11、翻转搬运机械手12和中转站13 ;光源板装配部分34依次有CXD成像机构14、灯头圆周定向机构15、理线机构16、散热件装配机构17、锁螺钉机构18、涂导热硅脂机构19、光源板装配机构20、剪线机构21、焊线机构22、通电测试机构23、光源板不良品剔除机构24、和下道线搬运机构25 ;灯罩装配部分35依次有振动闪亮测试件26、积分球光参数测试件27、灯罩不良品剔除机构28、铆圆周件29、点胶件30、灯罩装配机构31和下料机构32 ;铆钉装配部分、光源板装配部分和灯罩装配部分三部分都与单片机连接,且铆钉装配部分的中转站13与光源板装配部分的CCD成像机构14对接,光源板装配部分的下道线搬运机构25与灯罩装配部分的振动闪亮测试件26连接;铆钉装配部分33的前端为上料区,上料区与夹具连接,再通过夹具在链传送机构8上进行传送;中心导线理线机构9与内置的气缸推动刀片连接,旁边设置有一个采用真空吸取的废料罐;光源板装配部分34还有步进式直动输送线、倍速线,以及配置换线机构、挡停与定位机构;CCD成像机构14对驱动器塑料盖的端面有进行拍照部件、上传工控机分析部件、计算并存储灯头部件圆周方向的角度偏差部件;灯头圆周定向机构15处有机械手,机械手包括气爪、升降气缸和电机三个执行元件;理线机构16有两个,其中一个理线机构通过气爪对正负极导线进行夹紧作用;另外一个理线机构通过气爪中小隔板将正负极导线分开,左右夹板再次矫直导线;涂导热硅脂机构19的注胶头出口对准散热件,由电机驱动注胶头做圆周式平动;光源板装配机构20配备有搬运机械手;积分球光参数测试件27的下部设置通电点亮机构。
[0031] 本发明为实现LED球泡灯零件的自动装配,所述的LED球泡灯结构如附图1所示,具体的装配流程为:驱动模块4、装配塑料灯头5和灯头座6已安装成部件,然后铆钉7装配到灯头座6上,将光源板2装配到散热座3上,再用焊线将灯罩I装配到散热座3上,完成球泡灯的装配。
[0032] 完成以上工序的LED球泡灯装配流水生产线的整体如附图5,可分为铆钉装配部分33、光源板装配部分34和灯罩装配部分35三主要部分与灯罩垛上料机构36等辅助机构,共同实现LED装配的流水线生产。下面将按铆钉装配部分33、光源板装配部分34和灯罩装配部分35三主要部分分别对应附图2、附图3和附图4分别进行说明。
[0033] 在附图2中,铆钉装配部分33的前端为上料区;安装好的灯头部件包括驱动器、装配塑料灯头和灯头座在此处上料,灯头部件安放到夹具中,通过夹具在链传送机构8上按一定的节拍进行流水传送。当灯头部件传送到中心导线理线机构9处时,通过机构内安装的气缸推动刀片将灯头部件伸出的多余中心导线剪掉,废料采用真空吸取至废料罐中进行收集;活动刀片的下部同时又将导线的头部压弯贴附在灯头座端部的径向轴端上;完成此工步后,链传送机构8运行将灯头部件传送到装铆钉机构10处,进行铆钉安装;此时铆钉已经由铆钉振动盘11供料到预安装位置,机械手开始运动,抓取铆钉并安装至灯头的尾部完成装配;铆钉装配完成后灯头部件继续传送,在下一工位由翻转搬运机械手12对灯头部件进行翻转;翻转后安放到中转站13上的两灯头座夹具上,实现一个节拍两个灯头座同时进行安装动作;到此灯头座被传送到光源板装配线上。
[0034] 在附图3中,光源板装配部分的线体部件主要结构:由步进式直动输送线与倍速线二部分组成,配置相应的换线机构、挡停与定位机构,具体实现过程为:工装板在倍速线的初始位排队经换线机构移到步进直动式输送线,经中转站将灯头部件安放到工装板上;工装板载着灯头部件按节拍通过步进直动式输送线上的各个专机工位,完成对灯头部件的操作。装配后的灯被传送到接驳线等待传送到下一道线,空的工装板经换线机构移送至倍速线上,在倍速线上快速返回到初始位置进行排队循环进行流水作业。光源板装配部分的主要工作侧为步进式直动输送线,在其初始位置的上料为自动上料,机械手从铆钉装配部分的中转站抓取灯头部件至本道流水线上,终端为灯头部件自动下料至接驳线上,传送到下一道灯罩装配部分。
[0035] 在附图3中,灯头部件首先通过C⑶成像机构14,在此使用C⑶对驱动器塑料盖的端面进行拍照,上传工控机分析、计算并存储灯头部件圆周方向的角度偏差。在灯头圆周定向机构15处,此机构使用机械手抓取灯具升起后,按工控机计算的角度偏差进行旋转,使灯头部件方向保持一致。该机械手包括三个执行兀件:气爪、升降气缸和电机;气爪抓取灯头部件;升降气缸可将灯头部件和气爪升降;电机将灯头部件旋转。
[0036] 在理线机构16分为两个理线机构:其中一个理线机构通过气爪对正负极导线进行夹紧作用,使正负极导线处在同一个平面上。另一理线机构通过气爪中小隔板将正负极导线分开,左右夹板再次矫直导线;经过这道理线工序后,两根导线能够顺利通过散热件和光源板对应的孔。
[0037] 在散热件装配机构17处,首先由搬运机械手将散热件从料垛的缓存位置搬运至中转站工位,中转站为双工位,水平输送带能驱动中转站和上面的散热件做水平移动,当移至CCD下时,CCD进行拍照,记录散热件的圆周方向并计算基准点的角度偏差;定位电机根据工控机计算出的角度偏差值调整散热件旋转至既定位置;搬运机械手将定向后的散热件从中转站搬运至流水线灯头部件的上方,并将其安放在灯头部件上;锁螺钉机构18处将散热件用螺丝固定到灯头部件上。
[0038] 在涂导热硅脂机构19和光源板装配机构20处,涂导热硅脂机构19是使注胶头的出胶口对准散热件上特定位置,由电机驱动胶头做圆周式平动,由压缩空气作用推动器使胶桶内的胶在出胶口处向外挤出,在散热件端面涂上环状的导热硅脂胶。光源板装配机构20处是由搬运机械手将光源板从料垛的缓存位搬运至双工位的中转站,水平输送带驱动中转站和上面的光源板做水平位移,当运动至CCD下时,CCD进行拍照,记录光源板的圆周方向并计算基准点的角度偏差;定位电机根据工控机计算出的角度偏差值调整光源板并旋转至既定位置;搬运机械手将定向后的光源板从中转站搬运至流水线灯头部件的上方,并将其安放在灯头部件上;由流水线下道工位的锁螺钉机构18用螺丝固定到灯头部件上。
[0039] 在剪线机构21、焊线机构22、通电测试机构23和光源板不良品剔除机构24。剪线机构21把光源板露出多余的导线长度根据需要剪短,同时线头由工业吸尘器吸走;焊线机构22主要动作是压线机构对导线进行下压定位,电烙铁下降焊接导线与光源板。烙铁头每焊一定数次进行吹气清理,由边上的废锡盒收集。焊线为两个工位同时进行;将焊好光源板的灯部件从流水线传送至通电测试机构23工位,测试仪将测试灯功率等参数并将数据传给工控机;搬运机械手将测试好的灯头部件夹起放回原来位置。通电检测时由于用电安全,灯头部件由机械手夹到流水线外通电检测;检测出不良的灯由机械手抓到线外的不良品箱进行分类。
[0040] 在附图4中,灯罩装配部分中传送来的灯具部件首先经过振动闪亮测试件26处,是测试光通量的稳定性,用于检测产品是否有接触不良,测试状态是对灯进行受迫振动,同时对灯进行测试,实现方法为使用平移式气缸推动振动滑台至测试位置,光通测试仪在相反位置被送到灯的上方,然后开始测试;测试结果将记录在工控机中;测试完毕后,光通测试仪被自动移回,搬运机械手将两个灯送至流水线;最后平移气缸将振动滑台移至上料工位;其中,振动滑台在测试前和测试过程中,振动气缸一直工作,以加强闪动测试效果。积分球光参数测试件27对流过的产品做在线抽查检验,在积分球的下部设置通电点亮机构,可选测显色性指数和色温等参数,测试结果将在工控机记录,并能实时监控调整。振动闪亮测试和积分球测试后不良的产品由灯罩不良品剔除机构28进行分选。铆圆周件29处,搬运机械手将工装板上的两个灯搬运至铆接夹具,逐个对灯头座6与塑料灯头5的联接处进行铆接,铆接动力源是气缸,铆接完后将灯搬回原位。点胶件30处,点胶采用灯具旋转,点胶头固定的方法,沿着散热座上与灯罩装配位置的圆周方向进行点胶;胶头布置在线体上方,灯具旋转由线体下方的电机驱动。灯罩装配机构31处,带真空吸嘴的机械手从料垛的缓存位置上吸取灯罩,运动到线体灯具部件的上方,向下运动扣装到灯具部件上,通过下料机构32将装配完毕的LED球泡灯传送到缓存位或其他流水线。
Claims (9)
1.一种LED球泡灯组装生产设备,包括铆钉装配部分(33)、光源板装配部分(34)、灯罩装配部分(35)、灯罩垛上料机构(36),铆钉装配部分(33)依次有链传送机构(8)、中心导线理线机构(9)、装铆钉机构(10)、铆钉振动盘(11)、翻转搬运机械手(12)和中转站(13);其特征在于: 光源板装配部分(34)依次有CCD成像机构(14)、灯头圆周定向机构(15)、理线机构(16)、散热件装配机构(17)、锁螺钉机构(18)、涂导热硅脂机构(19)、光源板装配机构(20)、剪线机构(21)、焊线机构(22)、通电测试机构(23)、光源板不良品剔除机构(24)、和下道线搬运机构(25); 灯罩装配部分(35)依次有振动闪亮测试件(26)、积分球光参数测试件(27)、灯罩不良品剔除机构(28)、铆圆周件(29)、点胶件(30)、灯罩装配机构(31)和下料机构(32);铆钉装配部分、光源板装配部分和灯罩装配部分三部分都与单片机连接,且铆钉装配部分的中转站(13)与光源板装配部分的CCD成像机构(14)对接,光源板装配部分的下道线搬运机构(25)与灯罩装配部分的振动闪亮测试件(26)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED球泡灯组装生产设备,其特征在于铆钉装配部分(33)的前端为上料区,上料区与夹具连接,再通过夹具在链传送机构(8)上进行传送。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED球泡灯组装生产设备,其特征在于中心导线理线机构(9)与受内置气缸推动的刀片连接,旁边设置有一个采用真空吸取的废料罐。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED球泡灯组装生产设备,其特征在于光源板装配部分(34)还有步进式直动输送线、倍速线,以及配置换线机构、挡停与定位机构。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED球泡灯组装生产设备,其特征在于CXD成像机构(14)对驱动器塑料盖的端面有进行拍照部件、上传工控机分析部件、计算并存储灯头部件圆周方向的角度偏差部件。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED球泡灯组装生产设备,其特征在于灯头圆周定向机构(15)处有机械手,机械手包括气爪、升降气缸和电机三个执行元件。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED球泡灯组装生产设备,其特征在于理线机构(16)有两个,其中一个理线机构通过气爪对正负极导线进行夹紧作用;另外一个理线机构通过气爪中小隔板将正负极导线分开,左右夹板再次矫直导线。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED球泡灯组装生产设备,其特征在于涂导热硅脂机构(19)的注胶头出口对准散热件,由电机驱动注胶头做圆周式平动;光源板装配机构(20)配备有搬运机械手。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED球泡灯组装生产设备,其特征在于积分球光参数测试件(27)的下部设置通电点亮机构。
