Abstract

本发明为用于汽车电子控制的自动变速控制系统的一种选换挡缓冲器装置,适用于采用摩擦离合器的机械变速箱的选换挡自动控制操作。目前的同类型选换挡缓冲器装置,在大负荷工作状下,由于结构受安装空间的限制,核心元器件过于单薄,不能保证其高强度高稳定性,同时硬件的调试及标定不方便,造成缓冲器在自动控制时,精度不够,影响自动变速控制系统使用寿命。本发明由主缓冲器和副缓冲器两部分通过调节螺杆连接构成。本发明右油缸产生的向左的推力,主缓冲器起作用。左油缸产生的向右的推力,副缓冲器起作用,两个方向作用力都通过换挡拨块即主缓冲器外壳传递给变速箱。

技术领域
本发明为用于汽车电子控制的液压驱动自动变速控制系统的一种选换挡缓冲器装置,适用于采用摩擦离合器的机械变速箱的选换挡自动控制操作。
背景技术
目前的同类型选换挡缓冲器装置,在大负荷工作状下,由于结构受安装空间的限制,核心元器件过于单薄,不能保证其高强度高稳定性,同时硬件的调试及标定不方便,造成缓冲器在自动控制时,精度不够,影响自动变速控制系统使用寿命。在多年高强度实际运营后,发现不能适应城市公交这样在高强度使用环境中,自动变速控制系统的高可靠性和技术稳定性。
发明内容
为了能在狭小空间内能加大核心元器件强度,同时增加完善调试标定的机构,在有限空间提高本装置的强度及控制精度。本发明由主缓冲器和副缓冲器两部分通过调节螺杆连接构成。本发明由换挡拨块作为主缓冲器壳体,在主缓冲器壳体孔右边装上缓冲弹簧座轴,缓冲弹簧座轴外端与右油缸中右活塞联接,通过止头螺钉拧紧完成轴向定位。主缓冲器壳体左边过度配合装上调节螺杆的大头,在主缓冲器壳体左边联接螺纹处拧紧固定螺套,将调节螺杆与主缓冲器壳体紧固联接为一体。调节螺杆大头与缓冲弹簧座轴之间装上缓冲弹簧,主缓冲器壳体右边为台阶孔,作为缓冲弹簧座轴的右边轴向定位。左油缸中的左活塞作为副缓冲器壳体,副缓冲器壳体内装上螺母弹簧座,通过调节螺杆与主缓冲器壳体相联接,锁紧螺母锁定螺母弹簧座与调节螺杆的连接长度,螺母弹簧座与副缓冲器壳体之间装上副缓冲弹簧,通过套上定位套的定位螺钉调节副缓冲弹簧的预紧力及缓冲距离。本发明右油缸产生的向左的推力,主缓冲器起作用。左油缸产生的向右的推力,副缓冲器起作用,两个方向作用力都通过换挡拨块即主缓冲器外壳传递给变速箱。

具体实施方式
在图1中,本发明由主缓冲器5和副缓冲器14两部分通过调节螺杆11连接构成。本发明由换挡拨块作为主缓冲器5壳体,在主缓冲器5壳体孔右边装上缓冲弹簧座轴9,缓冲弹簧座轴9外端与右油缸8中右活塞7联接,通过止头螺钉6拧紧完成轴向定位。主缓冲器5壳体左边过度配合装上调节螺杆11的大头,在主缓冲器5壳体左边联接螺纹处拧紧固定螺套4,将调节螺杆11与主缓冲器5壳体紧固联接为一体。调节螺杆11大头与缓冲弹簧座轴9之间装上缓冲弹簧10,主缓冲器5壳体右边为台阶孔,作为缓冲弹簧座轴9的右边轴向定位。左油缸15中的左活塞作为副缓冲器14壳体,副缓冲器14壳体内装上螺母弹簧座13,通过调节螺杆11与主缓冲器5壳体相联接,锁紧螺母12锁定螺母弹簧座13与调节螺杆11的连接长度,螺母弹簧座13与副缓冲器14壳体之间装上副缓冲弹簧2,通过套上定位套1的定位螺钉3调节副缓冲弹簧2的预紧力及缓冲距离。本发明右油缸8产生的向左的推力,主缓冲器5起作用。左油缸15产生的向右的推力,副缓冲器14起作用,两个方向作用力都通过换挡拨块即主缓冲器5外壳传递给变速箱。

Claims (6)

1.一种选换挡缓冲器,由主缓冲器和副缓冲器两部分通过调节螺钉连接构成,换挡拨块作为主缓冲器壳,左油缸中的左活塞作为副缓冲器壳体;其特征在于:在主缓冲器壳体孔右边装上缓冲弹簧座,缓冲弹簧座轴外端与右油缸中右活塞联接,主缓冲器壳体左边过度配合装上调节螺杆的大头,将调节螺杆与主缓冲器壳体紧固联接为一体;调节螺杆大头与缓冲弹簧座轴之间装上缓冲弹簧;副缓冲器壳体内装上螺母弹簧座,通过调节螺杆与主缓冲器壳体相联接,螺母弹簧座与副缓冲器壳体之间装上副缓冲弹簧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种选换挡缓冲器,其特征在于:缓冲弹簧座轴外端与右油缸中右活塞联接,通过止头螺钉拧紧完成轴向定位。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种选换挡缓冲器,其特征在于:在主缓冲器壳体左边联接螺纹处拧紧固定螺套,将调节螺杆与主缓冲器壳体紧固联接为一体。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种选换挡缓冲器,其特征在于:主缓冲器壳体右边为台阶孔,作为缓冲弹簧座轴的右边轴向定位。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种选换挡缓冲器,其特征在于:锁紧螺母锁定螺母弹簧座与调节螺杆的连接长度。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种选换挡缓冲器,其特征在于:通过套上定位套的定位螺钉调节副缓冲弹簧的预紧力及缓冲距离。
