本发明涉及一种用于滑动门的配件。
背景技术
DE 81 35 509公开了一种用于滑动门的配件,其中在两个具有套筒状冲制部的配件部分之间容纳有一个螺栓。在该螺栓上设有螺母形式的调节元件,从而可借助螺栓和螺母进行高度调节。这种高度调节需要数量众多的构件并且仅具有有限的负荷能力。另外螺母与螺栓的连接可出现松脱。
DE 25 46 384公开了一种用于滑动门的配件部分,该配件部分以罐状壳体沉入到滑动门的一个凹部中。一滑轮可旋转地支承在该配件部分上,所述滑轮可挂在导轨上。该配件部分在此具有用于无极地调节高度的装置。所揭示的配件部分的缺点在于需要数量众多的构件,另外为了将各部件安装到滑动门上安装复杂。
发明内容
因此,本发明的任务在于提供一种用于滑动门的配件,该配件结构紧凑并允许简单地调节高度。
根据本发明,为了高度调节设置丝杠,该丝杠可旋转地支承在保持元件的内螺纹中并在端面上受到支撑,其中在保持元件上设置至少一个可插入滑动门中的固定装置。由此滑动门的固定可与保持元件一体地进行,所述滑动门可通过可旋转地支承在保持元件上的丝杠进行高度调节。由此为了固定滑动门和高度调节只需少量构件,其允许紧凑的结构。
优选地,与保持元件一体地设置两个可插入滑动门中的销。由此可将保持元件快速地固定到滑动门上。
为了紧凑构造的高度调节,所述保持元件可至少部分地插入滑轮支架上的U形的凹口中。由此丝杠可支撑在凹口的底部上,从而在侧向上形成较小的结构高度。凹口的边缘在此可被保持元件上的导向区段包围嵌接,从而也可通过保持元件获得侧向导向。保持元件在此可构造为压铸件,其确保高度的稳定性。
优选地,在保持元件的两侧设置可与滑动门连接的导向元件。所述导向元件在此可具有至少一个突出的滑块,所述滑块在滑轮支架上的长孔中被导向,从而可在滑轮支架的多个位置上通过不同的导向元件进行力消减。在此可在每个滑块中设置用于固定螺栓的开口,所述固定螺栓被拧入滑动门中。

为了能够提供作为预安装单元的配件,在每个导向元件上优选设置至少一个传送锁定装置,其使导向元件锁定在滑轮支架上。所述传送锁定装置例如可构造为突出部,该突出部从后面嵌接滑轮支架上的开口。

具体实施方式
如图1A和1B所示,在柜子中,前面的滑动门1保持在至少两个彼此隔开的横截面为U形的滑轮支架10上,而后面的滑动门2保持在至少两个彼此隔开的大致板状的滑轮支架20上。在每个滑轮支架10或20上可旋转地支承有滑轮6。另外,设置可固定在家具本体上的导轨3,该导轨构成用于滑轮支架10的滑轮6的后侧滚道4和用于滑轮支架20的滑轮6的前侧滚道5。滑轮支架10包括构造为滑动件的提升锁定装置8,该提升锁定装置从下面嵌接导轨3上的一个区段7。
