Abstract
一种用于捣固轨道的碎石道碴的人工道镐具有轴管(3),一根在其下端部(4)处配备有偏心锤(11)的轴(9)安置在轴管(3)中。所述偏心锤(11)的沿轴纵向(12)延伸的总高度hu至少30%的部分被安置在所述捣固铲(5)的上缘(6)的下方。
Description
本发明涉及一种用于捣固轨道的碎石道碴的人工道镐,其具有驱动马达,用于转动具有偏心锤的、安置在轴管内的且具有轴纵向的轴,所述轴在其远离所述驱动马达的下端部配备有偏心锤,其中,所述轴管在其远离所述驱动马达的下端部与捣固铲连接,所述捣固铲相对于轴纵向具有上缘和进一步远离所述驱动马达的下缘。
由AT239296已知这种人工道镐。置于轴管内的偏心锤处于捣固铲的上方,其中偏心锤在其上端部与轴管连接。
本发明要解决的问题在于,提供一种上述类型的人工道镐,由此可以实现优化的捣固夯实效果。
所述技术问题按照本发明通过以下类型的人工道镐得以解决,所述偏心锤的沿轴纵向延伸的总高度hu至少30%的部分被安置在所述捣固铲的上缘的下方。
借助由偏心锤产生的振动在铲部区域内导致的这种偏移,可以明显地改善碎石道碴的捣固夯实作业。此外,定位在人工道镐的上端部区域内的把手上的振动载荷也减小了。

图1和2示出人工道镐的视图和图3至9示出仅人工道镐的捣固铲区域的不同的详细视图。
图1和2所示的人工道镐1具有与把手2和轴管3相结合的驱动马达8。在远离驱动马达8的轴管3的下端部14设置有捣固铲5。所述捣固铲5具有高度hs,该高度hs一边由靠近驱动马达8的上缘6,另一边由位于轴管3的下端部区域内的下缘7限定出。
如图4所示,在轴管3内安置有通过驱动马达8可绕轴线方向或轴纵向12旋转的轴9。所述轴9在远离驱动马达8的下端部4处具有偏心锤11,其具有沿轴纵向12延伸的总高度hu。根据所示的本发明的变型方案,所述偏心锤11的超过总高度hu50%的部分被安置在捣固铲5的上缘6的下方。
如图3和图4所示,轴管3的下端部14以及偏心锤11延伸直至捣固铲5的下半段13内或直至下缘7。捣固铲5的铲面15(图2)与轴纵向12平行安置。轴管3的下端部14设计有向着捣固铲5的下缘7呈锥形逐渐变细的尖部19。
如图5和6所示,所述偏心锤11的总高度hu至少30%的部分被定位在捣固铲5的上缘6的下方。
在图7和8所示变型方案中,偏心锤100%地被安置在捣固铲5的上缘6和下缘7之间。在轴管3的下端部14处设置有垂直于捣固铲5的铲面15并且沿轴纵向12延伸的稳定肋条18。
根据图9,轴管3的下端部14与捣固铲5的相对于捣固方向16的后侧17相连接。
Claims (7)
1.一种用于捣固轨道的碎石道碴的人工道镐,其具有驱动马达(8),用于转动具有偏心锤(11)的、安置在轴管(3)内的且具有轴纵向(12)的轴(9),所述轴(9)在其远离所述驱动马达(8)的下端部(4)处配备有偏心锤(11),其中,所述轴管(3)在其远离所述驱动马达(8)的下端部(14)处与捣固铲(5)连接,所述捣固铲(5)相对于轴纵向(12)具有上缘(6)和进一步远离所述驱动马达(8)的下缘(7),其特征在于,所述偏心锤(11)的沿轴纵向(12)延伸的总高度hu的至少30%的部分被安置在所述捣固铲(5)的上缘(6)的下方。
2.如权利要求1所述的人工道镐,其特征在于,所述轴管(3)的下端部(14)以及所述偏心锤(11)延伸直至所述捣固铲(5)的下半段(13)内。
3.如权利要求1所述的人工道镐,其特征在于,所述轴管(3)的下端部(14)在所述捣固铲(5)的下缘(7)处结束,并且所述偏心锤(11)的超过其总高度hu50%的部分被安置在所述捣固铲(5)的上下缘(6、7)之间。
4.如权利要求1、2或3之一所述的人工道镐,其特征在于,所述捣固铲(5)的铲面(15)平行于轴纵向(12)安置。
5.如权利要求1、2或3之一所述的人工道镐,其特征在于,所述轴管(3)的下端部(14)与所述捣固铲(5)的相对于捣固方向(16)的后侧(17)相连接。
6.如权利要求1至5之一所述的人工道镐,其特征在于,所述轴管(3)的下端部(14)设计有向着所述捣固铲(5)的下缘(7)呈锥形逐渐变细的尖部(19)。
7.如权利要求1至6之一所述的人工道镐,其特征在于,在所述轴管(3)的下端部(14)上设置有垂直于所述捣固铲(5)的铲面(15)的并且沿轴纵向(12)延伸的稳定肋条(18)。
