本发明公开了一种炼钢复合精炼剂及其制备方法,其组成原料的重量份为:氧化钙42-45、六偏聚磷酸钠13-15、二氧化钛11-13、石英砂3-5、碳化硅2-4、云母粉15-20、膨胀珍珠岩18-22和改性树木灰烬7-9;本发明的原料中添加了碳化硅、云母粉、膨胀珍珠岩和改性树木灰烬,变废为宝,充分利用了其吸附性能,精炼剂脱硫、脱磷效果好,减少了回磷现象,同时,其中氧化钙含量高,降低了生产成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及炼钢技术领域,具体涉及一种炼钢复合精炼剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,对炼钢生产率和成本以及钢铁产品质量提出了越来越高的要求,为适合这一要求,炉外精炼特别是钢包炉精炼成为现代精炼流程中的重要生产工序,在各冶金企业得到广泛应用,钢包炉精炼的一个主要冶金功能是利用精炼剂对钢液进行精炼,以达到降低钢水中氧、硫和夹杂物含量的目的,提高钢的性能,精炼剂品种很多。
发明内容
    本发明的目的在于提供一种炼钢复合精炼剂及其制备方法,本发明精炼剂配方中增加了碳化硅、云母粉、膨胀珍珠岩和改性树木灰烬,充分利用了其吸附性能,精炼剂脱硫、脱磷效果好,成本低。
为了实现上述目的本发明采用如下技术方案:
炼钢复合精炼剂,其组成原料的重量份为:氧化钙42-45、六偏聚磷酸钠13-15、二氧化钛11-13、石英砂3-5、碳化硅2-4、云母粉15-20、膨胀珍珠岩18-22和改性树木灰烬7-9。
炼钢复合精炼剂,其组成原料的重量份为:氧化钙43、六偏聚磷酸钠14、二氧化钛12、石英砂4、碳化硅3、云母粉18、膨胀珍珠岩20和改性树木灰烬8。
炼钢复合精炼剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)破碎:用破碎机将各原料分别破碎;
(2)混合:将破碎好的各原料按配方要求混合,并用球磨机混合均匀;
(3)过筛:用100目筛网将混合均匀的原料过筛;
(4)干燥:将过筛后的原料放在烘箱中烘烤,去除水分,烘烤温度为120-130℃,根据水分的挥发程度控制烘烤时间。
所述的改性树木灰烬的制备方法如下:
a、树木灰烬用10-15%双氧水浸泡3-4小时,去离子水洗涤,再用10-12%氢氧化钠溶液浸泡3-4小时,再用去离子水洗涤至中性,烘干;
b、在上述处理后的树木灰烬加热熔化,加入相当于其重量2-3%的铁粉、1-2%的天青石粉、2-3%的钾长石粉、3-5%的六偏聚磷酸钠,搅拌,冲入冷水中冷却,烘干粉碎成超细粉末。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的原料中添加了碳化硅、云母粉、膨胀珍珠岩和改性树木灰烬,变废为宝,充分利用了其吸附性能,精炼剂脱硫、脱磷效果好,减少了回磷现象,同时,其中氧化钙含量高,降低了生产成本。
具体实施方式
实施例1:炼钢复合精炼剂,其组成原料的重量份(kg)为:氧化钙43、六偏聚磷酸钠14、二氧化钛12、石英砂4、碳化硅3、云母粉18、膨胀珍珠岩20和改性树木灰烬8。
炼钢复合精炼剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)破碎:用破碎机将各原料分别破碎;
(2)混合:将破碎好的各原料按配方要求混合,并用球磨机混合均匀;
(3)过筛:用100目筛网将混合均匀的原料过筛;
(4)干燥:将过筛后的原料放在烘箱中烘烤,去除水分,烘烤温度为125℃,根据水分的挥发程度控制烘烤时间。
所述的改性树木灰烬的制备方法如下:
a、树木灰烬用10%双氧水浸泡3小时,去离子水洗涤,再用10%氢氧化钠溶液浸泡3小时,再用去离子水洗涤至中性,烘干;
b、在上述处理后的树木灰烬加热熔化,加入相当于其重量3%的铁粉、1%的天青石粉、3%的钾长石粉、5%的六偏聚磷酸钠,搅拌,冲入冷水中冷却,烘干粉碎成超细粉末。
    下面结合上述的精炼剂的制备实施例,具体描述本发明的炼钢精炼剂的使用方法:
采用实施例1 所述的精炼剂,按常规投加方法,分二次投加,试验钢水包有1-5号,脱硫、硫磷效果如下表:
1号:钢水条件:S 0.031%,P 0.176% ;脱硫率62%,脱磷率56%;
2号:钢水条件:S 0.039%,P 0.175% ;脱硫率51%,脱磷率57%;
3号:钢水条件:S 0.036%,P 0.179% ;脱硫率57%,脱磷率54%;
4号:钢水条件:S 0.035%,P 0.174% ;脱硫率58%,脱磷率59%;
5号:钢水条件:S 0.040%,P 0.181% ;脱硫率49%,脱磷率51%。
说明本发明精炼剂有较高的脱硫、硫磷率,且稳定性好,成本较低,能基本满足钢厂技术要求。

1.一种炼钢复合精炼剂,其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为:氧化钙42-45、六偏聚磷酸钠13-15、二氧化钛11-13、石英砂3-5、碳化硅2-4、云母粉15-20、膨胀珍珠岩18-22和改性树木灰烬7-9;
所述的炼钢复合精炼剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)破碎:用破碎机将各原料分别破碎;
(2)混合:将破碎好的各原料按配方要求混合,并用球磨机混合均匀;
