Abstract
一种制造针床的方法,在这种方法中将一个辅助件(2)跟一个支座(1)粘贴在一起。采用这种方法,用合理的费用也能在较细针距的情况下制出针床。为些,辅助件(2)在粘贴后按预定长度分割成单个的断片。
Description
本发明涉及一种制造针床的方法,在这种方法中将一个辅助件跟一个支座粘接在一起。
DE 41 11 108 A1公开了一个这种类型的方法。在此方法中,一个设计成空心型材结构的支座设有一个粘着的金属支板来装织针,该金属支板构成辅助件。在支座与辅助件用不同的材料制成时,就会出现这样的危险:在温度变化时就会有力从辅助件作用到支座上,这就会导致针床弯曲,因而使针对不准。为了避免出现这种现象,公知的方法是采用多个在其接合处具有空隙的单个的截片。但是这样的方法特别在很细针距的情况下很难实施,这是因为细针距要求单个截片必须保持很高的定位精确度。用合理的费用实际上不能实现截片的间距跟针距匹配。
因此本发明的目的在于提供一种在细针距的情况下也能以简易的方式制造出针床的方法。
这个目的在开头所述的方法中可以通过将辅助件在粘贴后按预定长度分割成单个断片来实现。
通过以上的方法,可以按所需的相互位置关系将各个断片固定在支座上。在粘贴时使这些断片相互之间正确定位,因为这时辅助件还是一体的。将该一体的辅助件定位在支座上之后,用公知的措施就能取得所需的精确度。随后的分割不会改变各单个断片之间的对准关系,因此温度波动对针床的影响很小。
将针槽成形在辅助件内而辅助件的分割在各个断片之间的针槽内实现是有利的。分割因而在辅助件的本来已经是比较薄的部位进行。这就一方面可节约工作量,另一方面可将由于分割引起的对辅助件的削弱作用维持尽可能地小。在各个针槽之间留下的隔片实际上没有被触及。
最好在两个断片之间制出一条比针槽窄的分隔缝来实现分割。这样,单个织针的导引实际上不受分隔缝影响,织针可在针槽底部滑动。
分隔缝最好是铣出。这是一种快速的加工方法,能够达到所需的精确度。
分隔缝的宽度在0.05mm至0.15mm之间比较有利,最好约为1/10mm的数量级。这个宽度是比较小的。但是,由于分隔缝只须承受辅助件的各个断片在温度变化时发生的长度膨胀,因此这个宽度已经足够。
断片的长度在50mm至100mm之间比较有利,最好是在70mm至80mm之间。由于断片的长度膨胀总是跟其长度成正比的,采用这样的尺寸可以保证辅助件的各个断片不会在温度波动时相互碰接。
支座采用纤维增强塑料、特别是碳纤维增强塑料制造,辅助件采用轻金属、特别是铝来制造,是比较有利的。这样能够制造出具有所需强度的、很轻的针床。
本发明在下面借助于一个优选实施例结合附图进行描述。在附图中,
图1是针床的一个部份的俯视图;
图2是沿图1的II-II剖切线取的截面图;
图3是沿图1的III-III剖切线取的截面图。
在由碳纤维增强塑料制成的支座1上粘贴有铝片2。该铝片的长度与针床上的后来用于接纳织针的范围一致。粘贴上铝片2以后,按复合针(Schiebernadel)排列所需的间距铣出用来装复合针4的针槽3,复合针只在图2中示出。针槽3之间留有隔片6,用于侧面引导复合针4。
在粘贴好的铝片2中铣出针槽3之后,按例如70mm至80mm的较短的相互间距铣出分隔缝5,该分隔缝5将铝片条2完全相互分开。这些分隔缝5配置在针槽3的底部上,其宽度b约为0.1mm的数量级,因而比针槽3的宽度小,也比复合针4的宽度小,因此复合针4能够可靠地在其内制有分隔缝5的针槽内导引。
铝片2的各单个断片位于这样制造出来的针床上面,这些断片具有很高的相互对准的精确度,尽管如此,它们是相互分隔开的,使得由于温度变化引起的在支座1与铝片条2之间的应力不会产生消极的作用。
Claims (10)
1.一种制造针床的方法,在这个方法中将一个辅助件跟一个支座粘贴在一起,其特征在于,该辅助件(2)在粘贴后按预定长度分割成单个断片。
2.按权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,针槽(3)成形在辅助件(2)内,辅助件的分割在各个断片之间的针槽内实现。
3.按权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,在两个断片之间制出一条比针槽(3)窄的、用于分割的分隔缝(5)。
4.按权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,分隔缝(5)是铣出的。
5.按权利要求3或4所述的方法,其特征在于,分隔缝的宽度(b)在0.05mm至0.15mm之间。
6.按权利要求3或4所述的方法,其特征在于,分隔缝的宽度(b)约为1/10mm。
7.按权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,断片的长度在50毫米至100mm之间。
8.按权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,断片的长度在70mm至80mm之间。
9.按权利要求1至4中之一项所述的方法,其特征在于,支座(1)用碳纤维增强塑料制成,辅助件(2)用轻金属制成。
10.按权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述轻金属是铝。
