Description

本发明涉及一种电动气动遥控开关装置,特别用于机动车的同步机械传动装置的齿轮转换,其中转换是通过气动工作气缸实现的。用气动工作气缸实现选择方向上的运动,随着该运动位置数目相应于“转换通道”数目,而转换方向的运动是通过一个三通气动工作气缸完成的。气动工作气缸的运动受电动气动阀的控制。
由三通工作气缸控制而实现的转换是这样受阀系统控制的,即在进入两个端部位置运动过程中,能够施加一个较低的或一个较高的力。例如,可通过压力调节器或通过对工作气缸的适当的设计得到。
在选择方向上,由司机操纵的遥控转换臂装有信号传感器,传感器的数目相应于表示“转换通道”的数目,而在转换方向方面装有一个指示各转换意向的信号传感器和一个确立各转换的传感器。
选择方向的遥控开关的信号传感器与电动气动控制选择的阀可保持可控的连接。除了用于方向转换的信号传感器外,表示转换意向的信号传感器控制电动气阀产生一个施加在三通工作气缸上的较小的力,而确立转换的信号传感器控制电动气动阀产生一个较大的力。
在工作气缸范围以外,至少在三通工作气缸的两端各装有一个信号传感器。
控制开关上具有一个保持机构,用以制动由电磁驱动的臂。该机构与传感器处于运行连接,该传感器信号以便指示转换开关的意向,该传感器信号接通或断开这个开关,当安置在三通工作气缸端部的信号传感器重新接通时,制动-保持机构的力可以调节,以便使其制动或保持。后种情况时,在转换臂与机构之间插上一个允许有较小位移的弹簧,它同样有两个转换方向。
用于方向选择的工作气缸也可以在每一个位置安装一个信号传感器,借助产生的信号为司机指示工作气缸的状态,或使位置的控制与遥控开关的控制相一致。

Claims (1)
