本发明为汽车电子控制的自动变速系统的换挡拨块装置,是推动换挡同步环的拨块机构。目前的同类换挡拨块都是钢性整体机构,特别是在液压控制系统作用下,由于油温等外界因素变化,特别是主动轮和被动轮速度差的变化,会造成同步惯量的很大差别,同步力变化将很大,造成同步环不能柔性工作,换挡冲击严重。特别是在同步力要求大的挡位,冲击会更大。一般的解决办法是增大同步摩擦力,做成双锥以上同步环,这样技术难度和成本大幅增加。

本发明为汽车电子控制的自动变速系统的换挡拨块装置,是推动换挡同步环的拨块机构。
背景技术
目前的同类换挡拨块都是钢性整体机构,特别是在液压控制系统作用下,由于油温等外界因素变化,特别是主动轮和被动轮速度差的变化,会造成同步惯量的很大差别,同步力变化将很大,造成同步环不能柔性工作,换挡冲击严重。特别是在同步力要求大的挡位,冲击会更大。一般的解决办法是增大同步摩擦力,做成双锥以上同步环,这样技术难度和成本大幅增加。
发明内容
为了克服普通机械变速箱同步摩擦力不足的缺点,使换挡柔顺,在装有换挡肖的换挡拨块座内孔的基础上,套入弹簧导向套,在相对安装的弹簧导向导中装入螺旋弹簧,将连接轴插入弹簧导向套和弹簧中,连接轴为台阶轴,插入导向套后,大端紧靠在导向套左端面,另一端通过定位套,紧靠在导向套的外端面,连接轴通过止退螺钉与左右换挡活塞杆连接。定位螺套分别拧紧在换挡拨块座孔的两端,装在换挡拨块座中的弹簧导向套,中间留有5-10mm间隙。在同步反作用力的作用下,降低运行速度,增加同步时间,控制施加在同步环上的压力不超过规定值,力量过大,也不至于损坏弹簧和换挡肖。
本发明的有益效果是由于采用了弹簧导向套和螺旋弹簧以及连接轴,达到了拨块柔性化的目的,使结构紧凑,换挡动作稳定柔顺,在换挡力过负荷的情况下,也能使系统正常工作,降低了成本,提高了寿命,满足了机械变速箱自动化的要求。

具体实施方式
在图1中,在装有换挡肖4的换挡拨块座5的内孔基础上,套入左弹簧导向套9和相对安装的弹簧导向套11,在弹簧导向套9、11中装入螺旋弹簧10,将连接轴3插入弹簧导向套9、11后,连接轴3的大端紧靠在左导向套9的外端面,另一端通过定位套12紧靠在右导向套11的外端面。连接轴3左端通过止退螺钉2、6与左右换挡活塞杆1、7连接。左右定位螺套8、12,分别拧紧在换挡拨块座5的两端,装在换挡拨块座5中的左右弹簧导向套9、12,中间留有5-10mm间隙。

Claims (4)

1、一种汽车换挡用柔性拨块,采用装有换挡肖的换挡拨块座为基础,通过连接轴与左右活塞杆连接,其特征在于:在换挡拨块座内孔的基础上,套入弹簧导向套,在相对安装的弹簧导向套中装入螺旋弹簧,将连接轴插入弹簧导向套和弹簧中。
2、根据权利要求1所述的柔性拨块,其特征在于:连接轴为台阶轴,插入导向套后,大端紧靠在导向套左端面,另一端通过定位套紧靠在右导向套的外端面。
3、根据权利要求1所述的柔性拨块,其特征在于:定位螺套分别拧紧在换挡拨块座孔的两端。
4、根据权利要求1所述的柔性拨块,其特征在于:装在换挡拨块座中的弹簧导向套,中间留有5-10mm间隙。
