背景技术
近来,越来越有必要改进车辆的燃料效率以应对高油价和CO2的环境限制,已持续研究和开发有害废气量降低且燃料效率改进的环境车辆(如电动车辆或混合动力车辆)。
然而,对于电动车辆,由于作为用于驱动车辆的重要部件的电池或马达非常昂贵,价格高于使用化石燃料的普通车辆,使得环境车辆并不普及。
在现有情况下,可能最好的是改进内燃机的效率或增加传动系的动力传输效率,来作为改进车辆的燃料效率的最佳实际措施。
在另一方面,变速器(其驱动系统的效率最高)为手动变速器,基于手动变速器的双离合器变速器(DCT)相对于自动变速器或CVT(无级变速器)也具有高动力传输效率。
如上所述,当使用通过结合马达与具有高效率的DCT而实施的混合动力型变速器时,有可能改进配备内燃机的普通车辆的燃料效率。

将奇数档位齿轮安装于所述第一输入轴上,将偶数档位齿轮安装于所述第二输入轴上,将换档齿轮安装于所述输出轴上,以用于通过与所述奇数档位齿轮和所述偶数档位齿轮啮合而进行换档,并且将受马达驱动的齿轮安装于所述输出轴的端部,所述输出轴从所述换档齿轮连接至驱动轮。
将倒车齿轮安装于所述第二输入轴上,并与安装于所述第一输入轴上的第一档位齿轮相对,将与所述奇数档位齿轮的第一档位齿轮啮合的倒档齿轮安装于所述输出轴上,将倒转中间齿轮轴与所述第二输入轴和所述输出轴平行设置,且将倒转中间齿轮以可旋转方式安装于所述倒转中间齿轮轴上,以与所述倒车齿轮和所述倒档齿轮啮合。
吸收发动机的扭转振动的减振器设置于所述发动机与所述变速齿轮之间。
所述马达设置于变速齿轮的侧面。
所述第一输入轴和所述第二输入轴在所述输出轴的两个纵向侧面彼此平行设置,连接所述第一输入轴、所述输出轴和所述第二输入轴的中心的虚拟直线形成V形,且所述马达设置于在所述第一输入轴与所述第二输入轴之间形成的V形的内部空间中。
所述马达和所述马达轴在所述输出轴的纵向方向上排布。

参考图2至6,根据本发明的一个示例性实施方案的混合动力传动系包括双离合器DC、第一输入轴INPUT1、第二输入轴INPUT2、输出轴OUTPUT、变速齿轮30、马达70,所述双离合器DC包括共轴设置以从发动机10接收旋转力的第一离合器C1和第二离合器,并选择性地传输或切断从发动机至第一离合器C1和第二离合器C2中的任一个的旋转力,所述第一输入轴INPUT1与所述第一离合器C 1连接,并接收来自发动机10的旋转力,所述第二输入轴INPUT2与所述第二离合器C2连接,并接收来自发动机的旋转力,所述输出轴OUTPUT与所述第一输入轴INPUT1和第二输入轴INPUT2平行设置,并配备旋转力受限的受马达驱动的齿轮76,所述变速齿轮30包括多对齿轮,将从输入轴INPUT1和第二输入轴INPUT2传输的旋转力进行转换以用于多个档位,并通过使用同步装置50通过选择齿轮对以配合行进速度,从而将所述旋转力传输至输出轴OUTPUT,所述多对齿轮具有不同的传动齿数比,彼此齿啮合,并安装至所述第一输入轴INPUT1、第二输入轴INPUT2和输出轴OUTPUT上,所述马达70在马达轴72的端部配备马达驱动的齿轮74以与受马达驱动的齿轮76啮合。
第一离合器C1和第二离合器C2可为摩擦离合器,且施加至所述离合器的挤压力可为受控的液压。
即,实施机械式自动变速器的机构,其中形成档位的换档齿轮分别在平行排布的第一输入轴INPUT1、第二输入轴INPUT2和输出轴OUTPUT上成对设置,所述机械式自动变速器的机构通过用同步啮合型的同步装置50来操作换档齿轮而进行换档。
当由第一离合器C1和第二离合器C2组成的双离合结构件应用于上述配置中时,传输至第一输入轴INPUT1或第二输入轴INPUT2的来自发动机10的动力被传输至所述输出轴OUTPUT,所述第一离合器C1设置用以将来自发动机10的动力传输至第一输入轴INPUT1,所述第二离合器C2设置用以将来自发动机10的动力传输至第二输入轴INPUT2。
作为结果,当在第一离合器C1啮合下车辆行驶时,第二离合器C2脱离,同时与第二离合器C2啮合的高档位或低档位齿轮啮合。因此,当在第一离合器C1啮合下车辆行驶的同时达到最佳换档点时,第一离合器C1脱离且第二离合器C2啮合,使得齿轮换档。
相应地,由于换档通过具有手动换档机构的双离合变速器进行,因此相比于相关技术的自动变速器或无级变速器,动力传输效率得以改进,由此改进了车辆的燃料效率。
特别地,根据本发明的一个示例性实施方案,如上所述,来自发动机10的动力通过由手动换档机构进行的换档而被传输至输出轴OUTPUT,旋转力可通过马达70的旋转动力而被进一步提供至输出轴OUTPUT。因此,运行发动机10和马达70两者以旋转输出轴OUTPUT,或者输出轴OUTPUT可仅通过马达70的驱动力旋转,从而通过DCT的手动换档机构改进燃料效率,并同时通过使用马达70的混合动力型另外改进燃料效率。
图2为示意性显示了根据本发明的一个示例性实施方案的混合动力传动系的结构的图,图3为显示出图2所示的第一输入轴INPUT1、第二输入轴INPUT2、输出轴OUTPUT和马达轴72的排布关系的图。
参见图2,马达70可设置于变速齿轮30的一侧。此外,马达70和马达轴72可在输出轴OUTPUT的纵向方向上排布。
详细而言,当发动机10和变速齿轮30设置于车辆的左右方向上时,马达70可设置于在变速齿轮30中的轴的周向方向上排布的侧面。优选地,马达70可设置于变速齿轮30之上或之下,更优选地,安装在马达轴72上的马达驱动的齿轮74与安装在输出轴OUTPUT上的受马达驱动的齿轮76齿啮合,使得马达与输出轴OUTPUT平行设置于在输出轴OUTPUT的周向方向上排布的侧面。
马达70可设置于变速齿轮30的整个长度内。当从图中来看,变速齿轮30的整个长度可为在与车辆的左右宽度方向相同的方向上的变速齿轮30的长度。
即,当马达在变速齿轮的整个长度内设置于侧面时,马达70与变速器一体,不需要在发动机10与变速器之间的用于设置马达70的空间,从而降低在左右宽度方向上变速器和发动机10的总长度。因此,无论发动机10或变速器的左右长度为何,均可安装马达70,使得马达70和现有驱动系统的部件可更便利地安装于车辆中。
参见图3,根据本发明的一个示例性实施方案,第一输入轴INPUT1和第二输入轴INPUT2可在输出轴OUTPUT的两侧彼此平行设置,同时连接第一输入轴INPUT1、输出轴OUTPUT和第二输入轴INPUT2的中心的虚拟直线形成V形,且马达可设置于第一输入轴INPUT1与第二输入轴INPUT2之间的狭窄空间中。
即,当从图中来看,由于第一输入轴INPUT1和第二输入轴INPUT2在输出轴OUTPUT以上在最低位置处在输出轴OUTPUT的两侧设置,因此第一输入轴INPUT1与第二输入轴INPUT2的上部之间的间隙自然减小,使得第一输入轴INPUT1、输出轴OUTPUT和第二输入轴INPUT2以V形排布。此外,在第一输入轴INPUT1与第二输入轴INPUT2的上部之间的减小的间隙之间设置马达轴72,形成菱形的虚拟直线通过连接四个轴而形成。因此,通过使第一输入轴INPUT1、第二输入轴INPUT2、输出轴OUTPUT和马达轴72的连接结构密集且紧凑,从而将变速器的尺寸减到最小。
同时,如图2所示,奇数档位齿轮32安装于第一输入轴INPUT1上,偶数档位齿轮34安装于第二输入轴INPUT2上,换档齿轮36安装于输出轴OUTPUT上以用于通过与奇数档位齿轮32和偶数档位齿轮34啮合而进行换档,受马达驱动的齿轮76可安装于输出轴OUTPUT的端部,所述输出轴OUTPUT从换档齿轮36连接至驱动轮55。
受马达驱动的齿轮76与输出轴旋转,并与马达驱动的齿轮74齿啮合,使得其通过来自马达70的旋转动力而旋转。此外,奇数档位齿轮32和偶数档位齿轮34不限于上述配置,并可根据齿轮的传动齿数比的设计条件而改变至各种结构。
作为参考,换档齿轮提供第一档位至第七档位(其中增加倒档档域),同步装置50设置于第一输入轴INPUT1的第一档位齿轮与第三档位齿轮之间、第一输入轴INPUT1的第五档位齿轮与第七档位齿轮之间、第二输入轴INPUT2的第二档位齿轮与第四档位齿轮之间,和第二输入轴INPUT2的第六档位齿轮与倒车齿轮90之间。
此外,根据本发明的一个示例性实施方案,倒车齿轮90可与安装于第一输入轴INPUT1上的第一档位齿轮相对而安装于第二输入轴INPUT2上,与第一档位齿轮啮合的倒档齿轮92可安装于输出轴OUTPUT上,倒转中间齿轮轴94可与第二输入轴INPUT2和输出轴OUTPUT平行设置,倒转中间齿轮96可以可旋转地安装于倒转中间齿轮轴94上,以与倒车齿轮90和倒档齿轮92啮合。
因此,当同步装置50连接至倒车齿轮90时,通过第二输入轴INPUT2的倒档装置的旋转力被倒转中间齿轮96改变旋转方向,并传输至倒档齿轮92,从而实施倒档。
同时,可将吸收发动机10的旋转轴的扭转振动的减震器110设置于发动机10与变速齿轮30之间。
作为一个优选的实施例,可将减振器110安装于飞轮112上,所述飞轮112可具有如下结构:第一旋转元件和第二旋转元件可相对于彼此旋转,减振器110可设置于所述第一旋转元件与第二旋转元件之间。减振器110可具有弹簧结构。
因此,有可能通过使用减振器110来吸收由于变速器中的换档震动所导致的扭转振动,以及由于发动机的爆发冲程所导致的扭转振动,从而为飞轮112提供稳定的旋转惯性力。
参照图4-6详细描述本发明的操作和效果。
图4显示了来自发动机10的动力流,其中来自发动机10的动力通过第一离合器C1传输至第一输入轴INPUT1,动力通过第一档位齿轮而换档以适应第一档位的传动齿数比,然后输出至输出轴OUTPUT,从而实现第一档位启动。
在该操作中,马达70不运行,旋转力仅通过发动机10的驱动力供应至驱动轮。
图5显示了当发动机10和马达70均使用时的动力流,其中使用上述发动机10的第一档位启动,来自马达70的动力通过马达轴72被传输至待旋转的马达驱动的齿轮74,且动力被传输至与马达驱动的齿轮74啮合的受马达驱动的齿轮76,然后输出至输出轴OUTPUT。
即,来自发动机10的旋转力和来自马达70的旋转力结合并传输至输出轴OUTPUT,使得从发动机10传输至驱动轮的动力的传输效率得以改进,且燃料效率相应地得以改进。
图6显示了来自马达70的动力流,其中来自马达70的动力通过马达轴72被传输至待旋转的马达驱动的齿轮74,动力传输至与马达驱动的齿轮74啮合的受马达驱动的齿轮76,然后直接输出至输出轴OUTPUT,从而实现第一档位启动。
即,当在车辆的某些行驶条件下仅从马达70的驱动力将旋转力提供给输出轴OUTPUT,而不使用发动机10时,车辆的动力消耗得以降低,且燃料效率得以改进。
在其他档位的动力流以与上述动力流相同的方式实施,因此不提供详细描述。
根据本发明的一个示例性实施方案,由于电力产生动力的马达与具有变速器的高传输效率的双离合器变速器组合,并将动力传输至输出,因此有可能通过降低车辆的动力消耗来改进燃料效率。
此外,有可能通过应用双离合器变速器而实施轻便换档并增加车辆的商业价值,所述双离合器变速器与混合动力车辆的发动机有效直接地接合。
特别地,当马达设置于变速器的侧面而不是在发动机与变速器之间时,发动机和变速器的总长度不增加,从而有可能在车辆中更便利地安装变速器和马达。
为了方便解释和精确限定所附权利要求,术语“上”、“下”、“内”和“外”被用于参考附图中所显示的这些特征的位置来描述示例性实施方式的特征。

Claims (13)

1.一种用于车辆的混合动力传动系,其包括:第一输入轴,所述第一输入轴与第一离合器连接并从发动机接收动力;第二输入轴,所述第二输入轴与第二离合器连接并从发动机接收动力;输出轴,所述输出轴与所述第二输入轴平行排列,并且所述输出轴具有旋转力受限的受马达驱动的齿轮;以及
马达,所述马达在马达轴的端部具有马达驱动的齿轮,以与所述受马达驱动的齿轮齿啮合,
其中所述第一输入轴和第二输入轴在所述输出轴的两个纵向侧面处彼此平行设置,
连接所述第一输入轴、所述输出轴和所述第二输入轴的中心的第一虚拟直线形成V形;
所述马达设置于在所述第一输入轴与所述第二输入轴之间形成的V形的内部空间中的上部,使得连接第一输入轴、输出轴、第二输入轴的中心以及马达轴的中心的第二虚拟直线形成为菱形。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的混合动力传动系,其中所述马达设置于变速齿轮的侧面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的混合动力传动系,其中所述马达和所述马达轴在所述输出轴的纵向方向上排布。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的混合动力传动系,其中所述马达设置于变速齿轮的整个长度内。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的混合动力传动系,其中减振器设置于所述发动机与变速齿轮之间。
6.一种用于车辆的混合动力传动系,其包括:
双离合器,所述双离合器包括共轴设置以接收来自发动机的旋转力的第一离合器和第二离合器,并选择性地传输或切断从发动机至所述第一离合器和所述第二离合器的任一个的旋转力;
第一输入轴,所述第一输入轴与所述第一离合器连接,并接收来自发动机的旋转力;
第二输入轴,所述第二输入轴与所述第二离合器连接,并接收来自发动机的旋转力;
输出轴,所述输出轴与所述第一输入轴和所述第二输入轴平行设置,并且所述输出轴配备旋转力受限的受马达驱动的齿轮;
变速齿轮,所述变速齿轮包括多对齿轮,将从所述第一输入轴和所述第二输入轴传输的旋转力进行转换以用于多个档位,并通过使用同步装置通过选择齿轮对以配合车辆的行进速度,从而将所述旋转力传输至所述输出轴,所述多对齿轮具有不同的传动齿数比,彼此齿啮合,并安装至所述第一输入轴、所述第二输入轴和所述输出轴上;和
马达,所述马达在马达轴的端部配备马达驱动的齿轮,以与所述受马达驱动的齿轮齿啮合,
其中所述第一输入轴和第二输入轴在所述输出轴的两个纵向侧面处彼此平行设置,
连接所述第一输入轴、所述输出轴和所述第二输入轴的中心的第一虚拟直线形成V形;
所述马达设置于在所述第一输入轴与所述第二输入轴之间形成的V形的内部空间中的上部,使得连接第一输入轴、输出轴、第二输入轴的中心以及马达轴的中心的第二虚拟直线形成为菱形。
7.根据权利要求6所述的用于车辆的混合动力传动系,其中将奇数档位齿轮安装于所述第一输入轴上,
将偶数档位齿轮安装于所述第二输入轴上,
将换档齿轮安装于所述输出轴上,以用于通过与所述奇数档位齿轮和所述偶数档位齿轮啮合而进行换档,并且
将受马达驱动的齿轮安装于所述输出轴的端部,所述输出轴从所述换档齿轮连接至驱动轮。
8.根据权利要求7所述的用于车辆的混合动力传动系,其中将倒车齿轮安装于所述第二输入轴上,并与安装于所述第一输入轴上的第一档位齿轮相对,将与所述奇数档位齿轮的第一档位齿轮啮合的倒档齿轮安装于所述输出轴上,将倒转中间齿轮轴与所述第二输入轴和所述输出轴平行设置,且
将倒转中间齿轮以可旋转方式安装于所述倒转中间齿轮轴上,以与所述倒车齿轮和所述倒档齿轮啮合。
9.根据权利要求6所述的用于车辆的混合动力传动系,其中吸收发动机的扭转振动的减振器设置于所述发动机与所述变速齿轮之间。
10.根据权利要求6所述的用于车辆的混合动力传动系,其中所述马达设置于变速齿轮的侧面。
11.根据权利要求6所述的用于车辆的混合动力传动系,其中所述马达和所述马达轴在所述输出轴的纵向方向上排布。
12.根据权利要求6所述的用于车辆的混合动力传动系,其中所述马达设置于变速齿轮的整个长度内。
13.根据权利要求6所述的用于车辆的混合动力传动系,其中减振器设置于所述发动机与所述变速齿轮之间。
