发明内容

冷却回路66进一步包括流动限制装置74。流动限制装置74将通过冷却回路66的流体流动限制到预定义的流体流动速率。流动限制装置74限制通过返回管线68的流体流动,以保持燃料供应系统24的压力同时允许第一类型燃料在双燃料发动机22运行时流动通过返回管线68。在双燃料发动机22以第一类型燃料、第二类型燃料或第一类型燃料和第二类型燃料的组合运行时,流动限制装置74将供应压力保持在燃料蒸汽压力以上以避免液体燃料汽化。流动限制装置74可以包括孔口限制或一些其他相似的装置。

Claims (10)

1.一种车辆,包括:
双燃料发动机,可独立地以第一类型燃料、第二类型燃料、或第一类型燃料和第二类型燃料组合中之任一种运行;和
燃料供应系统,联接到双燃料发动机且配置为用于用第一类型燃料供应双燃料发动机,所述燃料供应系统包括:
储罐,配置为用于存储第一类型燃料的液体供应源;
提升泵,与储罐流体连通且配置为用于对第一类型燃料加压和使其流动;
直接喷射泵组件,联接到双燃料发动机,且与提升泵流体连通以用于从其接收第一类型燃料,且与双燃料发动机流体连通以用于对其供应第一类型燃料;和
冷却回路,与直接喷射泵组件流体连通且配置为用于让第一类型燃料流过直接喷射泵组件,以在双燃料发动机运行时冷却设置在直接喷射泵组件内的第一燃料。
2.如权利要求1所述的车辆,其中,直接喷射泵组件包括用于从提升泵接收第一类型燃料的低压入口和用于将第一类型燃料供应到双燃料发动机的高压出口。
3.如权利要求2所述的车辆,其中,直接喷射泵组件包括高压泵,所述高压泵从动地联接到双燃料发动机且将低压入口和高压出口流体连通地互联,且可操作为增加第一类型燃料的压力。
4.如权利要求3所述的车辆,其中,高压泵包括与低压入口流体连通的低压侧和与高压出口流体连通的高压侧。
5.如权利要求4所述的车辆,其中,冷却回路包括流出口,所述流出口与高压泵的低压侧流体连通。
6.如权利要求5所述的车辆,其中,燃料供应系统进一步包括供应管线,所述供应管线将直接喷射泵组件的低压入口和提升泵流体连通地互连。
7.如权利要求6所述的车辆,其中,冷却回路包括冷却管线,所述冷却管线将流出口和供应管线流体连通地互连。
8.如权利要求5所述的车辆,其中,冷却回路包括返回管线,所述返回管线将流出口和储罐流体连通地互连。
9.如权利要求8所述的车辆,其中,提升泵的促动使得第一类型燃料流过泵的低压侧、通过返回管线、并回到储罐。
10.如权利要求9所述的车辆,其中,冷却回路包括背压释放阀,所述背压释放阀配置为,在第一类型燃料的流体压力大于预定值时允许沿从高压泵的低压侧、通过冷却回路、并回到储罐的方向的流体连通,且配置为在第一类型燃料的流体压力小于预定值时防止沿相反方向的流体连通。
