Abstract
高速公路(双跨)跨线桥梁架设常用方法可以概况为跨墩龙门吊架设、架桥机架设和大吨位履带吊架设三种方法。但三种方法均存在一些限制性条件,如跨墩龙门吊架设需修筑跨墩龙门吊基础;架桥机架设需要在台背修建一条一定宽度和纵坡要求的运梁临时便道,费用增大;大吨位履带吊吊架设方法需要二台大吨位履带吊,前期投入大。但高速公路建设过程中,会不可避免遇到上述三种方法均无法实施的。为了克服上述问题,本发明提出了一种高速公路(双跨)跨线桥梁架设方法,有效解决上述高速公路(双跨)跨线桥梁架设问题,采用该方法明显减少造价,架设简单且安全可控,不受运梁临时便道修建和大吨位履带吊进场条件等条件限制。

技术领域

背景技术
[0002]目前,高速公路跨线桥(双跨)梁的架设的常用方法可以概括为以下三种:
[0003] 方法一、双龙门吊架设方法
[0004] 双龙门吊架设方法是在桥位设置跨墩双龙门吊将梁抬起、转向、横移及就位的一种架梁方法。该方法优点:安装时间可以自行掌握,不受场地限制,运梁可利用主线通道,无需另行修建一定纵坡要求的运梁临时便道,安全系数高;缺点:一次性采购费用较大,安装时间长,转场费用高,且每座桥需要开挖或填筑跨墩龙门吊基础而增加施工难度。
[0005] 方法二、架桥机架设方法
[0006] 架桥机架设方法是通过桥台运梁便道将梁运至架桥机尾部,再通过架桥机吊装就位的一种架梁方法。该方法优点:安全系数高;缺点:一次性采购费用较大,安装时间长,转场费用很高,不适应窄桥的架设,由于受到地形的限制大部分跨线桥都需要特意修建运梁临时便道,梁运输难度比较大。
[0007] 方法三、大吨位履带吊双机抬吊架设方法
[0008] 大吨位履带吊双机抬吊架设方法是通过两台大吨位履带吊将箱梁抬起、方向调整及就位的一种架梁方法。该方法优点:梁安装时间快,安全系数高;缺点:一次性投资高,大吨位履带吊进场难度大。
[0009] 从上述三种架设方法可以看出,其应用均存在一些限制性条件。如方法一需要开挖或填筑跨墩龙门吊基础,可能破坏桥位附近的边坡稳定甚至无法设置龙门吊基础;方法二需要修建一定纵坡要求的运梁临时便道,可能无法修建或修建费用很大;方法三需要大吨位履带吊进场,进场转场费用高,有时受施工便道限制可能无法进场。
[0010] 但高速公路建设过程中,会不可避免遇到上述三种高速公路(双跨)跨线桥梁架设方法均无法实施的跨线架桥问题。因此,有必要采用一种新技术,来解决上述高速公路(双跨)跨线桥梁架设问题。

[0012] 为了克服上述问题,本发明提出了一种高速公路(双跨)跨线桥梁架设方法。采用该方法是在待架双线跨线桥桥墩(台)上都设置人字塔架,将一定量和规格的塔架、地锚、卷扬机、主缆风绳、副缆风绳、吊绳和滑轮组等进行组合,形成具有梁架设功能的体系。

1.本发明专利是一种高速公路(双跨)跨线桥梁架设方法,包括人字塔架、地锚、卷扬机、主缆风绳、副缆风绳、拔杆吊绳和滑轮组等,其特征在于:根据架梁体系详细设计,将一定数量和规格的塔架、地锚、卷扬机、主缆风绳、副缆风绳、拔杆吊绳和滑轮组等进行组合,形成具有桥梁架设功能的体系。
2.权利要求1所述所述的一种高速成公路(双跨)跨线桥梁架设方法,其特征在于:根据架梁体系详细设计,采用一定数量和规格的钢型材及连接方式,制作成人字塔架。
