Abstract

本发明公开一种聚氨酯泡沫的制备方法。该方法包括步骤(1)室温下,将聚醚多元醇100重量份、1,2-丙二醇15~20重量份、发泡剂2~4重量份、表面活性剂0~1重量份和二茂铁0.1~0.3重量份混合均匀;(2)将120~130份异氰酸酯加入到步骤(1)中,混合均匀,在40~50℃下保温30~40分钟,得到聚氨酯泡沫。与现有的制备方法相比,本发明不需要使用多组份催化剂和发泡调节剂,所得的泡沫也不会出现闭孔和开裂的现象,降低了原料成本,而泡沫的密度得到了降低,拉伸强度和压缩强度得到了提高。

一种聚氨酯泡沫的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于聚氨酯技术领域,具体涉及一种聚氨酯泡沫的制备方法。
背景技术
聚氨酯全称为聚氨基甲酸酯,是主链上含有得复氨基甲酸酯基团的大分子化合物的统称。它是由有机二异氰酸酯或多异氰酸酯与二羟基或多羟基化合物加聚而成。聚氨酯泡沫具有密度低、弹性回复好、吸音、透气、保温性能,可作为过滤材料、隔音保温材料和装饰材料等。
文献CN102408538A其公开了一种聚氨酯软质泡沫的制备方法,该方法将胺催化剂和锡催化剂并用,为防止泡沫闭孔和开裂,还需加入发泡调节剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是对上述方法进行改进,提供一种不加入发泡调节剂也能防止闭孔和开裂的聚氨酯泡沫的制备方法。
本发明实现上述目的所采用的技术方案如下:
一种聚氨酯泡沫的制备方法,包括如下步骤,
(1)室温下,将聚醚多元醇 100重量份、1,2-丙二醇 15~20重量份、发泡剂2~4重量份、表面活性剂0~1重量份和二茂铁0.1~0.3重量份混合均匀;
(2)将120~130份异氰酸酯加入到步骤(1)中,混合均匀,在45~55℃下保温30~40分钟,得到聚氨酯泡沫。
进一步,所述异氰酸酯为六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、甲苯二异氰酸酯或环已烷二异氰酸酯。
进一步,所述发泡剂为二氯甲烷、三氯一氟甲烷、戊烷或已烷。
所述表面活性剂可采用通常在聚氨酯发泡中公知的表面活性剂,如有机硅类表面活性。
本发明所述聚醚多元醇为平均官能团数2~6,数均分子量为2000~6000的多元醇。
有益效果:与现有的制备方法相比,本发明不使用多组分催化剂和发泡调节剂,所得的泡沫也不会出现闭孔和开裂的现象,降低了原料成本,而泡沫的密度得到了降低,拉伸强度和压缩强度得到了提高。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明。
实施例1
室温下,将100kg聚醚多元醇(天原恒瑞化工 型号TYHR-3628)、15kg1,2-丙二醇、2kg二氯甲烷、0.5kg表面活性剂(标美硅氟新材料 型号K-362)和0.2kg二茂铁搅拌混合均匀,加热到45℃,再将120kg六亚甲基二异氰酸酯,搅拌混合均匀,在50℃下保温30分钟,得到聚氨酯泡沫。
实施例2
室温下,将100kg聚醚多元醇(天原恒瑞化工 型号TYHR-3628)、20kg1,2-丙二醇、3kg戊烷和0.2kg二茂铁搅拌混合均匀,加热到55℃,再将130kg环已烷二异氰酸酯,搅拌混合均匀,在55℃下保温30分钟,得到聚氨酯泡沫。
实施例3
室温下,将100kg聚醚多元醇(天原恒瑞化工 型号TYHR-3628)、18kg1,2-丙二醇、3kg三氯一氟甲烷和0.3kg二茂铁搅拌混合均匀,加热到45℃,再将130kg甲苯二异氰酸酯,搅拌混合均匀,在45℃下保温40分钟,得到聚氨酯泡沫。
采用本发明方法得到的聚氨酯泡沫具有如下性能:密度22~24kg/m3,回弹30~35%,拉伸强度120~128kpa,25%压缩强度120~150N,泡沫未出现闭孔和开裂现象。

Claims (3)

1.一种聚氨酯泡沫的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤,
(1)室温下,将聚醚多元醇 100重量份、1,2-丙二醇 15~20重量份、发泡剂2~4重量份、表面活性剂0~1重量份和二茂铁0.1~0.3重量份混合均匀;
(2)将120~130份异氰酸酯加入到步骤(1)中,混合均匀,在40~50℃下保温30~40分钟,得到聚氨酯泡沫。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯泡沫的制备方法,其特征在于:所述异氰酸酯为六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、甲苯二异氰酸酯或环已烷二异氰酸酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯泡沫的制备方法,其特征在于:所述发泡剂为二氯甲烷、三氯一氟甲烷、戊烷或已烷。
