技术领域：
本发明涉及鞋材技术领域，尤其涉及一种PVC鞋底材料。
背景技术：
PVC是世界上用量最大的五大合成树脂之一，是由氯乙烯单体经自由基聚合反应生成的热塑性线性聚合物。PVC材料具有强度高、价格低廉、耐化学腐蚀性好，电绝缘性好和难以燃烧等优点，广泛用于工程建筑、食品包装、电气以及制鞋业。
PVC用于制作鞋底时，聚氯乙烯具有较高的机械强度、良好的耐酸碱性能、介电性能及绝缘性能。与一般橡胶相比,它还具有较好的耐磨性能及阻燃性能。但其抗冲击性和耐热、光的稳定性较差,尤其是低温脆性及屈挠性能不好。
AC发泡剂的发气量大，价格便宜，可用于PVC鞋底材料，其分解产物无毒、无污染，发泡剂的分解温度高，产生的气泡均匀致密，使得PVC体积增大，从而密度降低，柔韧性和屈挠性提高。
发明内容：
本发明的目的是提供一种PVC鞋底发泡材料，由该材料制得的PVC鞋底材料的弹性好、密度低、柔韧、收缩变形率小。
本发明的目的通过如下技术方案实现：
一种高耐磨性PVC鞋底材料，以重量百分比计包括如下组分：
作为上述技术方案的优选，所述PVC含量为60-65％。
作为上述技术方案的优选，所述的防老剂为防老剂4010NA、防老剂RD中的一种或两种混合物。
作为上述技术方案的优选，所述的发泡剂主要是AC发泡剂。
本发明的有益效果在于：其加入的发泡剂能够提高PVC鞋底材料的弹性和柔软度，降低密度和收缩变形率。

为了加深对本发明的理解，下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述，该实施例仅用于解释本发明，并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
实施例1：
称取PVC材料55g，ZnO 4g，HSt 1.3g，防老剂2g，炭黑13g，CaCO313g，DOP 8g，发泡剂3.7g，将PVC材料及DOP、HSt置于高速混合机中混合均匀，在双辊塑炼机上塑化包辊成透明状后，加入发泡剂、ZnO、防老剂、炭黑、CaCO3混炼均匀，放大辊距出片，裁剪成10mm片材，将片材置于平板梳化机上进行模压发泡，发泡温度160-170℃，发泡压力为8-10MPa，发泡时间10-15min。
实施例2：
称取PVC材料65g，ZnO 2g，HSt 1.4g，防老剂1.6g，炭黑11g，CaCO311g，DOP6g，发泡剂2g，将PVC材料及DOP、HSt置于高速混合机中混合均匀，在双辊塑炼机上塑化包辊成透明状后，加入发泡剂、ZnO、防老剂、炭黑、CaCO3混炼均匀，放大辊距出片，裁剪成10mm片材，将片材置于平板梳化机上进行模压发泡，发泡温度160-170℃，发泡压力为8-10MPa，发泡时间10-15min。

其中，防老剂为防老剂4010NA、防老剂RD中的一种或两种混合物；
发泡剂为AC发泡剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种PVC鞋底发泡材料，其特征在于：所述PVC含量为60-65％。
