本发明所设计的低比例闪光纤维与其他纤维均匀混纺方法，其特征是先将其他纤维染色，染色完成后的其他纤维过风机，然后上油静置，待油水均匀渗透后铺层，铺层厚度为4cm，然后在其他纤维铺层上均匀撒上闪光纤维，接着再次过风机翻仓，最后上机纺纱。本发明所设计的低比例闪光纤维与其他纤维均匀混纺方法，采用了特殊的少打击合毛工艺，使闪光纤维不受损伤，利用风机的作用解决少量闪光纤维与其他纤维混合均匀的难题，同时经过多次试验，得到了4cm铺层厚度能达到最佳的经济效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种纺纱工艺，特别是一种低比例闪光纤维与其他纤维均匀混纺方法。
背景技术
闪光纤维是一种比较新型的产品，一般将其少量的混入到其它纤维中，使得纺织得到的产品具有闪耀的效果。但是由于闪光纤维的价值较高，与其它纤维的比例极低，所以难将其均匀的混入。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而能将闪光纤维与其他纤维均匀混合的合毛方法。
为了达到上述目的，本发明所设计的低比例闪光纤维与其他纤维均匀混纺方法，其特征是先将其他纤维染色，染色完成后的其他纤维过风机，然后上油静置，待油水均匀渗透后铺层，铺层厚度为4cm，然后在其他纤维铺层上均匀撒上闪光纤维，接着再次过风机翻仓，最后上机纺纱。
