技术领域:
本发明涉及鞋材技术领域,尤其涉及一种PVC鞋底材料。
背景技术:
PVC是世界上用量最大的五大合成树脂之一,是由氯乙烯单体经自由基聚合反应生成的热塑性线性聚合物。PVC材料具有强度高、价格低廉、耐化学腐蚀性好,电绝缘性好和难以燃烧等优点,广泛用于工程建筑、食品包装、电气以及制鞋业。
PVC用于制作鞋底时,聚氯乙烯具有较高的机械强度、良好的耐酸碱性能、介电性能及绝缘性能。与一般橡胶相比,它还具有较好的耐磨性能及阻燃性能。但其抗冲击性和耐热、光的稳定性较差,尤其是低温脆性及屈挠性能不好。
AC发泡剂的发气量大,价格便宜,可用于PVC鞋底材料,其分解产物无毒、无污染,发泡剂的分解温度高,产生的气泡均匀致密,使得PVC体积增大,从而密度降低,柔韧性和屈挠性提高。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种PVC鞋底发泡材料,由该材料制得的PVC鞋底材料的弹性好、密度低、柔韧、收缩变形率小。
本发明的目的通过如下技术方案实现:
一种高耐磨性PVC鞋底材料,以重量百分比计包括如下组分:
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述PVC含量为60-65%。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述的防老剂为防老剂4010NA、防老剂RD中的一种或两种混合物。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述的发泡剂主要是AC发泡剂。
本发明的有益效果在于:其加入的发泡剂能够提高PVC鞋底材料的弹性和柔软度,降低密度和收缩变形率。

实施例1:
称取PVC材料55g,ZnO 4g,HSt 1.3g,防老剂2g,炭黑13g,CaCO313g,DOP 8g,发泡剂3.7g,将PVC材料及DOP、HSt置于高速混合机中混合均匀,在双辊塑炼机上塑化包辊成透明状后,加入发泡剂、ZnO、防老剂、炭黑、CaCO3混炼均匀,放大辊距出片,裁剪成10mm片材,将片材置于平板梳化机上进行模压发泡,发泡温度160-170℃,发泡压力为8-10MPa,发泡时间10-15min。
实施例2:
称取PVC材料65g,ZnO 2g,HSt 1.4g,防老剂1.6g,炭黑11g,CaCO311g,DOP6g,发泡剂2g,将PVC材料及DOP、HSt置于高速混合机中混合均匀,在双辊塑炼机上塑化包辊成透明状后,加入发泡剂、ZnO、防老剂、炭黑、CaCO3混炼均匀,放大辊距出片,裁剪成10mm片材,将片材置于平板梳化机上进行模压发泡,发泡温度160-170℃,发泡压力为8-10MPa,发泡时间10-15min。

其中,防老剂为防老剂4010NA、防老剂RD中的一种或两种混合物;
发泡剂为AC发泡剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种PVC鞋底发泡材料,其特征在于:所述PVC含量为60-65%。
