Description

流体制品分配器
技术领域
本发明涉及流体制品分配器,其包括流体制品储存器、和分配机构如泵或阀,其安装在储存器上,以从其中提取流体制品。储存器具有滑动筒体和可在筒体内滑动移动的随动活塞,因而一起构成用于流体制品的有效贮存容积。该有效容积随着随动活塞在筒体内移动而减小。一般来说,随动活塞包括至少一个唇部、甚至两个唇部,所述唇部基本密封地滑动接触筒体。另一方面,筒体配有基底,基底与分配机构相对地布置。因此,补偿空间在随动活塞和基底之间形成:该空间与外部连通以保持空间E处于大气压下,使得在流体制品每次分配之后,外部空气进入该空间,随着随动活塞远离基底,该空间变大。这里涉及的是护肤化妆品领域中的完全传统的设计。但是,这种分配器也可用于其它领域、例如医药乃至香水领域中。
背景技术
这种具有滑动筒体和随动活塞的储存器,一般与“无空气”型即没有空气进口的分配机构相结合,使得贮存在储存器内的流体制品从来不会通过分配机构接触到外部空气。
理论上,随动活塞在滑动筒体内的滑动完全密封地进行,使得外部空气不能在滑动筒体和随动活塞之间进入储存器内。但是,实际上证明,随动活塞和筒体之间的滑动接触不是完全密封的或没有充分密封,而这出于多种原因。例如,滑动筒体的表面质量有时不是最佳的,具有一定的不平整性、粗糙度或凹凸不平,随动活塞在其上没有局部密封接触地通过。在其它情况下,随动活塞的唇部不能与滑动筒体进行有效的密封。依然在其它情况下,随动活塞在筒体内的移动不是完全呈轴向的,使得唇部在某些部位脱离滑动筒体。所有这些情况都导致外部空气在随动活塞和滑动筒体之间进入储存器内部。当然,进入储存器内的空气量非常少,但是,有时足以使流体制品改性、变质或变坏。
在现有技术中,文献WO2009/109370和EP2251093描述了一些流体制品分配器,其具有储存器,储存器限定柱形的滑动筒体,随动活塞滑动地接合在筒体内部。滑动筒体在其下端由附接的基底封闭,基底限定通过孔,通过孔由细菌过滤器封闭。随着随动活塞移动,过滤器和随动活塞之间的空间不断增大,尽管有远隔的过滤器,也会滋生细菌。
发明内容

为此,本发明提出细菌过滤器固连于随动活塞。该细菌过滤器也可形容为杀菌、抑菌或抗菌过滤器,细菌过滤器的作用是允许外部空气进入补偿空间内,同时完全滤除细菌或防止细菌与空气一起进入补偿空间内。细菌过滤器阻止和/或杀死细菌以及能够使储存器内装的流体制品变质的任何其它生物体。细菌过滤器可至少部分地充填如在随动活塞的行程起点所限定的补偿空间。
本发明的构思是形成防备由会与随动活塞唇部接触的外部空气携带的细菌的屏障。该抗菌屏障布置在形成于随动活塞和基底之间的补偿空间内,与随动活塞接触。
根据一种实施方式,随动活塞具有与筒体滑动接触的上密封唇部和配有凹槽的下唇部,使得空间刚好就在随动活塞的两个唇部之间延伸,位于随动活塞的唇部和滑动筒体之间的环形空间至少部分地用细菌过滤器进行充填。
