双切换离合器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种双切换离合器(Doppelschaltkupplung),该双切换离合器带有:以力配合的方式起作用的两个离合器单元,该离合器单元-基于离合器旋转轴线-抗扭地且可沿轴向运动地支承在共同的一体式的内主体上;以及沿轴向固定地布置在离合器单元之间、保持在内主体上的压盘,该压盘设计成多件式的;以及可沿轴向运动的两个压力柱塞,该压力柱塞可借助于相应布置在内主体中的压力弹簧组件来升起(lüftbar)。
背景技术
一般来说,这样的双切换离合器是已知的(Stromag股份有限公司的KMS-目录册(KMS-Katalog der Fa. Stromag AG))。这样的双切换离合器具有以力配合的方式起作用的呈片组(Lamellenpaket)形式的两个离合器单元,其保持在共同的且一件式的内主体上。在片组之间在内主体上保持有压盘。每个片组可在面对压盘的侧边上通过液压操作的压力柱塞来加载,该压力柱塞可通过压力弹簧来升起。压力弹簧布置在内主体的盲孔中,该盲孔从相对而置的轴向的端侧引入到内主体中)。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能够实现简单的制造的开头所提及的类型的双切换离合器。
该目的如此解决,即为了容纳压盘在内主体中设置有径向槽口,该径向槽口的径向深度至少延伸直到用于压力弹簧组件的凹口的沿径向置于内部的壁区段,并且每个压力弹簧组件包括沿轴向在内侧支撑在压盘处的多个压力弹簧。通过以下方式能实现用于压力弹簧组件的凹口的简单的制造,即压盘如此深地插入到内主体中,即使得压盘的相对而置的轴向端面(其沿径向定位在内主体的外轮廓内部)可用于支撑压力弹簧。因此简化了内主体的制造。这允许成本有利地制造双切换离合器。根据本发明的双切换离合器设置成用于使用在工业传动装置中、尤其用于驱动用于输送石油的勘探泵。备选地,本发明还可设置在机床制造工业中或者设置在商用车制造中或者诸如此类。通过以下方式可使凹口沿轴向延伸超过用于压盘的容纳部,即用于压盘的容纳部和用于压力弹簧组件的凹口在内主体中彼此相交。压力弹簧直接支撑在压盘处保证了平的沿径向定向的支撑面,该支撑面能够实现压缩弹簧的改进的效果。
在本发明的设计方案中,两个压缩弹簧组件的沿轴向相对而置的压力弹簧的凹口沿轴向彼此对齐。
在本发明的另外的设计方案中,沿轴向彼此对齐的所有凹口在内主体中分别由完全沿轴向贯穿内主体的通孔形成。可在一个工作进程中沿轴向穿过内主体来穿孔形成该通孔。避免了盲孔。可从内主体的两轴向的端侧来对通孔进行配备。这就是说可在唯一的通孔中从内主体的相对而置的端侧引入一个离合器单元和另一个离合器单元的两个彼此对齐的压力弹簧,该压力弹簧在共同的布置在中央的压盘处支撑在相对而置的轴向的端面处。
在本发明的另外的设计方案中,压盘具有在周向方向上彼此邻接的至少两个压盘区段,该压盘区段在径向外侧通过一件式的环绕的承载环来互相连接。通过该设计方案,压盘区段不是直接互相连接,而是间接地经由一件式的在沿径向外侧环绕的承载环来连接。压盘的多件性是绝对必要的,以便能在内主体的径向槽口中实现装配和拆卸。压盘区段固定在一件式的承载环处保证了压盘区段的特别精确的径向定向以及特别高的稳定性和配合精度。
在本发明的另外的设计方案中,承载环包括沿径向向内突出的固定凸缘,压盘区段借助于沿轴向起作用的固定器件保持在该固定凸缘处。该设计方案保证特别稳定且具有很少公差的、具有刚性连接的压盘形状。
在特别有利的方式中,将螺纹连接件设置为固定器件。除了可根据本发明来设置的其它的机械的固定器件之外同样螺纹连接件具有这样的优点,即其为可松开的连接件。有利地,在承载环中或者在压盘区段中设置有相应的螺纹孔,从而螺纹连接不需要作为单独的构件的螺母或者类似的配合件,而是对于确保螺纹连接来说使用螺栓已是足够的。

具体实施方式
根据图1和图2的双切换离合器具有一件式的内主体1,该内主体1固定在未示出的轴上。内主体1(包括未示出的轴在内)在双切换离合器运行时围绕离合器旋转轴线D旋转。在共同的内主体1上布置有两个离合器单元3a和离合器单元3b,该离合器单元相应设计为以摩擦配合的方式或者以力配合的方式起作用的片式离合器。内主体1在外侧设有轴向啮合部(其定向成沿轴向平行于离合器旋转轴线D)以用于抗扭地但可轴向运动地保持两个片式离合器的两个片组的内片。每个片组具有沿轴向与内片相交替地布置的外片,其沿径向外侧设有外啮合部以用于在相应离合器钟形盖4a,4b的内侧的轴向啮合部处抗扭地但可沿轴向运动地带动。两个离合器钟形盖4a和4b形成了相应的离合器单元3a和3b的离合器外主体,其中,离合器钟形盖4a与离合器单元3a相关联且离合器钟形盖4b与离合器单元3b相关联。两个离合器钟形盖4a和4b具有相同的轴向的定向,其中,离合器钟形盖4a在外侧覆盖离合器钟形盖4b。因此,同样离合器单元3a的片组比离合器单元3b的片组设有更大的径向直径。两个离合器钟形盖4a和4b设置在沿轴向互相邻近的离合器盘毂5a和5b上,该离合器盘毂在轴向侧定位在内主体1附近。两个离合器盘毂5a和5b具有不同的直径并且设置成用于固定在未示出的带有不同直径的轴上。优选地,离合器盘毂5a固定在空心轴上且离合器盘毂5b保持在同轴地穿过该空心轴的轴上。
为了利用压力加载离合器单元3a和3b的片组,离合器单元3a关联有压力柱塞2a并且离合器单元3b关联有压力柱塞2b。两个压力柱塞2a和2b在内主体1的相对而置的轴向的端部区域处可移动地布置在该内主体1上。此外,各压力柱塞2a,2b关联有罩壳区段12a,12b,该罩壳区段12a,12b在相应的轴向的端侧上同内主体1一起被拧紧且在径向外侧引导和密封压力柱塞2a。压力柱塞2a,2b通过压力弹簧组件11a和11b保持在其根据图1的升起的位置中。一个压力弹簧组件11a关联于离合器单元3a且另一个压力弹簧组件11b关联于离合器单元3b。两个压力弹簧组件11a,11b具有多个螺旋压力弹簧,该螺旋压力弹簧布置成分布在压力柱塞2a,2b的周缘上。螺旋压力弹簧布置在内主体1的凹口10中,该凹口沿轴向平行于离合器旋转轴线D从内主体1的轴向的端侧沿轴向穿过整个内主体1直至延伸到内主体1的沿轴向相对而置的端侧。以在内主体1的周缘上分布的方式设置有以同样的方式实施的多个凹口10。
压力弹簧组件11a和11b的螺旋压力弹簧沿轴向在内侧支撑在共同的压盘6处,压盘6配合到内主体1的径向槽口14(图2)中。如可根据图1识别的那样,径向槽口14如此与设计为通孔的凹口10相交,即径向槽口14的底部与每个通孔10的径向内侧的壁对齐。螺旋压力弹簧因此整个面地支撑在压盘6的在根据图1的附图中右侧或者左侧的端面处。
为了可将压盘6装配在内主体1的径向槽口中,压盘6具有相应设计为半圆环的两个压盘区段7,7’。两个半圆环以对接的方式(在图2中的参考标记S)相互接合,从而它们产生联合的压盘环。两个压盘区段7,7’通过圆形环绕的一件式的承载环8来互相连接。对此承载环8具有沿径向向内突出的、未更详细地标明的固定凸缘。压盘区段7,7’具有对应的沿径向向外突出的凸肩区域,该凸肩区域设有螺纹孔(图1)。可将带帽螺钉9拧入该螺纹孔中,该带帽螺钉9深埋于承载环8的固定凸缘中。带帽螺钉9沿轴向平行于离合器旋转轴线D并且因此沿轴向定向。因此螺纹孔也设有轴向的螺纹轴线。

Claims (6)

1.一种双切换离合器,其带有:以力配合的方式起作用的两个离合器单元(3a,3b),所述离合器单元基于离合器旋转轴线抗扭地且可轴向运动地支承在共同的一体式的内主体(1)上;以及沿轴向固定地布置在所述离合器单元之间、保持在所述内主体(1)上的压盘(6),所述压盘设计成多件式的;以及可轴向运动的两个压力柱塞(2a,2b),所述压力柱塞可借助于相应布置在所述内主体中(1)的压力弹簧组件(11a,11b)来升起,其特征在于,为了容纳所述压盘(6)在所述内主体中(1)设置有径向槽口(14),该径向槽口(14)的径向深度至少延伸直到用于所述压力弹簧组件(11a,11b)的凹口(10)的沿径向置于内部的壁区段,并且每个压力弹簧组件(11a,11b)包括多个压力弹簧,所述压力弹簧沿轴向在内侧支撑在所述压盘(6)处。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双切换离合器,其特征在于,所述两个压力弹簧组件(11a,11b)的沿轴向相对而置的压力弹簧的所述凹口(10)沿轴向彼此对齐。
3.根据权利要求2所述的双切换离合器,其特征在于,沿轴向彼此对齐的所有凹口(10)在所述内主体(1)中分别由完全沿轴向贯穿所述内主体的通孔形成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的双切换离合器,其特征在于,所述压盘(6)具有在周向方向上彼此邻接的至少两个压盘区段(7,7’),该压盘区段(7,7’)在径向外侧通过一件式的环绕的承载环(8)来彼此连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的双切换离合器,其特征在于,所述承载环(8)包括沿径向向内突出的固定凸缘,所述压盘区段(7,7’)借助于沿轴向起作用的固定器件(9)保持在所述固定凸缘处。
6.根据权利要求5所述的双切换离合器,其特征在于,将螺纹连接件设置为固定器件(9)。
