Abstract

本发明公开一种奶牛产后营养补充剂,本发明属于动物营养制品,特别涉及奶牛营养制品。以裂褶菌在添加有王不留行和益母草的基质中进行固体发酵,将其粉碎后,与葡萄糖,大豆多肽粉,碳酸钙,维生素E,维生素C,β-胡萝卜素,钴,硒,赖氨酸锌混合均匀,包装制成补充剂。本发明添加的补充剂有食药两用的食用菌成分,能够提高奶牛的产乳量,具有促乳功能,稳定奶牛产后的代谢能力,利于产后恢复。

发明属于动物营养制品,特别涉及奶牛营养制品;
背景技术
奶牛产后体液丢失严重,体况虚弱,采食量迅速下降并伴随脂肪的大量动用,产后一段时间内胎衣不下、真胃移位、产乳热、酮病及子宫内膜炎的发病率较高。围产期的奶牛不但要做好膘情控制和分群饲养,进行精心地管理呵护,还应该及时为其补充适量的能量、矿物质和微量元素。
裂褶菌(Schizophyllum commune(Fr.)Fr.),又名白参、树花、天花菌等。裂褶菌是一种中国传统食药用真菌,含有裂褶菌多糖、核苷、腺苷、嘌呤等有效成分。裂褶菌性平、味甘,能清肝、明目、催乳、滋补强身。目前裂褶菌主要通过人工栽培和深层发酵培养两种方式获得,裂褶菌发酵培养具有周期短,产量大的特点。
大豆多肽即″肽基大豆蛋白水解物″的简称,是大豆蛋白质经蛋白酶作用,再经特殊处理而得到的蛋白质水解产物。大豆多肽的必需氨基酸组成与大豆蛋白质完全一样,含量丰富而平衡,且多肽化合物易被人体消化吸收,并具有防病,治病,调节人体生理机能的作用,大豆多肽是极具潜力的一种功能性食品基料,已逐渐成为21世纪的健康食品.
发明内容:
本发明提供一种奶牛产后营养补充剂;
本发明产品组成比例如下:
葡萄糖50-70%,裂褶菌20-35%,大豆多肽粉3-10%,碳酸钙1-1.5%,维生素E0.5-1.5%,维生素C 1-2%,β-胡萝卜素:0.2-0.3%,钴0.1-0.5%,硒0.03-0.1%赖氨酸锌0.1-0.3%。
本发明优选方案:葡萄糖55-65%,裂褶菌25-35%,大豆多肽粉5-10%,碳酸钙1-1.5%,维生素E 1-1.5%,维生素C 1-2%,β-胡萝卜素:0.2-0.3%,钴0.1-0.5%,硒0.03-0.1%赖氨酸锌0.1-0.3%。
本发明产品生产方法如下:
将裂褶菌粉碎后获得长度或粒径小于2mm的物料,将粉碎后裂褶菌与粉碎后碳酸钙及其他物料混合包装即可。
所述裂褶菌为固体发酵菌体和菌质:
裂褶菌固体发酵菌体和菌质生产过程如下:种子培养:摇床培养液体种子;固体发酵:转接液体种子到固体发酵培养基发酵培养;干燥;所述固体发酵培养基中添加有重量比为1-3%的粉碎王不留行和1-5%的益母草。
裂褶菌为常见菌种。
有益效果
本发明提供的奶牛饲料添加剂中添加有食药两用的食用菌成分,裂褶菌具有良好的促乳功能,奶牛食用后可以有效提高其产奶量;可为奶牛提供充足的营养储备,也为泌乳高峰期提供充分的营养供给,弥补高产奶牛泌乳高峰期的能量负平衡和体况损失,提高日产奶量和高峰持续力,奶牛泌乳高峰期延长20-40天;(什么?)含有维生素E、B1、B2、赖氨酸等各种氨基酸和各种微量元素。
本发明具有提高奶牛机体免疫力、保护肝肾功能,能够预防奶牛产后疾病,具有改善繁殖性能,缩短产犊间隔的功能;具有促进代谢,增加奶产量等功能。
迅速提供能量和提高血糖水平,稳定奶牛产后物质代谢。有利于子宫的血液循环,促进产后恢复;有利于胎衣排出,预防奶牛产后发生酮病,提高奶牛产后第一天的饲料摄入。
本发明药物对奶牛产后恶露、胎衣不下有相当好的治疗作用。具有疗效长、成本低、不容易复发等优点,并且解决了药物残留问题,有益于奶牛健康,具有积极推广的意义。
选取60头经产奶牛,根据体重、胎次、预产期、上一泌乳期305d产奶量相近的原则,随机分为两组,分别在产后的头3天喂给产后营养补充剂,研究奶牛产后营养补充剂对新产奶牛采食量、血液中血糖和血钙、产后疾病及繁殖恢复情况的影响。结果表明:奶牛产后头3天喂给产后营养补充剂有增强奶牛产后食欲的作用,饮用后1小时奶牛血液中血糖血钙水平分别比对照组提高34.02%,18.28%。繁殖方面试验组奶牛比对照组奶牛胎衣滞留发生率减少50%,子宫恢复情况明显改善。
具体实施方法
下面的实施例可以使本专业技术人员更全面地理解本发明,但不以任何方式限制本发明。
实施例1:
本发明产品配方:葡萄糖60%,裂褶菌30%,大豆多肽粉5%,碳酸钙1.3%,维生素E 1.4%,维生素C 1.5%,β-胡萝卜素:0.2%,钴0.3%,硒0.1%赖氨酸锌0.2%。制备方法如下:
将裂褶菌粉碎后获得长度或粒径小于2mm的物料,将粉碎后裂褶菌与粉碎后碳酸钙及其他物料按照上述比例混合包装即可。
固体发酵培养裂褶菌方法如下:
本发明产品生产步骤包括如下步骤:种子培养:摇床培养裂褶菌液体种子;固体发酵:转接裂褶菌液体种子固体发酵培养基发酵培养;干燥粉碎:发酵完毕,在流化床或其他干燥设备上干燥固体发酵培养基,干燥完毕进行粉碎;包装:将粉碎物料直接包装既可。
具体生产过程如下:
(1)斜面菌种活化培养:将保藏的斜面菌种转接到斜面培养基上,22℃培养96小时左右,至菌丝长满斜面即可;(2)液体一级种子培养:将上述斜面菌种挑取一块接入装有100毫升培养基的500毫升摇瓶中进行一级种子培养,培养条件:旋转式摇床150转/分,25℃培养130小时左右;(3)液体二级种子培养:将一级摇瓶种子以5%接种量接入装有100毫升培养基的500毫升摇瓶中进行二级种子培养,培养条件:旋转式摇床180转/分,25℃培养100小时左右;(4)固体发酵培养:将二级摇瓶种子以10%接种量接入装有灭菌后固体发酵培养基的500L固体发酵罐中,培养条件:装料量50%,培养温度24℃,湿度75%,通风量0.3(V/V),培养时间15天;每隔三天搅拌10分钟。(5)发酵培养结束,对固体发酵物料选择流化床等多种干燥方法干燥,干燥温度控制在80℃以下。将物料干燥到水分含量在7%以下。对干燥完毕的物料进行粉碎。
裂褶菌(Schizophyllum commune Fr.)菌种cfcc 82418购于中国林业微生物菌种保藏管理中心.
本发明中斜面培养基组成可以为PDA斜面培养基或其他合适培养基。
本发明中固体发酵培养基组成如下:70%麸皮、1.4%蔗糖、10%玉米粉、16%玉米芯(粉碎后),0.1%蛋白胨、2%脱脂大豆蛋白粉、0.5%酵母粉;培养基PH自然。上述培养基中添加重量为2%的粉碎王不留行和3%的益母草;灭菌条件121℃2小时。
本发明中液体发酵种子组成:淀粉2%、葡萄糖3%、蛋白胨0.3%、脱脂大豆蛋白粉0.5%、磷酸二氢钾0.2%、硫酸镁0.1%、维生素BB1 B2PPm,PH6。
干燥粉碎:发酵结束培养料在流化床或其他干燥设备上进行干燥,干燥温度控制在60℃,干燥到水分含量在10%以下,然后将固体培养料进行粉碎,物料粉碎孔径在60目以上。
培养基组成:固体原料:麸皮80%,豆饼粉10%,玉米淀粉10%,添加等量自来水;初始pH自然。
实施例2:
本发明产品配方:葡萄糖65%,裂褶菌25%,大豆多肽粉5%,碳酸钙1.3%,维生素E 1.5%,维生素C 1.5%,β-胡萝卜素:0.2%,钴0.2%,硒0.1%赖氨酸锌0.2%。制备方法基本同例1
实施例3:
本发明产品配方:葡萄糖55%,裂褶菌34%,大豆多肽粉6%,碳酸钙1.1%,维生素E 1.5%,维生素C 1.5%,β-胡萝卜素:0.3%,钴0.3%,硒0.1%赖氨酸锌0.2%。制备方法基本同例1
本发明产品使用效果试验
奶牛选自北京振红奶牛场,选择年龄、胎次、泌乳量接近,刚分娩后的中国荷斯坦奶牛60头,随机分成2组,每组30头。试验组、对照组各组基础日粮相同。试验组日粮为日常日粮+25%本发明产品,对照组为日常日粮。
试验地点和时间:本试验在北京振红奶牛场;试验期(2011年3月1日至5月30日)。
试验方法及饲养管理在试验过程中,对照组奶牛日粮按原配方进行。其饲料成分、比例及饲喂量与试验前一致。试验组从分娩日开始日粮在原来的基础上添加本发明产品。其余与对照组一致。每日3次,定时饲喂,自由饮水,先喂粗饲料,后喂精料,每日挤奶3次。
测定项目及记录每日观察试验奶牛的食欲和健康状况,记录每日每头牛泌乳量。
结果说明:
采食及健康情况观察:试验期内奶牛采食量、健康情况正常,未出现异常现象。实验组奶牛被毛更光滑,膘情更加良好。
对奶牛泌乳量的影响:每隔15天检测一次,三次检测数据表明试验组泌乳量与对照组相比分别平均提高了4%,6%和8%。
观察显示,试验组奶牛消化良好,粪便有明显改变,无颗粒状,被毛光亮,肢蹄健壮,产后疾病发病率与对照组相比降低了60%以上。奶牛产量显著提高。
观察显示:奶牛常见病乳房炎在对照组中为13%发病率,试验组发病率4.3%。发病率大大降低了。

Claims (5)

1.一种奶牛产后营养补充剂,其特征在于所述奶牛产后营养补充剂组成比例为:葡萄糖50-70%,裂褶菌20-35%,大豆多肽粉3-10%,碳酸钙1-1.5%,维生素E 0.5-1.5%,维生素C 1-2%,β-胡萝卜素:0.2-0.3%,钴0.1-0.5%,硒0.03-0.1%赖氨酸锌0.1-0.3%。
2.如权1所述奶牛产后营养补充剂,其特征在于所述奶牛产后营养补充剂组成比例为:葡萄糖55-65%,裂褶菌25-35%,大豆多肽粉5-10%,碳酸钙1-1.5%,维生素E1-1.5%,维生素C1-2%,β-胡萝卜素:0.2-0.3%,钴0.1-0.5%,硒0.03-0.1%赖氨酸锌0.1-0.3%。
3.如权1或2所述奶牛产后营养补充剂,其特征在于所述奶牛产后营养补充剂组成比例为:葡萄糖60%,裂褶菌30%,大豆多肽粉5%,碳酸钙1.3%,维生素E 1.4%,维生素C 1.5%,β-胡萝卜素:0.2%,钴0.3%,硒0.1%赖氨酸锌0.2%。
4.如权1、2所述奶牛产后营养补充剂,其特征在于所述裂褶菌为固体发酵菌体和菌质。
5.如权1所述奶牛产后营养补充剂,其特征在于所述裂褶菌固体发酵菌体和菌质所用固体发酵培养基中添加有重量比为1-3%的粉碎王不留行和1-5%的益母草。
