Abstract
一种方形单壁波纹管的成型模具,采用分体式模具结构,在模具体1上铣出方孔1a,车出半圆环槽1b,再用压块3将加工好的镶环2压装在模具体1的半圆环槽1b内,组成了方形单壁波纹管的外形。这种分体式结构与现在的整体式结构相比,加工工艺更简单,生产工期更短,适合批量生产。在模具体1上还设置有真空通道,密封装置,敞开式淋水冷却通道,来实现对方形单壁波纹管的真空定型,冷却。使用了此种结构的成型模具,真空定型好,冷却速度快,生产出的方形单壁波纹管各项向能稳定,外观品质好,耗能低,节省生产成本。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种波纹管成型模具,尤其涉及一种方形单壁波纹管成型模具。
背景技术
随着我国的城市化建设的不断推进,对城市使用的高压电缆埋地的需求不断加大,方形单壁波纹管作为高压电缆埋地的防护管,不仅耐温、耐压、防水、防老化,还能够多根电缆集中铺设,减少占地,节省施工成本。方形单壁波纹管适合多组管路集中铺设,管子之间接触紧密,抗压能力强,开挖空间小,施工操作简单,经济效益可观。目前生产方形单壁波纹的模具采用的整体式加工,加工难度大,真空通道狭窄,生产出的产品外观质量差,因此需要设计一种加工成本低,真空定型稳定,冷却快的新模具。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于设计一种结构简单,真空定型稳定,冷却快,加工工艺性好的方形单壁波纹管成型模具。
本发明的技术方案是:在模具体上铣出方孔,车出半圆环槽,再用压块将加工好的镶环压装在模具体的环槽内,组成了方形单壁波纹管的外形。在模具体加工出真空通道,在镶环上开出真空槽共同组成了真空系统,实施容易,真空通道空间大,真空效果好,使挤出的料胚在真空下定型饱满。而整体式模具的真空通道是用片铣刀加工出来的,只有0.5mm宽,5mm深的一个环槽,真空通道狭小,真空效果不如分体式模具。在模具体的正面和侧面加工密封槽,镶上密封胶条,进一步保证了真空度。利用模具体背面和水板组成的冷却空腔,将冷却水淋在空腔内,对模具进行冷却,水碗保证模具之间不漏水
这种分体式结构与现在的整体式结构相比,加工工艺更简单,生产工期更短,适合批量生产。此种结构的方形单壁波纹管成型模具,真空定型好,冷却速度快,生产出的方形单壁波纹管各项向能稳定,外观品质好,耗能低,节省生产成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图2和图3所示为本发明方形单壁波纹管成型模具结构形式。采用分体式模具结构,在模具体1上铣出方孔1a,车出半圆环槽1b(参看图4)再用压块3将加工好的镶环2(参看图5)压装在模具体1的半圆环槽1b内,组成了方形单壁波纹管的外形。这种分体式结构与现在的整体式结构相比,加工工艺更简单,生产工期更短,适合批量生产。在模具体1加工出真空通道,在镶环2上开出真空槽共同组成了真空系统,此模具的真空系统实施容易,真空通道空间大,真空效果好,使挤出的料胚在真空下定型饱满,而整体式模具的真空通道是用片铣刀加工出来的,只有0.5mm宽,5mm深的一个环槽,真空通道狭小,抽真空效果不如分体式模具。在模具体的正面和侧面加工密封槽,镶上密封胶条,进一步保证了方形单壁波纹管成型时的真空度。利用模具体1背面和水板6组成的冷却空腔,将冷却水淋在空腔内,对模具进行冷却,水碗5保证模具之间不漏水。与现在普遍采用的密闭水冷相比,敞开式临水冷却是在常压下进行的,结构简单,不易漏水,能将模块的温度控制在适合生产的温度,同时降低了模具的加工成本。
这种分体式结构与现在的整体式结构相比,加工工艺更简单,生产工期更短,适合批量生产。此种结构的方形单壁波纹管成型模具,真空定型好,冷却速度快,生产出的方形单壁波纹管各项向能稳定,外观品质好,耗能低,节省生产成本。
最后应说明的是:虽然以上描述了本发明的具体实施方式,但是本技术领域的普通技术人员应当理解,这些仅是举例说明,可以对这些具体实施方式做出多种变更或修改,而不背离本发明的原理和实质,本发明的保护范围由权利要求书限定。

1.方形单壁波纹管成型模具,其特征在于:模具体(1)内孔为半方孔(1a)与半圆环槽(1b)交错排列,镶环(2)为半圆环,压块(3)将镶环(2)压在模具体(1)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方形单壁波纹管成型模具,其特征在于:模具体(1)上还设有真空通道。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方形单壁波纹管成型模具,其特征在于:模具体(1)上还设有密封条(4)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方形单壁波纹管成型模具,其特征在于:模具体(1)背部安装有水板(5)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的方形单壁波纹管成型模具,其特征在于:模具体(1)上部安装有水碗(6)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的方形单壁波纹管成型模具,其特征在于:镶环(2)上还设有真空通道。
