段通过挤出机筒封装。
有益效果
本发明的一种双螺杆变单螺杆的螺旋挤出成型装置能有效解决采用传统挤出成型装置在挤出成型过程中出现的安全、质量等问题,从功能上分为双螺杆共挤部分和单螺杆挤出部分,结合了单螺杆和双螺杆挤出成型装置二者的优点。具有对成型物料适用范围宽、挤出速度均匀、挤出制品质量好等特点,本发明的装置可广泛用于热敏性材料的混合、塑化和挤出成型领域。

本发明的一种双螺杆变单螺杆的螺旋挤出成型装置,如图1所示,包括:驱动系统1、长螺杆2、短螺杆3、挤出筒体4;
长螺杆2和短螺杆3分别为传统单螺杆的螺杆结构,其中,短螺杆1的长度为长螺杆2长度的4/5,
挤出机筒分为双螺杆挤出段和单螺杆挤出段;其中双螺杆挤出段的长度与短螺杆的长度相匹配,双螺杆挤出段的内形为传统平行双螺杆挤出机机筒的内形;单螺杆挤出段的长度与长、短螺杆的长度差相匹配,单螺杆挤出段主体内形为传统单螺杆挤出机机筒的内形;挤出机筒中双螺杆挤出段与单螺杆挤出段的连接处通过35°锥面过渡;
长螺杆2和短螺杆3分别与驱动系统1的两个输出轴连接,长螺杆2和短螺杆3的螺纹段通过挤出机筒封装。

1.一种双螺杆变单螺杆的螺旋挤出成型装置,其特征是:包括驱动系统、长螺杆、短螺杆、挤出筒体;
长螺杆和短螺杆分别为传统单螺杆的螺杆结构,其中,短螺杆的长度为长螺杆长度的3/4~4/5,
挤出机筒分为双螺杆挤出段和单螺杆挤出段;其中双螺杆挤出段的长度与短螺杆的长度相匹配,双螺杆挤出段的内形为传统平行双螺杆挤出机机筒的内形;单螺杆挤出段的长度与长、短螺杆的长度差相匹配,单螺杆挤出段主体内形为传统单螺杆挤出机机筒的内形;挤出机筒中双螺杆挤出段与单螺杆挤出段的连接处通过30°~35°锥面过渡;
