Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用液体喷洒农作物的大田作物喷洒装置。
背景技术
从EP-A-1083789中获知这种类型的大田作物喷洒装置。在这种已知的大田作物喷洒装置中,在该承载部与该刀片之间的多个框架由弹性材料制成。由于地面的起伏,在该大田作物喷洒装置的使用期间该承载部会上下移动。在该承载部向下移动期间,该刀片遇到来自农作物的更大阻力,使得这些框架向内反弹。因此,这些喷洒器继续维持它们与农作物的距离,使得液体均匀地分布到农作物上。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于改进公知的大田作物喷洒装置。为了这个目的,根据本发明的大田作物喷洒装置的特征在于,该刀片以铰接方式连接到这些框架,并且该喷洒装置还包括:至少一个气缸,该气缸连接到该承载部或者至少一个框架;以及活塞,其可在该气缸内移动,并且在与该刀片与该框架的连接呈一定距离的位置处连接到该刀片。在操作期间,该刀片的移动能够被该气缸抑制。此外,该气缸能够操作为使得该活塞能够提升该刀片。具有被提升的刀片的大田作物喷洒装置占据较少的空间,并且与地面的距离较大,使得该大田作物喷洒装置能够在路的上方以更简单的方式运输。
根据本发明的大田作物喷洒装置的实施例的特征在于,该活塞的一端能够在该刀片中的槽内移动。因此,该气缸能够刚性地附接到该承载部。
根据本发明的大田作物喷洒装置的另一实施例的特征在于,该活塞能够与该刀片脱离。这能够导致这样的操作条件,即该刀片能够自由地旋转而不受来自该气缸的抑制作用。
在该操作条件下,有益的是,该刀片借助径向阻尼器或者线性阻尼器连接到该框架,以便稍微地抑制该刀片的铰接运动。
根据本发明的大田作物喷洒装置的又一实施例的特征在于,该框架包括两个平行的臂部,每个臂部的一端可铰接连接到该承载部,而另一端可铰接连接到中间元件或者该径向阻尼器。
在根据本发明的大田作物喷洒装置中,该喷洒器优选位于该刀片上,使得在操作期间该喷洒器与该农作物之间的距离基本上是不变的。

具体实施方式
图1、图2和图3示出了在各种操作条件下用于在农作物3上喷洒液体的根据本发明的大田作物喷洒装置1的第一实施例。喷洒装置1包括能够联接到农用拖拉机的承载部5。多个框架7附接到该承载部的底部。这些框架的自由端设有多个中间元件或旋转阻尼器9。长形的刀片11装配到这些阻尼器。该刀片平行于承载部5运行,喷洒器13位于刀片11的顶部上。
该大田作物喷洒装置旨在联接到农用拖拉机,其中该承载部与该农业拖拉机的运动方向呈直角地延伸。
框架7包括两个平行臂,每个平行臂的一端以铰接方式(或不以该方式)连接到承载部5,并且另一端也以铰接方式(或不以该方式)连接到径向阻尼器9,径向阻尼器9抑制刀片5的铰接移动。

Claims (8)
1.一种用液体喷洒农作物的大田作物喷洒装置,该装置包括:长形的承载部;多个框架,连接到该承载部,并且位于该承载部的底部;长形的刀片,连接到所述框架,并且平行于该承载部运行;以及喷洒器,连接到该刀片,该大田作物喷洒装置旨在联接到农用拖拉机,其中该承载部与该农用拖拉机的运动方向呈直角地延伸,其特征在于,该刀片以铰接方式连接到所述框架,并且该喷洒装置还包括:至少一个气缸,其连接到该承载部或者至少一个所述框架;以及活塞,其能在该气缸内移动,并且在与该刀片和该框架的连接呈一定距离的位置处连接到该刀片。
2.如权利要求1所述的大田作物喷洒装置,其特征在于,该活塞能够以一端在该刀片中的槽内的方式运动。
3.如权利要求1所述的大田作物喷洒装置,其特征在于,该活塞能够与该刀片脱离。

5.如权利要求1-4中任意一项所述的大田作物喷洒装置,其特征在于,该刀片借助径向阻尼器或者线性阻尼器连接到所述框架。
6.如权利要求1-4中任意一项所述的大田作物喷洒装置,其特征在于,所述框架包括两个平行的臂部,每个所述臂部的一端铰接连接到该承载部,并且另一端铰接连接到一中间元件。
7.如权利要求5所述的大田作物喷洒装置,其特征在于,该刀片借助径向阻尼器连接到所述框架,所述框架包括两个平行的臂部,每个所述臂部的一端铰接连接到该承载部,并且另一端铰接连接到该径向阻尼器。
8.如权利要求1-4中任意一项所述的大田作物喷洒装置,其特征在于,该喷洒器位于该刀片上。
