Abstract

发明背景
本发明涉及填充板,更具体地,涉及机架用卷帘填充板。
在本领域中,填充板是众所周知的。通常,填充板仅能够适应一种开口大小。然而,由于电子设备增加到机架和从机架减去,开口的大小是变化的。因此,需要一种能够适应不只一种开口大小的填充板。
发明内容
本发明的一些实施例提供了一种用于关闭机架中电子设备的上方、下方或之间的开口的装置。机架包括一对设备导轨。电子设备安装至设备导轨上。该装置包括底座、卷帘和手柄。卷帘可转动地连接至底座并包括当卷帘转动时从底座延伸的自由端。手柄连接至卷帘的自由端。底座在第一位置处可移动地连接至该对设备导轨。手柄在与第一位置间隔开的第二位置处可移动地连接至该对设备导轨,以便卷帘的自由端延伸以关闭机架的开口。

具体实施方式
图1-14示出了根据本发明实施例的机架10的卷帘填充板100,诸如2柱机架或4柱机架,其还可称为机柜或外壳。
从图1中可以清楚地看到,卷帘填充板100包括底座110、可转动地连接至底座110的卷帘120,以及连接至卷帘120的自由端122的手柄130。卷帘120从缩回位置(图1)转动到延伸位置(图4、9-12和14)。较佳地,卷帘120处于恒定的张力下,以便其将返回缩回位置,但同样可考虑卷帘120包括张力释放装置,例如,类似于安全带或窗帘。
从图2中可以清楚地看到,底座110包括一对侧凸缘112。侧凸缘112用于将卷帘120安装至底座110。另外,侧凸缘112用于将卷帘导杆114安装至底座110。卷帘导杆114通过一对紧固件116固定至底座110。卷帘导杆114用于将卷帘120与底座110的前部对齐。

从图2中可以清楚地看到,卷帘120包括用于接合底座110的侧凸缘112的一对销124和用于使在卷帘120缩回时的“行进”最小化的一对端帽。较佳地,侧凸缘112包括压印(embossed)区域118,用于接合销124和端帽126,并使卷帘120的侧到侧移动最小化。
另外,从图2中可以清楚地看到,手柄130包括一对侧凸缘132。侧凸缘132用于将卷帘安装杆134安装至手柄130。卷帘120的自由端122包括环128。卷帘安装杆134通过环128定位并通过一对紧固件136固定至手柄130。另外,手柄130包括顶凸缘138。顶凸缘138用于使卷帘120与手柄130的前部对齐。
从图3中可以清楚地看到,机架10包括一对设备导轨20,其也称为通道或柱。为清楚起见,图中省略了机架10的其它部件,诸如安装支架的底和可调节搁板、以及其它设备导轨、通道和柱。
如图4所示,卷帘填充板100定位在机架10中,并从设备导轨20的顶部延伸至设备导轨20的底部,从而关闭设备导轨20之间的开口。
卷帘填充板100可移动地连接至设备导轨20。例如,如图5所示,底座110通过浮动锁紧螺母(floatingcagenut)140和螺纹拇指螺丝旋钮(threadedthumbscrewknob)150可移动地连接至设备导轨20。类似地,如图7所示,手柄130通过浮动锁紧螺母160、插塞170,以及一对闩锁180可移动地连接至设备导轨20,该对闩锁180每个通过轴182、弹簧184、一对O形环186,以及一对前凸缘188可滑动地连接至手柄130。另外,从图2中可以清楚地看到,手柄130包括用于覆盖闩锁180的近端的闩锁盖190。盖190通过一对紧固件192固定至手柄130。

如图9-12所示,卷帘填充板100重新定位以在设备30安装在机架10中时适应设备30,诸如服务器、开关,以及配线架。例如,如图9和10所示,在不从设备导轨20移动底座110的情况下,手柄130重新定位以适应安装在卷帘填充板100下方的设备30。类似地,如图11和12所示,在不从设备导轨20移动手柄130的情况下,底座110重新定位以适应安装在卷帘填充板100上方的设备30。
或者,如图13和14所示,两个卷帘填充板100定位在设备30之间。
本发明的一些实施例中,卷帘填充板100包括可调节边缘密封。例如,如图15-17所示,底座110的顶边缘117包括可调节边缘密封119,用于密封安装在卷帘填充板100上方的设备30。类似地,如图18-20所示,手柄130的底边缘137包括可调节边缘密封139,用于密封安装在卷帘填充板100下方的设备30。
本发明的一些实施例中,卷帘填充板100包括射频识别(“RFID”)。例如,卷帘填充板100的各部件,包括底座110和手柄130,以及机架10的各部分,包括设备导轨20,较佳地在一个机架单元(“1RU”)间隔,而设备30,包括确定卷帘填充板100的例如相对于机架10的位置的RFID标签、设备导轨20和设备30。
从图21和22中可以清楚地看到,但也在图4、9-12和14中示出,卷帘填充板100包括一个或多个夹子200,用于将卷帘120固定至设备导轨20。

Claims (14)

1.一种用于关闭机架中电子设备的上方、下方或之间的开口的装置,所述机架包括一对设备导轨,所述电子设备安装至所述设备导轨,所述装置包括:
底座;
可转动地连接至所述底座的卷帘,所述卷帘具有自由端,当所述卷帘转动时,所述自由端从所述底座延伸;以及
手柄,所述手柄连接至所述卷帘的自由端,
其中,所述底座在第一位置处可移动地连接至所述设备导轨对,并且
其中,所述手柄在与所述第一位置间隔开的第二位置处可移动地连接至所述设备导轨对,以便所述卷帘的自由端延伸以关闭机架中的开口;并且
其中所述手柄通过插塞和与所述插塞接合的成对的滑动闩锁可移动地连接至设备导轨。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述底座包括用于接纳所述卷帘的一对侧凸缘。
3.如权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,每个所述侧凸缘包括压印区域。
4.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述卷帘包括用于将所述卷帘可转动地连接至所述底座的一对销。
5.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述卷帘包括用于使所述卷帘的侧到侧移动最小化的一对端帽。

10.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述底座包括用于使所述卷帘与所述底座的前部对齐的导杆。
11.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述手柄包括用于使所述卷帘与所述手柄的前部对齐的顶凸缘。
12.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述底座包括用于将所述底座固定至所述设备导轨的一对螺纹拇指螺丝旋钮。
13.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括用于将所述底座和所述手柄中的至少一个可移动地连接至所述设备导轨的其中之一的浮动锁紧螺母,所述浮动锁紧螺母具有可移动地连接至所述底座和所述手柄中的至少一个的第一部分和滑动地连接至所述第一部分且局部延伸通过所述设备导轨中的一个的第二部分。
14.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括用于将所述卷帘固定至所述设备导轨的其中之一的夹子。
