Abstract

背景技术
从EP-A-1083789中获知这种类型的大田作物喷洒装置。在这种已知的大田作物喷洒装置中，在该承载部与该刀片之间的多个框架由弹性材料制成。由于地面的起伏，在该大田作物喷洒装置的使用期间该承载部会上下移动。在该承载部向下移动期间，该刀片遇到来自农作物的更大阻力，使得这些框架向内反弹。因此，这些喷洒器继续维持它们与农作物的距离，使得液体均匀地分布到农作物上。
发明内容

根据本发明的大田作物喷洒装置的实施例的特征在于，该活塞的一端能够在该刀片中的槽内移动。因此，该气缸能够刚性地附接到该承载部。
根据本发明的大田作物喷洒装置的另一实施例的特征在于，该活塞能够与该刀片脱离。这能够导致这样的操作条件，即该刀片能够自由地旋转而不受来自该气缸的抑制作用。
在该操作条件下，有益的是，该刀片借助径向阻尼器或者线性阻尼器连接到该框架，以便稍微地抑制该刀片的铰接运动。
根据本发明的大田作物喷洒装置的又一实施例的特征在于，该框架包括两个平行的臂部，每个臂部的一端可铰接连接到该承载部，而另一端可铰接连接到中间元件或者该径向阻尼器。
在根据本发明的大田作物喷洒装置中，该喷洒器优选位于该刀片上，使得在操作期间该喷洒器与该农作物之间的距离基本上是不变的。

具体实施方式
图1、图2和图3示出了在各种操作条件下用于在农作物3上喷洒液体的根据本发明的大田作物喷洒装置1的第一实施例。喷洒装置1包括能够联接到农用拖拉机的承载部5。多个框架7附接到该承载部的底部。这些框架的自由端设有多个中间元件或旋转阻尼器9。长形的刀片11装配到这些阻尼器。该刀片平行于承载部5运行，喷洒器13位于刀片11的顶部上。
该大田作物喷洒装置旨在联接到农用拖拉机，其中该承载部与该农业拖拉机的运动方向呈直角地延伸。

Claims (6)

1.一种用液体喷洒农作物的大田作物喷洒装置，该装置包括：长形的承载部；多个框架，连接到该承载部，并且位于该承载部的底部；长形的刀片，连接到所述框架，并且平行于该承载部运行；以及喷洒器，连接到该刀片，该大田作物喷洒装置旨在联接到农用拖拉机，其中该承载部与该农用拖拉机的运动方向呈直角地延伸，其特征在于，该刀片以铰接方式连接到所述框架，并且该喷洒装置还包括：至少一个气缸，其连接到该承载部或者至少一个所述框架；以及活塞，其能在该气缸内移动，并且在与该刀片和该框架的连接呈一定距离的位置处连接到该刀片。
2.如权利要求1所述的大田作物喷洒装置，其特征在于，该活塞能够以一端在该刀片中的槽内的方式运动。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的大田作物喷洒装置，其特征在于，该活塞能够与该刀片脱离。
4.如权利要求1、2或3所述的大田作物喷洒装置，其特征在于，该刀片借助径向阻尼器或者线性阻尼器连接到所述框架。
5.如前述任意一项权利要求所述的大田作物喷洒装置，其特征在于，所述框架包括两个平行的臂部，每个所述臂部的一端铰接连接到该承载部，并且另一端铰接连接到一中间元件或者该径向阻尼器。
6.如前述任意一项权利要求所述的大田作物喷洒装置，其特征在于，该喷洒器位于该刀片上。
