方便水晶肉片的生产方法是选用优质红薯淀粉1份加入3份左右的饮用水搅成淀粉浆,一半涂布在转动的环形不锈钢带上,在涂有淀粉浆的不锈钢带上方的圆盘式冻肉切片机,切下的冻肉片落在刚涂布过的淀粉浆上,另一半淀粉浆由喷浆喷头把淀粉浆喷在肉片上,转动的不锈钢带进入蒸气隧道蒸箱内,把外层淀粉浆和内层的肉片蒸熟,不锈钢带走出蒸气隧道蒸箱,经尾端滚筒迴转到下面,由鼓风机吹风降温冷却,当迴转到首端滚筒下方时,由铲刀铲下带状水晶肉片,落在往复式切片机的输料带上切成长方片,装入塑料薄膜食品袋冷冻冷藏。该菜品晶莹剔透,中间的肉片看得很清楚,吃起来十分滑爽,营养丰富,口味地道,方便且适合于普通家庭食用。

本发明属于食品加工领域,涉及一种用食用淀粉和肉片两种原料结合在一起,用机器加工食品的生产方法,特别是水晶肉片的生产方法。
技术背景:
目前,我们在饭店菜馆里,经常能吃上一道叫“滑肉片”的菜,它是掌勺师傅们用手工切成的肉片,一片一片在淀粉糊内挂浆后,汆入开水中煮熟后捞出,再加入调味料后烹调出的滑肉菜品。该滑肉以晶莹滑爽,营养丰富的特点,而受食客喜爱。在普通家庭里,很少有人会做,市场上、超市里目前还没有方便水晶肉片的食品出售。
本发明是要提供一种方便水晶肉片的生产方法,它可以让普通老百姓很便利的吃上晶莹滑爽且营养丰富的水晶肉片。
发明内容:
方便水晶肉片的生产方法是:选用优质红薯淀粉1份,加入3份左右的饮用水搅成淀粉浆,一半涂布在转动的环形不锈钢带上,在涂有淀粉浆的不锈钢带上方,圆盘式冻肉切片机切下的冻肉片,落在刚涂布过的淀粉浆上,另一半淀粉浆由喷浆喷头把淀粉浆喷在肉片上,转动的不锈钢带进入蒸气隧道蒸箱内,把外层淀粉浆和内层的肉片蒸熟,不锈钢带走出蒸气隧道蒸箱,经尾端滚筒迴转到下面,由鼓风机吹风降温冷却,当迴转到首端滚筒下方时,由铲刀铲下带状水晶肉片,落在往复式切片机的输料带上切成长方形片,装入塑料薄膜食品袋内冷冻冷藏后,供应市场。

具体使用情况:
把冷冻冷藏的方便水晶肉片袋放入温水内化冻解冰后,剪开塑料食品袋,倒出一张张水晶肉片,加入调味料,即可烹调各种水晶肉片菜品。该菜品晶莹剔透,中间的肉片看得很清楚,吃起来十分滑爽,由于肉的外部有淀粉包裹,肉片的营养和特殊的肉味没有流失,所以该菜品营养丰富,口味地道,方便且适合于普通家庭食用。

1.方便水晶肉片的生产方法,其特征是:选用优质红薯淀粉1份加入3份左右的饮用水搅成淀粉浆,一半涂布在转动的环形不锈钢带上,在涂有淀粉浆的不锈钢带上方的圆盘式冻肉切片机,切下的冻肉片落在刚涂布过的淀粉浆上,另一半淀粉浆由喷浆喷头把淀粉浆喷在肉片上,转动的不锈钢带进入蒸气隧道蒸箱内,把外层淀粉浆和内层的肉片蒸熟,不锈钢带走出蒸气隧道蒸箱,经尾端滚筒迴转到下面,由鼓风机吹风降温冷却,当迴转到首端滚筒下方时,由铲刀铲下带状水晶肉片,落在往复式切片机的输料带上切成长方片,装入塑料薄膜食品袋冷冻冷藏。
