Abstract

轮动式发动机,主要由转动轮壳和固定筒轴两部分组成,构造简单,动力大、热能损失少、效率高。转动轮壳上设有三个跳塞阀;固定简轴上固有压气塞,和通入筒轴里的进气口和排气口。燃气或废气分别从筒轴两端进出。轮壳套在筒轴上。轮壳上三个跳塞阀与筒轴间分别形成三个密闭的独立工作腔。轮壳围绕筒轴旋转。随着轮壳旋转,三个工作腔发生扩大或缩小变化。由变化工作腔来循环进行吸气、压缩、爆发、排气四个工作环节。压气塞后端设火花塞,不停发出火花。当跳塞阀滑过火花塞时,压缩的燃气便着火爆发,体积膨胀推动轮壳转动。此发动机可装到车、船及各种工作机上作动力。

轮动式发动机
轮动式发动机,主要由转动轮壳和固定筒轴两部分组成,构造简单,动力大、热能损失少、效率高。是古今中外前所未有的新型动力机。其结构和工作原理见附图。
1、结构和主要部件
转动轮壳上设有三个跳塞阀;固定简轴上固有压气塞,和通入筒轴里的进气口和排气口。燃气或废气分别从筒轴两端进出。轮壳套在筒轴上。轮壳上三个跳塞阀与筒轴间分别形成三个密闭的独立工作腔。轮壳围绕筒轴旋转。随着轮壳旋转,三个工作腔发生扩大或缩小变化。由变化工作腔来循环进行工作。压气塞后端设火花塞,不停发出火花。当跳塞阀滑过火花塞时,压缩的燃气便着火爆发,体积膨胀推动轮壳转动。(如图1轮动式发动机的结构)
2、工作原理
轮动式发动机,工作原理与活塞式发动机类似,也是吸入混合气体(燃气)进行压缩,由电火花点火爆发,以所产生的燃烧气体膨胀压力来推动轮壳旋转,向外输出动力。不同的是:轮动式发动机是变轴转为轮转,即固定筒轴和压气塞不动,以轮壳转动。随着轮壳旋转,三个密闭独立的工作腔发生扩大或缩小变化。由变化的工作腔来循环完成吸气、压缩、爆发、排气四个工作环节。轮壳每转一周产生三次爆发作功,相当于三个气缸的汽油机,同时转一周爆发做功的次数。轮动发动机没有活塞回反压缩气体的负力作用,它利用斜面原理,把燃气挤缩到爆发位置。所以轮壳可顺序连续转动,不停产生动力推动轮壳旋转(如图2轮动式发动机工作原理)。

Claims (1)

1.轮动式发动机,它的特征是变轴转为轮转。即以轮壳转动,固定筒轴和压气塞不动。随着轮壳旋转,三个工作腔发生扩大或缩小变化,由变化的工作腔来循环进行工作,不断产生动力,推动轮壳旋转。 
此发动机与其它热机相比,减去不少负力作用,热能损失小,兼具压缩爆发和喷气轮机不停获得推力而连续旋转等优点。避免了活塞连杆往复运动因惯性产生的负力作用;节省了喷气类发动机所用的大量燃料。它的受力面积比较大,获得的动力也大,所以功效很大。是动力机械发展的一大突破。其价值是无法估量的。早在往复活塞式内燃机诞生时,人们就曾致力于创造旋转活塞式的内燃机,但均未获理想。轮动式发动机能实现旋转发动。是我多年来,出于个人爱好,经过无数次研究,实验的成果。
