本发明涉及端面销离合器,可用于齿轮传动装置的齿轮换挡。
由US4019586,US4030582,DT2709735A1公开的端面销离合器放在一个主轴上,离合器包括一主体,具有弹簧加载的销,装在主体的一侧或两侧。弹簧加载的销可沿平行于主轴的方向移动,可与位于端面销离合器一侧或两侧的驱动轮中相应的槽啮合。压缩弹簧设置用于销的移动。
所述的已知装置的缺点是零件数目多,在换挡过程中噪音大,且有有害的间隙。
本发明的目的是提供一种工艺合适及设计简单的端面销离合器。
本发明的目的通过以下措施解决。按照本发明,提供了一种端面销离合器,包括一主体,可相对主轴移动,主体上有孔,装有多个拉伸弹簧及一个或多个可自由滑动的销。销的轴颈插入夹在主体的前面的板的孔中。拉伸弹簧的头钩在板的孔中。

图1所示的本发明的实施例中,按照本发明的端面销离合器包括轴向可相对轴1移动的主体2,在主体2的孔3中装着可自由移动的销4,在主体2的孔5中装着至少两个拉伸弹簧6。端面销离合器的主体2设有环形槽7,在主体2前面各夹着一块板8,拉伸弹簧的头11钩在孔10中留下的搭接部,在板的孔12中插入销4的轴颈13,14。
按照本发明的端面销离合器按下面方式工作:
当齿轮啮合时,销4的颈部13与第一驱动轮16的相应的孔15啮合,由于这一啮合,转矩从驱动轮16通过销传到离合器的主体2,离合器通过轴17把转矩传到轴1。这样达到第一速度。为了改变到第二速度,必须操作转换叉18,它通过环形槽7转换离合器到与第二驱动轮19连接。由于这一转换过程,销4的颈部13从第一驱动轮16的孔15中脱出,由此,脱开第一速度。
在离合器进一步移动到第二驱动轮时,销的颈部14前部与第二驱动轮19接触。因此销的颈部14的前面20和第二驱动轮19的前面21摩擦,离合器的转速开始与第二驱动轮19的转速相等。离合器沿轴的进一步移动,使得销的颈部的端面对第二驱动轮的前面产生压力。当拉伸弹簧的张力足够高,转动速度基本相等时,销的颈部14插进第二驱动轮的孔22中。这样就完成了转换到第二速度。

1.一种端面销离合器,包括一个与主轴同轴设置的主体,在主体中装有弹簧的可移动的销,其特征在于所述的销(4)的颈部(13,14)放在夹住主体的两板(8)的孔(12)中,拉伸弹簧(6)钩在板(8)上。
