发明内容
根据本发明,封闭元件与液压装置、特别是用于机动车的车辆制动设备使用的在活塞泵处的低压蓄能器的壳体借助于超声震荡单元通过扭转焊接或扭转的摩擦焊接相连接。在此,借助于两个部件、即封闭元件和壳体的材料的塑性的变形,实现封闭元件和壳体的流体密封的、特别是气密的材料连接。由此实现,封闭元件在最小的空间上不可分离地与壳体相连接。在扭转焊接中,超声震荡单元特别是塑性地嵌入封闭元件中并且将该封闭元件置于高频的振动(特别是超声波)中。
利用根据本发明使用的扭转焊接的方法确保了在液压装置的整个使用寿命期间连接的紧密性。由于不可松开的连接,例如在运行中也不再可由于震动负载出现旋接部的拧断问题。此外,由根据本发明的方法实现了空间的节省,因为例如不再需要用于密封的O型圈以及支撑环和螺纹,且不必预留用于变形敛密的材料。由此,在根据本发明的制造方法中可降低制造成本,因为节省了构件和材料,并且因为可对所使用的部件、特别是封闭元件的公差提出更低的要求。总地来说,可节省壳体处的材料,因为与特别是敛密的情况下相比,在扭转焊接情况下的轴向力更小(约1kN至10kN)。

具体实施方式
图1示出了以盖部的设计方案的封闭元件7与泵壳体10(在此作为被设计成活塞泵的液压装置的壳体)根据现有技术通过利用压紧冲头22压紧的连接。
可看出泵壳体10、构造在泵壳体10中的圆柱形的孔12、布置在孔12中的螺旋弹簧14以及由螺旋弹簧14弹性地预紧的蓄能活塞16。该蓄能活塞16与螺旋弹簧14一起形成用于与泵壳体10形成的且未进一步示出的活塞泵的蓄能器或蓄能器组件。
封闭元件7借助于保持冲头24保持在台阶形的支承部26处,该支承部26构造在圆柱形的孔12的内部中。压紧冲头22被如此设计,使得泵壳体10的材料通过圆柱形的孔12的边缘上的轴向压力移动到封闭元件7的外边缘区域上。
为了在此能够在封闭元件7的整个周边上实现流体密封的密封,重要的是,在封闭元件7的整个周边上材料也被推到其边缘区域上。因此,泵壳体10在其厚度18方面设计的如此厚或宽,使得在泵壳体10的侧面20上也提供足够的材料以用于变形。
如此通过泵壳体10和在所属的蓄能器处的封闭元件7设计的活塞泵构造成用于输送流体,特别是用于输送用于在机动车中的液压车辆制动设备的流体。特别地在防滑调节装置中其用于选择性地降低或提高在车轮制动缸中的制动压力。
但是,根据本发明的活塞泵还可例如用作用于内燃机的高压燃油泵,其中,被包围在输送腔中的燃料被压缩。
图2示出了根据本发明的泵壳体10的俯视图。在泵壳体10上构造有用于附接和安装封闭元件7的接口,其在图4和5中逐步图示说明。该接口形成用于封闭元件7的支承部,以将其随后利用扭转焊接过程以材料连接的方式且特别是还密封地与泵壳体10相连接。
图3示出了未进一步示出的扭转焊接设备的有槽纹的超声震荡单元28的下部视图。该超声震荡单元28通过塑性变形建立在封闭元件7和泵壳体10之间的材料连接。
在图4中图示说明了根据本发明的用于建立在封闭元件7和泵壳体10之间的连接的方法的第一步骤。为此,在泵壳体10中同样构造有圆柱形的孔12,那么该孔12用作用于蓄能活塞16的活塞面。在圆柱形的孔12的外部边缘上构造有第一斜边2、即用于过渡到支承肩部3上的倾斜的面,该支承肩部3过渡到第二斜边4中。第二斜边4过渡到过渡圆角5中到泵壳体10的上侧面21上。支承肩部3相对于上侧面21的深度约为0.7mm。
在图5中示出,在泵壳体18的侧面20上的边缘设计方案是怎样的。在泵壳体18的该侧向的区域中,该泵壳体18设计成如此薄或者说窄,即,在圆柱形的孔12的整个周边上仅仅还存在第一斜边2和支承肩部3,但是不存在第二斜边4。特别是如可在图4中看出的那样,因此泵壳体10以其厚度8可被设计成特别薄或窄。
在图6中以轴向剖视图示出了用于建立泵壳体10和封闭元件7的连接的下一步骤。在此,封闭元件7被置放到支承肩部3上并且在此以封闭元件7的外部的半径6在过渡元件5处以及第二斜边4处对中。借助于过渡圆角5和第二斜边4对中并不是在侧面20的边缘区域处进行,因为在该处不存在第二斜边4。
图7、8和9示出了在第三步骤中借助于扭转焊接的形状配合的连接,在该步骤中进行实际的焊接。为此,利用超声震荡单元28轴向地将压力施加到封闭元件7上并且同时借助于未进一步示出的扭转焊接设备以高频激励超声震荡单元28。以这种方式,在封闭元件7的下部边缘区域处的材料与在泵壳体10的支承肩部3处的材料相连接。在此焊接的或焊上的材料在图7和图9中利用附图标记30表示。
同时,在封闭元件7的上侧面处压印出超声震荡单元28的阴模形状,因为在超声震荡单元28与封闭元件7的接触面上该超声震荡单元28特别是设计成有槽纹。
在图10中示出了封闭元件7在泵壳体10处以及其圆柱形的孔12处的联结的变型方案。可看出在圆柱形的孔12的上边缘处的斜边2以及构造在封闭元件7处的凸肩部32,该凸肩部伸入圆柱形的孔12中并且在此在孔12的轴向方向上覆盖斜边2。利用在封闭元件7处的这种类型的凸肩部32实现,在形成扭转焊接部时在孔12的边缘处产生的屑被保持在斜边2中并且不可进入孔12中且进而不可进入相关的液压系统中。
所有在说明书、以下权利要求和附图中示出的特征既可单个地也可彼此以任意组合的方式表现本发明的重要内容。
Claims (10)
1.一种液压装置,所述液压装置具有壳体(10)和布置在其上的封闭元件(7),所述封闭元件(7)借助于扭转焊接部与所述壳体(10)相连接,其特征在于,所述封闭元件(7)被构造在所述壳体(10)上的对中部(4;5)环绕,所述对中部不在所述封闭元件(7)的整个周边上延伸。
2.按照权利要求1所述的液压装置,其特征在于,所述液压装置是活塞泵。
3.按照权利要求1所述的液压装置,其特征在于,所述扭转焊接部构造在沿着所述封闭元件(7)的整个周边的支承肩部(3)上。
4.按照权利要求1所述的液压装置,其特征在于,所述对中部(4;5)不构造在用于所述封闭元件(7)的支承肩部(3)到所述壳体(10)的侧面(20)的过渡部处。
5.按照权利要求1至4中任一项所述的液压装置,其特征在于,所述封闭元件(7)具有面对所述壳体(10)的凸肩部(32)。
6.一种用于制造液压装置的方法,其具有以下步骤:
提供壳体(10)和布置在其上的封闭元件(7),其中,在所述壳体(10)处构造稍后环绕所述封闭元件(7)的对中部(4;5),所述对中部不在所述封闭元件(7)的整个周边上延伸,以及
借助于扭转焊接部使所述封闭元件(7)与所述壳体(10)相连接。
7.按照权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述液压装置是压力蓄能器或活塞泵。
8.按照权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述扭转焊接部构造在沿着所述封闭元件(7)的整个周边的支承肩部(3)上。
9.按照权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述对中部(4;5)不构造在用于所述封闭元件(7)的支承肩部(3)到所述壳体(10)的侧面(20)的过渡部处。
10.按照权利要求6至9中任一项所述的方法用于制造机动车的车辆制动设备的低压蓄能器的应用。
