背景技术  市场上小米糕品种很多,但尚很少发现椰板糕。本发明是利用栗子、椰蓉等来制作的米糕,无任何添加剂成份。 
发明内容  本发明目的是提供了一种椰板糕。 
方案如下:小米2-2.2千克、板栗250-260克、白糖410-420克、椰蓉520-530克。 
制备方法: 
小米淘洗干净泡冷水浸泡半天,板栗去壳和衣切成细碎的小颗粒,将小米和栗子碎仁煮熟,将白糖放进煮熟的栗子小米里充分搅拌均匀成米糕料,用调羹将米糕料放入较深的模子中,压实,然后轻轻地磕出来,即成小米糕,将成行的小米糕在椰蓉里滚一下,至小米糕表面均匀地裹上一层椰容即可。
